Has always been free, but they're looking at bringing in a $20 charge for adults who aren't locals :-/

Good video overall but your framing is horrible. Try to focus your camera on things that are compelling. Nobody wants to see street and pathways constantly. Pan around your camera to show more.
Also i can sense that you are shy person in general that shows in your video skills. Have patience and take time with whatever you are shooting. Even if this was just a walk around, i feel you could have done a little better job. Lot of good parts of hamilton gardens are not properly shown to viewers.
