Actually the cutting time was exactly the same as the 261 if not a hair slower. So yes you can compare I fully realize that we are talking about a 50 vs 60cc saw but stihls 60cc saw and echos are so far away in price it makes it hard to compare those. Only 60 to 60 that you could compare is the 620p echo to the 362…. Which I am going to race them because I believe they’re pretty darn close. Stihl is 250 more than echo but that’s a more fair comparison
I take stihl all day long
I have 4 261s 😅 they’re killer saws!!! It’s just about keeping up with a 60cc saw!!
@@timberandtools yes sir
Nice but echo had 1 hp more
You are right! The echo is 10cc bigger. I initially compared there two saws because before muffle modification the Stihl was faster than the echo. I did make a video this clip is from showing that.
🤔
Before muffler mod the Stihl beat the 590 which is very impressive because the Stihl is 50cc vs. the 60cc echo
Hmm a brand new echo vs a beat to shit stihl
The 261 isn’t really beat it’s just a little dirty. If you watch the full video of this on my TH-cam, then you would understand what we were doing, was comparing how much faster it cut before and after which this video is after muffler modifications on the Echo
Mauvaise comparaison pas la même cylindré
50-60cc
I'm surprised the stihl I s actually running
Hahaha hey now I make a living with Stihl chainsaws. Never let me down!! Neither do the echo 2511s🔥
😂😂😂😂😂 sharpen the chain on the stihl and the echo doesn't stand a chance. The only saw that can compete with the stihl is a husky
It’s sharp…. This is not the whole story, just a clip from a full length video
You are apprentice why do you use side by side very nearest risk of cutting each oneself
Not an apprentice, we are racing side by side…I understand you feel this was dangerous, we were safe and didn’t have any injuries…
Lol 😅😅 once again Echo with new bar and chain and Sthil with old bar and dull chain .. I guess you can call it fair lol 😆
I know it must look that way because people keep saying it but believe me that chain is not dull. Dull saws don’t cut wood unless you dog into it. I am just holding the bar over the top of the wood here. There is a full video comparing these two saws if you would like to watch to further prove my point if not, no big deal. Thanks for commenting, and being here to watch the content.👌🏻
Nri3
???
Stihl cuts faster than that it was prolly just dull
Same chain in both videos on each saw
I’m not buy an echo.
They’re not for everyone. I have a few and are great but a total different feel
59 cc vs 50…….
Yes sir and also the 50cc Stihl was beating the 59cc echo before the echo got muff mod in the full video 👌🏻
Lambo vs honda
I mean definitely two completely different animals here for sure
Chain is very import no only tipe saw
Yes chain is, both saws sharp!
Proves absolutely nothing.
Haha it proves that a 60cc echo beats a 50cc Stihl 🤓
If you watch closely the echo finishes considerably faster than the Stihl and the the stihl continues to follow the log as it’s falling to the ground while cutting and finishing, it just looks a little deceiving because the first to finish makes the other look done too.
The echo is heavier but a powerful saw for the money
톱날 새것으로 다시한번 오케
Both chains a hand filed by me neither has new chain
I don’t care if the stihl isn’t brand new. Echo always wins. Stihl is overpriced junk.
I LOVE Echo! Also love Stihl. Problem is most of stihls non pro series saws suck. Echo makes a good saw no matter the price range
@@timberandtools exactly. Couldn’t be more true.
Echo sıfır makine stihl 10 yıllık
2 years old actually and it makes zero difference Stihl isn’t worn at all
60 vs a 50 wow who’s gonna win? Lame
@@Bags609 people say echo would be beat by much smaller Stihl… this is to show the comparison
Mentira
No lies here
Estaría mal afilada
@@juanjoseromerogarcia7902 it’s sharp believe me
Cria vergonha nessa cara.... Faça uma comparação com duas motosserras da mesma potência... !!!!!!!!!!
I compared these for a reason, no shame… fyi the Stihl beat the echo before the echo had a muffler modification 🤷♂️
Stihl is dull😅
Promise it’s not dull, ever see a dull saw cut without dogging it in to the wood?
@@timberandtools ok meybe not i just thought 261 should beat 590.. 😅
@@kmlp9663 it certainly did before the muffler mod. That’s why I use the saw to compare. There is a full length video that I made on the Echo muffler mod, showing the Stihl beating the Echo until muffler mod. They’re a great saw but need mods to run with Stihl. That 261 also was muff modded
@@timberandtools ok then great😁, saw with muffler mod is different animal, thanks for nice conversation 😊
@@kmlp9663 yes they really come alive with muffler mod and carb tune!!!! I also appreciate the conversation 🤙🏻thanks for watching 😎
