Thanks for the great detailed video review. We are glad you like it.
The product name ZNAP (spelled snap) was inspired by the snap sounds when you insert the cards 😉.
The leather is actually high-quality full-grain leather not just genuine leather (we made a translation mistake from German: "Echtleder" (=Real leather) is translated to "Genuine leather" in all the translation tools...our bad). Our leather supplier also supplies many of well-known luxury brands. Maybe you can insert a remark in the video!?
The removable coin case is made out of recycled plastic. We do sell an aluminum version of it separately but it is thicker, heavier, more expensive, and it does not work well with the aluminum frame of the ZNAP.
To further celebrate the US launch, we will offer a limited 15% discount for a short period of time.

Hello! It’s good to hear about the leather actually being full grain.
I double checked with a representative from your company before I recorded this video to confirm it was made of “genuine” leather and it was confirmed.
Also good to see you offer an aluminum coin holder too. Thanks for the clarification! I’ll try to insert the updated information into the video soon.

Although I'm not a big fans of leather material, but the flexibility to add RFID protection(which is flexible to me ) and the coin box are awesome.

Great review! I completely agree with your opinion on genuine leather option (prefer full grain or at least top grain). This wallet is also too thick for my liking as are many box wallets, IMO. People may disagree but with all the reading and research I have done, RFID protection is really not necessary for almost all wallets.

Hi A Robbins, our wallet is made out of full grain leather. Unfortunately we have made a translation mistake here. If you want a slimmer version, there is also a slimmer 8 cards version available :)

Very nice wallet, and I love the billfold design, but it doesn't work for me unless they make this one modification - convert the relatively useless included coin tray into a tray for carrying thinner and/or less frequently used cards. For all the coins the tray can hold, you could easily keep them in your pocket or store them in the billfold section, or purchase the optional pouch. I think including the tray I suggest would be far more useable to more people. One of the things I love about my Akeeni XSTO is that slot in the back for storing the types of cards I mention, and it's where I keep my insurance cards, auto club card, and AMC movie pass. I realize I can store such cards in the billfold section of the slimpuro, but that's a sloppy fix. A dedicated tray that stores with the other cards would be more elegant, and the lack of such is keeping me from buying this one for my son over the XSTO. Thanks for doing the review.

Innovation comes at a cost - thickness. Too thick for front pocket imho. Otherwise, good concept.

    • @slimpuro

Hi Mike, thanks for your comment. The ZNAP 8-card version is only 0.55" thick, which is hardly thicker than its content. The leather cash compartment is also squeezed together a little bit when inserted into the pocket.

  • @jslee102

Nice solid review showing the features and shortcomings. I think it looks attractive. I agree that a full grain leather would be nicer. Not having to fold my bills would be nice, but it seems to me that it adds unnecessary bulk. On the plus side, RFID skimming is a completely overblown threat, so at least I wouldn't lose that slot.

Honestly curious how many people run around with more than 4 cards they actually use at least once a month. I personally use a single debit card, if it was my thing maybe I would use 1-2 discount cards on top of that but thats it.
I'd sacrifice some more card space in return for coin space. The general concept is way better than ridge wallet which just assumes you went full digital.

    • @ChrispyThings

They’re not all credit cards. Not sure why some people don’t understand this.
ID, debit, 2 store discount cards, tracker gps card. Emergency card to tell people I have pets home. Things of that nature.
I literally have 1 credit card

Not for me. It's fairly thick and doesn't slim down if you want to carry only a couple of cards. I also don't want to go back to a billfold style to hold my bills, which I carry less and less frequently. That is what tended to accumulate junk until it hurt your butt and threw your spine out of alignment when you sat down.

    • @thunderax
      @thunderax 3 ปีที่แล้ว

I agree that the trifold adds unnecessary thickness to the wallet. The bills are folded into thirds in the wallet, which you can do anyway with a clip or cash strap. So the trifold itself is redundant.

I have carried one of these for going on 2 years now. It is my favorite wallet thus far. The billfold doesn't really add any bulk as the pressure of a pocket compresses it nicely.
P.s. if you only need a few coins but you don't want to deal with the coin tray, you can just toss a few coins in the billfold section (which can also hold a spare card or two). I'm glad that they opened up the one side of the billfold though, that should make it a bit better for american bills.
