She didn’t forget anything! The hair, the lashes, the spray tan, the heels and yes, the outfit! A lot of work went into creating this look and it was all deliberate. This woman knows what she has!! I understand it might not be your personal taste and would therefore recommend you avoid SoCal all together! This is what’s expected at those prices here!
It’s a fine line! The appearance of money is almost as well regarded as REAL money in those circles! Even though Michael’s own house is modest (by BH standards), he still has nice watches and cars, i.e. the appearance of money when in public! Adam is no dummy and he’s a fast learner, he’ll get there too with Michael’s help. This is how it is in SoCal! Admittedly it’s not for everyone!

When photography was invented, there was a struggle for it to be recognized as an art form because 'anybody with a camera can take a picture'. I don't understand the concept of virtual art either, but am reminded of many other art forms that struggled to earn a place on museum walls.

She's wearing high heels and she's walked out to the deck overlooking the pool that doesn't have any rails or even glass walls, so she could fall off the deck onto the pavement below. Really scary. That's why Michael chose not to go down there. Seems like an accident waiting to happen.

@@golix1344 it's not, i do the math. Numerology is always aiming to a 8 as result in financial. That's why it is 87 mil and not 77 mil, if its was an ocd case 77 mil will make much more sense, that 8 in the front will drive the owner crazy. Now if you do the numerology the 77 will end up as a 7 which is not good for financial, i mean its not bad as a 4 or 5 but its not good tho. This could be take as a joke on the ocident side of the world and to the common people who never studied it, but in china for example you will not find a house number 13 and 14 on the street, they just skip it. This is very used in a lot of Disney movies, sports, architecture etc etc. If you search it You will find it.

I don't think it's ideal for a developer to dedicate so much space to a guest house... how often are guests over? and even if its used as apart of the home it will be a nuisance that its detached from the main home.
