Ive been watching the your videos for months and during that time i was working on myself and not on my ex's rebound relationship. Not only have my family seen a positive change in me, my ex came back and she loves the person ive become. All i can say is thankyou for your videos, i didn't think i had a chance but listening to what you said and putting it into practice has changed me life in such a positive way. Bro that’s where I’m at right now. My ex is in a rebound relationship and it sucks to think of her with someone else ugh it’s freaking hard I get so angry. I don’t social media so there is nothing for her to look at. I have no faith I don’t think this no contact is going to work with my ex. My luck things tend not to go my way. It’s so hard I go through the grieving steps over and over again I get sad I get angry I want revenge I hate going through all this stuff. My thing is will I even want her back after she has been with someone else? I’ve never put myself in this position wanting an ex back now I know why or sucks. @@tmaez2 hey, here's what i learnt. You firstly have to be honest with yourself, what was the cause of you breaking up ? Like the coach mentions in alot of video's, normaly when someone splits up with you the decision to do that was probably made a while back but your ex just held on. Thats not to say you should blame yourself for everything but just be honest with yourself. Secondly work on being the best version of you, not for your ex but for you. I had to permanently fix my attitude and my mood swings, in fairness it really wasnt attractive. After those two steps live your life, yes you might still miss her during all of this but putting your life on hold wont help you or her, remember your ex wants to come back to a new you and sitting around really wont help you show any progress. For me what worked was showing how driven, confident and more appreciative ive become. Before if im being very honest i had none of that plus i had a temper, turn those negetives into positives and trust me your ex will notice. The fact your ex is with someone else will hurt for a while but if its meant to be your ex will come back and hopefully he or she will realise what they lost. Give your ex a reason to come back, forget about what you 2 did in the past and focus on what you can do to better the relationship in the future. I truely hope you 2 find your way back to each other, it took me 4 months but i learnt alot during that time. Use this time to grow to your advantage
@@scorpcodm update: I’m still getting over them, but I was able to let go a lot of it. And they already started dating that person. So in other words, it’s not worth fighting for anymore, besides, they told me a while ago that they don’t feel anything for me anymore. And why bother if I couldn’t control that? No contact for almost 4 months now. The first few weeks have been hell. I was lucky enough to come across Coach Lee's videos and stick to no contact. Still a work in progress, working on my personal growth- exercising, eating healthy, and just going back to the person I was before I met him. Also, realized that I was in a relationship with a narc who manipulated me and don't want him back anymore. While some of you might not be ready to hear this right now, the thing is, no contact works to get YOURSELF back guys. And it can be a beautiful thing. We may realize along the way that we deserve better and may not want our exes back. Stay strong. Don't give your power back.
Thanks Coach Lee. Last year I was a shit show after a divorce, tried to get my ex back, but ended up realizing how much better off I am without her. I dropped 85 lbs, gained more confidence than I ever had, made new friends around the country who I had met many of them over last Thanksgiving. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and it is brighter than you can imagine.

I'm on my first week of no contact and I'm binge watching your videos and I listen to them on repeat at work. I'm motivated to improve myself and attract my ex back. I'll trust the process and I'm taking on a pocket calendar and Journaling my thoughts. If I want to say something to her, it goes in the book not via text to her. My ex has reached out through email after about two and a half weeks NC after he broke up with me. Thank God I have been watching these videos because I don't think I would have handled it well. I agree with the comments that Coach Lee should have billions of followers. I don't understand why more people don't follow his wisdom.

We broke up last year in November, he jumped into a rebound immediately. I stayed away and went into no contact. He reached out to me in March and we took things slow and got back together but I recently found out he’s been communicating with the rebound and telling her he was planning to leave me. We officially broke up today so I’m back in no contact. This is really tough and I’m hurting but I have faith that I’ll be ok in the end.

Thank you, Coach Lee. After over a year of no contact, he reached out to me when I lost my brother (someone else told him about Cliff, my brother). I thanked him for his kind words and hoped he was doing well, but backed off. Since then, he's made a FEW comments and likes to comments I make on mutual friends sites. Not sure if I want him now, but if it does happen, it cant have it as it was. I'm not sure he wants me back. He's as skiddish as I am. I now know to tell him that I am open to the possibility, but let's just take things a day at a time to see how things go first. Did the no contact really well. Now hes coming back "half way".. His contacts are about going to him and excepting his "way", his life the way it is. No sense of compromise. I think hes trying to get me to chase and not have to make any compromise half way. All about his life and me fitting into his life.

This Channel has changed my life. I did no contact and after 3 months I got a long love declaration email to wish me a happy birthday. They said they loved and missed me (Nothing about wanting to get back together or seeing me though..) I so appreciate these videos. Took my ex and her son to DisneyWorld in October, she seemed distant, but they were going through a family loss and I attributed to that. After we got back, she ghosted me. I did reach out wanting to know what happened, and got the text “our relationship was over”. Then I discovered these videos. Married for 19 years, got separated then divorced. Very painful at first, tried everything, nothing worked. Eventually I started to let go and peace started to replace the pain. Now I’m rediscovering who I am and redefining my newer version. Life happens and all we can control is how we react. Choose to let them go over and over. Again, not easy but peace eventually does come.
For all the people starting out or who have made a few mistakes along the way… I am living proof that it can still work! First break up January, tried to reason with logic… got nowhere! NC for 2 wks, he reached out. Fell straight back into it but then he withdrew. Spent the next few months just trying to stay in his life. Lost all respect for myself. NC again… this time 5 weeks. I’d still not seen the video on the dangers of falling straight back in so off he went again!! Strong word with myself, all videos binge watched multiple times. NC for a mammoth 3.5 months. Decided to do the casual reach out as nothing to lose at this point. Also I had told him before tech NC that I deserved better etc He didn’t reply. Then later that night liked some of my social media photos. I didn’t react, breadcrumbs right?? Then the next day I got a reply! Bit of a conversation then nothing. I stayed strong. Just over a week. @@estevano.5139 weird one… lots of contact, he initiated a merry Christmas conversation & then the following week a new year one, I ended up going through for a couple of hours, we saw the new year in together, he kissed me as the sky exploded & then again as I left, nothing since & I’ve not messaged him either. Feels a bit like a Mexican stand off!
@@CB-uw7uy the nerves on some people right?? Lmao. My ex hasn't reached out at all in 22 days, we broke up 24 days ago. But last night she opened up my story for the first time. I don't really think too much of it but just like a "GOTCHA" moment lmao. She tried staying close to my mom as they were super close, but my mom felt wrong about it and cut her off in valentines day because my ex wanted to come over but make sure she didn't have to see me. And then 7 days ago I broke no contact after two or three weeks just to apologize on how I was throughout the relationship and my understanding and how I've made significant changes to better myself and the relationship but she left me on "seen" and that's when I decided I'm strictly going into no contact. But I feel her slowly cracking as when she broke up with me, EVERYONE who didn't like me on her side gave her support on Facebook and started sending her memes, reacting to her stuff constantly, tagging her, commenting and etc. but now she posts like 10× a day and no one is there to be seen.. And since she's viewed my story, she's been posting stories like crazy about pointless stuff and i have a feeling she wants me to open one so she knows I'm still around, but she doesn't know i can simply view her stories without opening them on facebook. So yeah I don't know, what's gonna happen with my ex but I have no reason to even try to text her. But aside from that I've also just been losing a crazy amount of weight and getting in shape and finally got a stable job with a nice pay, and I'll be getting my first car within this month or next month for sure. So I am definitely getting out of this being the winner regardless if how things end up, just feels as if I've been on auto pilot since the break up.
The no contact is not to get them back, it’s to create space for you to heal and move on, if you keep talking to them you will never move on and it’s destructive to yourself.

Coach lee teach people how to be a sigma male/female, that makes person to be more attractive to the opposite sex, I've broken up with her for 4 months now, at first couple months is always the hardest time, what coach lee told on this video I've done that before, "pushing my ex with anger", contacting mutual friend for help, breaking no contact and I gonna tell yall those are not work, listen to coach lee tips, his advice makes you more attractive and become a sigma person, even after you changed and your ex doesn't come back to you, you still be a different person that will attract more people. No contact is rough. I was all about contact when we were together, but that ultimately got me so tired and insecure that I naturally decided to step out, and he didn't chase me... But like a year of zero contact he gave the casual friendly comeback. After that, nothing else. I come to your channel to hold onto no contact, because I really really want to talk to him but I don't want to be the one that gives it all and gets nothing, like it used to be. I love him, but not what we had. I think we could do better if we share the efforts. I really hope this perspective of healthy distance makes him see me as someone worth fighting for.
I’ve been working on myself I’ve gotten back in shape I’ve picked up learning the guitar and meditation. And still practicing no contact while my ex is with someone else. Unfortunately for me this didn’t work and yeah I’m a better person now I have no desire to get to know someone intimately again. The thought of having to go through the ups and downs of being with someone new sounds exhausting. I don’t know I guess nothing would have saved our relationship. You would think after 12 years you could trust someone but I guess not. I’m glad this works for most I’m just one of the unlucky ones which is par for the course.
I’ve made that mistake about talking to mutual friends even though they were my friend’s first but I stopped that. I was talking smack or even saying anything bad but I stopped talking about it all together. You are great. Made this 8 weeks of NC much more easier helping me with what to do. Was thinking of reaching out around the 3 month mark as a nothing to lose, I’m really missing our dog that we had for 4yrs. Problem is that 3 month mark is New Year, just after my birthday (Xmas) and before hers (Jan). I don’t want that to be a reason for reaching out.
I have a dog too with my ex. She has him. 1 year old. Lets hope we both get them back before chrismass. But something tells me I will not. She probably has a new bf.

But a lot of time, dedication and love on both parts went into them and whilst they are not a child they are an innocent in the break up and there is still the emotional attachment and investment in them. I too hope you get them back before Xmas if that’s what you wish.
I 💯 agree with Coach Lee especially about not posting pictures of yourself with somebody else.Sure maybe in a handful of cases that might work in making somebody jealous,but like I know with me as much as I love my ex if I was to see a picture of him with someone else online,mind you I am madly in love with my ex and of course in this situation I am the one that was broke up with, but still you would think that would make me want him back even more. if I was to see him with someone else or find out that he was dating someone else I would be done with him because I would think in order for him to do that he must be over me or he must not really care about me and all chances are lost. I also feel that from the person that breaks up with you's point of view especially if they know that you are bat crap crazy in love with them and you're posting pictures with someone else it looks like a manipulation tactic. It makes you look needy and codependent that the only way that you could move on from them is that you had to find somebody else. I feel like coach Lee's techniques and approach are definitely the right thing and a more powerful approach because if you can stay away from them without having someone else occupying your mind,or at least having them think that, then that shows that you are a lot stronger and more stable than someone that has to jump from relationship to relationship or pretend like you have to.
This guy is very smart and correct i did the no contact rule and my ex reached out to me then,i thought everything was good and she repeatedly backed off winding me up its horrible but im going to correct it and learn from it 😁
Guess I watched this one too late-when he backed away yet again, I told him I need someone who can give me more and I had a date. Live and learn for the next time, hopefully this advice wont be needed the next time.

I was polite and friendly but kept it short. Somehow i cannot let him go out of my heart, a part of me wishes he'll call and have the courage to own up. But alas. I got dumped and I didn't have "back up" but after a few weeks I'm welcoming new people and now genuinely open to getting to know them and start fresh. Because of this, as each day passes I become more convinced I don't want my ex back. Just sharing because it's not always how it seems.
You need to work on yourself and start thinking more positively. I have a few beautiful friends (girls) and some of them dump bcs they just need space or re-focus on themselves bcs of too much time spent together. Better don't write that bs, your mindset is poor and i feel bad to say that, start thinking mpre positive!
My roommate moved away again after two years. The first thing I did was stop talking about him with friends. Oh man, that was super healthy! Life saving decision. This prevents me from obsession, useless analyzing and constant confusion. Yes, I also practice no contact. But that's pretty obvious thing to do in our situation from the world’s pointview but I do prefer for him to come back.

being mysterious sometimes doesnt help.. specially when you have tried being clingy and needy at the start of breakup.. not posting on social media and radio silence will make them think you are in grief and thats what make them feel secured that you cant move on.. i tried something different that make my ex feel mentally ill.. i blocked her on all social media.. and on facebook i just blocked her from messenger (not facebook) now she thinks that i have blocked her from every social media.. and what i am doing on my facebook ia all natural (not showoff). So all the girls that are commenting on my pictures are organic.. and i geniunly moved on. 😁
So my gf of 5 years has said that she feels nothing but cares for me... The reasons are she felt like she was asking me to show affection and attention instead of it just coming from me naturally. She said she should NEVER have to ASK or TELL me to show her love and affection and I completely agree! She now says she feels so worthless. I have really hurt her and I didn't even mean it. We’ve broken up the first time, after 30 days almost on/off no contact, we get back together. 2 months in, we’re starting off on a the wrong foot. The last two arguments, he suggested breakup… the first one, I solely talked him through it and we kinda worked it out. The 3rd time, he mentioned “ I think we should break up.” My answer was “ We absolutely SHOULD.” Good riddance, I’m now free and blocked him. I even blocked his guardian angel. I don’t hate him at all, his oxygen is between him and God. He’s such a narcissist that he can’t even see nothing past his nose. He can move on and find his next victim, all I know is that… I genuinely DO NOT care about this demon whatsoever lol. I feel at peace knowing that I don’t have to babied a 28yr old man who always makes excuses about everything. He always had some types of mental battles. I started setting boundaries and that’s when it’s all gone down. I knew I was turning into a beautiful butterfly that I wholeheartedly DO NOT CARE about this species smh. I’m at peace cause I literally programmed my mind to never remember that I met this type of Lucifer on earth.

Hi @CoachLee my ex broke up with me 2 weeks ago and I’ve been in NA. He works at my gym and I bumped into him today. He actually kind of came himself and talked to me by giving me a hug, asked how I am, and how he wasn’t too well as he was a bit ill over the last few days. Then we talked a bit more about training and helped me put back some weights. He complimented that I look better and was fishing for a compliment about his new hair which I didn’t give him. Before leaving he asked if he can get another hug which I agreed to… after the hug we just looked at each other and it got a bit awkward and he said he needs to go. I’m still in NA after this incident today. What does all of this mean? I’m so confused about this man and I miss him very much.
@@freespirit6953 5 weeks no message from him. I gave it about 4 weeks and decided to delete his number. It shouldn’t take that long to know my worth :) Sometimes better to forget and move on. First couple of weeks were hard.

So how does NO/limited CONTACT work when you cheated on your wife and have a baby and she lives 6 hours away now and she wants a divorce? How do you build trust again? Asking for a friend
You do no contact in these cases you just do your best and prove that you made a mistake and won’t do it again but respect their boundaries. Don’t give up

I know how you feel mine broke up with me off and on and we were together 9years some of it off and on I’m sure I loved him more I always took him back when he came back and I put up with and allowed the toxicness of the relationship I had my own issues too I didn’t have confidence and self love but I loved and love him more than I ever loved anyone but he has stayed away now for almost 2 years and I wasn’t contacting him in thoses 2 years he did reach out a few time and saw me a couple but still wanted to stay broken up and he wanted to then just be friends and then bearly speak to eachother I gave him what He wanted I rarely hear from him but I think he thinks I will always be there when he wants me or wants just to talk to me he always said I was annoying even tho I gave him no contact I gave him all the space he wanted and everything but when I saw him again and I agreed to see him when he asked he would be kind and other times treat me like crap and say we aren’t getting back together and stop hoping for it assuming I was and I was before but I stopped and I think he thinks it’s ok because I’m just there whenever he needs me it’s not right and as much as it pains me I have to continue to be strong and still stay away and unless a miracle happens and he changes his ways I don’t expect it at all but unless he sincerely changes for the better and wants to be serious with me and treat me like I deserve to be treated I won’t give him the chance to be with me again He’s broken me soo much I’m working on my confidence and self love now and Coach Lee and Coach Ken has helped me a lot and I do still sometimes feel horrible and have anxiety still and feel maybe it’s all my fault because I wasn’t confident and I allowed it all but no it can’t be just me and I have to stop thoses bad thoughts from creeping in still because it was both our fault the relationship became toxic and ended many times I was too clingy and chasing when I was younger but I stopped being that way and it still didn’t change how he felt about me and how he didn’t want me he still doesn’t and probably never will we were great together before we had alot to agree on and would have been a great couple only if we had more wisdom at the time and we’re emotionally mature and just more mature and knew more about relationships and dealt with our issues before we got together but I’m not going to hope or wish about the past I have to move on and learn from my experiences and keep improving myself to do better even if I never love someone again or as deeply I am grateful for what I learned during my very painful experiences and I will do my best to never let history repeat it self it’s time to be strong and not let my love for someone and strong emotions get the best of me and start having love and respect for myself that I will not allow anyone to treat me soo poorly whenever they feel like it.. I hope the best for you! And I hope noone has to go through what I have to learn real heart break over and over again is the worst pain you will ever go through don’t let others keep breaking your heart you will become damaged in some way and it will take you so long to heal and become somewhat your self again..
Another thing love can't be forced it's it's there or it not I'd give a woman 3 weeks if no contact I'm ready to build my castle and move on time is precious any thing over 3 weeks i think there either setting there selves for a new relationship if you love and are in love with someone why make them wait adress the issue and help them through it this no contact is a lack of communication that can lead to losing interest you work on your issues maybe a few days break but not weeks I believe love is stronger than leaving your partner worrying and wondering and also depressed and hurting fact
What if the girl I the one that broke up with him cause he cheated and didn’t feel remorseful for his wrong. My ex came back after a month of no contact on his part, but constant contact on mine. He said that he can’t do it anymore, but then over the course of 10 days he kept pushing and pulling, saying he wants to fix us but not wanting to exert any effort to fix us because he said that he doesn’t see any gain in putting effort to fixing us and that there was a great imbalance in the efforts we gave to the relationship. I finally realized he doesn’t really want to fix us, he just came back because he was hung up on us and that he holds way too much resentment to even want me back. So I finally decided to cut contact and idk if he’ll come back because he was doing the push and pull or if he won’t anymore.

I just started watching your videos and I am getting a lot out of them. I am almost two months into a separation from my partner and it has been the most difficult experience of my life, break up or other wise. One factor that is making this time so much harder for us, both, however, is that we have a two and a half year old son. Have you ever considered doing a series focusing on breakups and separations where children are involved? Had I known you earlier, I wouldn't have made certain mistakes in my relationship. I was overly investing in my ex than she was. Bro that’s where I’m at right now. My ex is in a rebound relationship and it sucks to think of her with someone else ugh it’s freaking hard I get so angry. I don’t social media so there is nothing for her to look at. I have no faith I don’t think this no contact is going to work with my ex. My luck things tend not to go my way. @@tmaez2 hey, here's what i learnt. You firstly have to be honest with yourself, what was the cause of you breaking up ? Like the coach mentions in alot of video's, normaly when someone splits up with you the decision to do that was probably made a while back but your ex just held on. Thats not to say you should blame yourself for everything but just be honest with yourself. Secondly work on being the best version of you, not for your ex but for you. I had to permanently fix my attitude and my mood swings, in fairness it really wasnt attractive. After those two steps live your life, yes you might still miss her during all of this but putting your life on hold wont help you or her, remember your ex wants to come back to a new you and sitting around really wont help you show any progress. For me what worked was showing how driven, confident and more appreciative ive become. Before if im being very honest i had none of that plus i had a temper, turn those negetives into positives and trust me your ex will notice. The fact your ex is with someone else will hurt for a while but if its meant to be your ex will come back and hopefully he or she will realise what they lost. Give your ex a reason to come back, forget about what you 2 did in the past and focus on what you can do to better the relationship in the future. I truely hope you 2 find your way back to each other, it took me 4 months but i learnt alot during that time. Use this time to grow to your advantage

No contact for almost 4 months now. The first few weeks have been hell. I was lucky enough to come across Coach Lee's videos and stick to no contact. Still a work in progress, working on my personal growth- exercising, eating healthy, and just going back to the person I was before I met him. Also, realized that I was in a relationship with a narc who manipulated me and don't want him back anymore.
While some of you might not be ready to hear this right now, the thing is, no contact works to get YOURSELF back guys. And it can be a beautiful thing. We may realize along the way that we deserve better and may not want our exes back. Stay strong. Don't give your power back.

Thanks Coach Lee. Last year I was a shit show after a divorce, tried to get my ex back, but ended up realizing how much better off I am without her. I dropped 85 lbs, gained more confidence than I ever had, made new friends around the country who I had met many of them over last Thanksgiving. We broke up last year in November, he jumped into a rebound immediately. I stayed away and went into no contact. I thanked him for his kind words and hoped he was doing well, but backed off. Since then, he's made a FEW comments and likes to comments I make on mutual friends sites. Not sure if I want him now, but if it does happen, it cant have it as it was. I'm not sure he wants me back. He's as skiddish as I am. Married for 19 years, got separated then divorced. Very painful at first, tried everything, nothing worked. Eventually I started to let go and peace started to replace the pain. Now I’m rediscovering who I am and redefining my newer version. Life happens and all we can control is how we react. Choose to let them go over and over. Again, not easy but peace eventually does come.

First break up January, tried to reason with logic… got nowhere!
NC for 2 wks, he reached out. Fell straight back into it but then he withdrew. Spent the next few months just trying to stay in his life. Lost all respect for myself. NC again… this time 5 weeks. I’d still not seen the video on the dangers of falling straight back in so off he went again!!
Strong word with myself, all videos binge watched multiple times. NC for a mammoth 3.5 months. Decided to do the casual reach out as nothing to lose at this point. Also I had told him before tech NC that I deserved better etc He didn’t reply. Then later that night liked some of my social media photos. I didn’t react, breadcrumbs right?? Then the next day I got a reply!
Bit of a conversation then nothing. I stayed strong. Just over a week. Another conversation (initiated by him) and then the next day another.we are meeting up soon. I just need to keep my head!!

I don't really think too much of it but just like a "GOTCHA" moment lmao. She tried staying close to my mom as they were super close, but my mom felt wrong about it and cut her off in valentines day because my ex wanted to come over but make sure she didn't have to see me. And then 7 days ago I broke no contact after two or three weeks just to apologize on how I was throughout the relationship and my understanding and how I've made significant changes to better myself and the relationship but she left me on "seen" and that's when I decided I'm strictly going into no contact. But I feel her slowly cracking as when she broke up with me, EVERYONE who didn't like me on her side gave her support on Facebook and started sending her memes, reacting to her stuff constantly, tagging her, commenting and etc. but now she posts like 10× a day and no one is there to be seen.. And since she's viewed my story, she's been posting stories like crazy about pointless stuff and i have a feeling she wants me to open one so she knows I'm still around, but she doesn't know i can simply view her stories without opening them on facebook. So yeah I don't know, what's gonna happen with my ex but I have no reason to even try to text her. But aside from that I've also just been losing a crazy amount of weight and getting in shape and finally got a stable job with a nice pay, and I'll be getting my first car within this month or next month for sure. So I am definitely getting out of this being the winner regardless if how things end up, just feels as if I've been on auto pilot since the break up.

The no contact is not to get them back, it’s to create space for you to heal and move on, if you keep talking to them you will never move on and it’s destructive to yourself.

No contact is rough. I was all about contact when we were together, but that ultimately got me so tired and insecure that I naturally decided to step out, and he didn't chase me... But like a year of zero contact he gave the casual friendly comeback. After that, nothing else.
I come to your channel to hold onto no contact, because I really really want to talk to him but I don't want to be the one that gives it all and gets nothing, like it used to be. I’ve been working on myself I’ve gotten back in shape I’ve picked up learning the guitar and meditation. And still practicing no contact while my ex is with someone else. Unfortunately for me this didn’t work and yeah I’m a better person now I have no desire to get to know someone intimately again. The thought of having to go through the ups and downs of being with someone new sounds exhausting. I don’t know I guess nothing would have saved our relationship. You would think after 12 years you could trust someone but I guess not. I’m glad this works for most I’m just one of the unlucky ones which is par for the course.

I 💯 agree with Coach Lee especially about not posting pictures of yourself with somebody else.Sure maybe in a handful of cases that might work in making somebody jealous,but like I know with me as much as I love my ex if I was to see a picture of him with someone else online,mind you I am madly in love with my ex and of course in this situation I am the one that was broke up with, but still you would think that would make me want him back even more. if I was to see him with someone else or find out that he was dating someone else I would be done with him because I would think in order for him to do that he must be over me or he must not really care about me and all chances are lost. I also feel that from the person that breaks up with you's point of view especially if they know that you are bat crap crazy in love with them and you're posting pictures with someone else it looks like a manipulation tactic. It makes you look needy and codependent that the only way that you could move on from them is that you had to find somebody else. I feel like coach Lee's techniques and approach are definitely the right thing and a more powerful approach because if you can stay away from them without having someone else occupying your mind,or at least having them think that, then that shows that you are a lot stronger and more stable than someone that has to jump from relationship to relationship or pretend like you have to.

Thanks a lot coach lee. Me and ex have known each other for the past 4 years and been together more than 2 and half years (there were 4 break ups - the last one occurred almost 2 months ago). It is always little fights that low attraction over time untill a “big” one comes and then she doesn’t know if there’s a future with me. She’s says she loves me and care and yada yada. I got dumped and I didn't have "back up" but after a few weeks I'm welcoming new people and now genuinely open to getting to know them and start fresh. Because of this, as each day passes I become more convinced I don't want my ex back. Just sharing because it's not always how it seems.

My roommate moved away again after two years. The first thing I did was stop talking about him with friends. Oh man, that was super healthy! Life saving decision. This prevents me from obsession, useless analyzing and constant confusion. Yes, I also practice no contact. But that's pretty obvious thing to do in our situation from the world’s pointview but I do prefer for him to come back.

We’ve broken up the first time, after 30 days almost on/off no contact, we get back together. 2 months in, we’re starting off on a the wrong foot. The last two arguments, he suggested breakup… the first one, I solely talked him through it and we kinda worked it out. The 3rd time, he mentioned “ I think we should break up.” My answer was “ We absolutely SHOULD.”
Good riddance, I’m now free and blocked him. I even blocked his guardian angel. I don’t hate him at all, his oxygen is between him and God.

Hi @CoachLee my ex broke up with me 2 weeks ago and I’ve been in NA. He works at my gym and I bumped into him today. He actually kind of came himself and talked to me by giving me a hug, asked how I am, and how he wasn’t too well as he was a bit ill over the last few days. Then we talked a bit more about training and helped me put back some weights. He complimented that I look better and was fishing for a compliment about his new hair which I didn’t give him. Before leaving he asked if he can get another hug which I agreed to… after the hug we just looked at each other and it got a bit awkward and he said he needs to go. I’m still in NA after this incident today. What does all of this mean? I’m so confused about this man and I miss him very much.

You do no contact in these cases you just do your best and prove that you made a mistake and won’t do it again but respect their boundaries. Don’t give up

I know how you feel mine broke up with me off and on and we were together 9years some of it off and on I’m sure I loved him more I always took him back when he came back and I put up with and allowed the toxicness of the relationship I had my own issues too I didn’t have confidence and self love but I loved and love him more than I ever loved anyone but he has stayed away now for almost 2 years and I wasn’t contacting him in thoses 2 years he did reach out a few time and saw me a couple but still wanted to stay broken up and he wanted to then just be friends and then bearly speak to eachother I gave him what He wanted I rarely hear from him but I think he thinks I will always be there when he wants me or wants just to talk to me he always said I was annoying even tho I gave him no contact I gave him all the space he wanted and everything but when I saw him again and I agreed to see him when he asked he would be kind and other times treat me like crap and say we aren’t getting back together and stop hoping for it assuming I was and I was before but I stopped and I think he thinks it’s ok because I’m just there whenever he needs me it’s not right and as much as it pains me I have to continue to be strong and still stay away and unless a miracle happens and he changes his ways I don’t expect it at all but unless he sincerely changes for the better and wants to be serious with me and treat me like I deserve to be treated I won’t give him the chance to be with me again He’s broken me soo much I’m working on my confidence and self love now and Coach Lee and Coach Ken has helped me a lot and I do still sometimes feel horrible and have anxiety still and feel maybe it’s all my fault because I wasn’t confident and I allowed it all but no it can’t be just me and I have to stop thoses bad thoughts from creeping in still because it was both our fault the relationship became toxic and ended many times I was too clingy and chasing when I was younger but I stopped being that way and it still didn’t change how he felt about me and how he didn’t want me he still doesn’t and probably never will we were great together before we had alot to agree on and would have been a great couple only if we had more wisdom at the time and we’re emotionally mature and just more mature and knew more about relationships and dealt with our issues before we got together but I’m not going to hope or wish about the past I have to move on and learn from my experiences and keep improving myself to do better even if I never love someone again or as deeply I am grateful for what I learned during my very painful experiences and I will do my best to never let history repeat it self it’s time to be strong and not let my love for someone and strong emotions get the best of me and start having love and respect for myself that I will not allow anyone to treat me soo poorly whenever they feel like it.. And I hope noone has to go through what I have to learn real heart break over and over again is the worst pain you will ever go through don’t let others keep breaking your heart you will become damaged in some way and it will take you so long to heal and become somewhat your self again..

What if the girl I the one that broke up with him cause he cheated and didn’t feel remorseful for his wrong. My ex came back after a month of no contact on his part, but constant contact on mine. He said that he can’t do it anymore, but then over the course of 10 days he kept pushing and pulling, saying he wants to fix us but not wanting to exert any effort to fix us because he said that he doesn’t see any gain in putting effort to fixing us and that there was a great imbalance in the efforts we gave to the relationship. I finally realized he doesn’t really want to fix us, he just came back because he was hung up on us and that he holds way too much resentment to even want me back. So I finally decided to cut contact and idk if he’ll come back because he was doing the push and pull or if he won’t anymore.

I just started watching your videos and I am getting a lot out of them. I am almost two months into a separation from my partner and it has been the most difficult experience of my life, break up or other wise. One factor that is making this time so much harder for us, both, however, is that we have a two and a half year old son. Have you ever considered doing a series focusing on breakups and separations where children are involved? I ask because I find your perspective refreshing, in that you are a man discussing this, but it is not from a solely masculine viewpoint.
Coach Lee, you're the real man. Your words are just encouraging. Honestly, you have taught me a lot through your videos. Had I known you earlier, I wouldn't have made certain mistakes in my relationship. I was overly investing in my ex than she was. Eventually, she pulled away as a result of little arguement between us. I could sense attraction has falling. My ex told me to look for another girl and move on. Yet, she want me to help her get a job that will improve her finances. As a result, she told me to just be her friend. I declined that offer. But told her if I get some of the job, I will alert her.
