He let everyone down. Humility....
It's more honourable to take the loss than to give excuses... kishane did...shame
Exactly. No one minds the loss. It's the ungracious manner of his defeat. Matthew Hudson Smith also lost his 400m race at the very last step and made mo such excuses.
He is the best sprinter in american not the world
Noah should be punished, knowing he has covid and putting his fellow athletes in danger. Such a shame
He shared the love
Strip him of the bronze medal
😮
Exactly what I said..
If you got beat in 1950 we wouldn’t make excuses but if you think he only runs 1970 that is your IQ of track and field
No one would have defeated Tebogo. He won too easily and wasn't even breathing heavily after. He even shut it down with a few meters to spare. It was just a matter of how fast they were going to push him.
Excuses excuses.
Congratulations Tebogo
Jamaican should have Gold in 100m
Nah babe
didnt he run the semis 2days ago? he was fine right?
I saw his celebration before the race started. It was ugly and crazy.
After the race he says he has covid
🤦🏾♀️ Hey… I just passed Covid to everyone. You’re welcome. ☺️
Awe Noah.
His asthmatic condition may have affected the last 40 meters of his race although I doubt it cause he was still running strong.. He just couldn't run as fast as he normally does which was maybe due to the shock that for some reason he was not ahead of the competition cause he was tired from the 100m
He broke up in his running form and couldn't pass Knighton
Many athletes have asthma and the condition doesn't affect their race performances and they top the world in sports
so Its silly to think an olympic athlete having asthma will affect their success
Asthma is no excuse for Lyles
He himself said he has asthma and he still achieved his dreams after winning the 100m final
A lot of athletes and people wear masks in this era because of so many diseases and sicknesses going around. Just cause you're wearing a mask doesn't mean you have covid or any disease
Michael Jackson always went around with a mask cause he knew that if he got sick he couldnt perform
Sounds familiar ? Olympics is performance
what?he tested positive for covid..wasn’t wearing a mask before so go on w that bs
F off man's got beat😂
You sound pathetic.. Tebogo is the winner stop making excuses
Asthma ain’t no joke bruh. Asthma is a big deal when it comes to sports like racing especially a 200 meter race where you want every ounce of energy. Other athletes body is not built the same, so some people probably have less severe cases of asthma and some are acute. Asthma and Covid that’s a double whammy for the lungs, he’s not breathing a 100%.
@@rainbowhouse3427 hey woah .. I know athletes with bad asthma who are professional athletes, and they have it really bad. It don't affect their race performances cause they have conditioned their body. I have had a similar problem in my past .. Never affected me whenever i wanted to do something ..although medical science said it would. And also he clearly doesn't have covid. Its all a lie .. You can clearly see he couldn't catch them and broke up in his running form and that costed him more. Cause i didn't doubt he could have caught Knighton
If he hadn't broken his form he could have got the silver medal
I doubt an Olympic athlete like Lyles who always runs 200m and dominates would suddenly get an asthma attack from it after years of running it professionally. Dude was coughing .. That's not a symptom of covid. He hugged everyone after the race , looking strong , then he lied down , if he had a major problem in the race , he would have collapsed immediately after ..
I like the old school vaccines where you are immune for life
Why compete if tested positive? You think as Africans we are stupid. You made a long explanation why Thompson got silver not Gold for both. Now it's Covid in 2024 hee hare bana lona mani......aaaa
Exactly 💯. Before the race he was jumping like a frog and after the race he suddenly has COVID because he got humbled. Two words: Sore loser.
He should win an oscar for best drama of the year!
He should not have put other athelets at risk selfish person me me me
I’m currently recovering from Covid and I’ve been sick as a dog..my mother also died 4 months ago from Covid. It’s no joke.
He just no he can't beat tebogo point blank,,
he should get severe punishment for it. If it was some other country it would hv been different😮😮
Amazing to have covid and still get a bronze medal in the Olympics 200 m 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Impressive to see your coping mechanism
Were the other athletes informed of Noah Lyles' COVID diagnosis?
Bros yapping. Just take the L and move on
Unbelievable if so they should not let him ran the race that unfair to the other athletes OMG it sad 😢
Karma 😂😂😂😂 for the 100m 🇯🇲
Humble pie!!
Why was he hugging others then ? Very irresponsible 😢
Its Covid, not ebola! The world has moved on!!!
@@eddiedejager4409 nonsense!!! This is Olympic and not your farmers association sports meeting. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Let us normalise giving credit where it is due. Good sportsmanship is accepting that someone did better than yourself. Congratulations Letsile Tebogo🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼
A lot of fishy things went on at these games. Get over it noah is no bolt. Scrappy olympic games
People are hating on Noah too much like he still ran a 19.70 and got 3rd. That’s better than any of you would do.
