RULES:
The rules are the same as regular uno, except for these changes. After dealing, place the draw deck face-down in one slot of the play tray. Place the 4 power towers next to the play tray. Flip the top card of the deck into the play tray to start the discard pile.
Some of the number cards also have power icons U, N, O, or an exclamation point. You may not match cards by the power icons, but only by color or number like you normally would. A +1 card causes the next player in turn order to draw 1 card then skip their turn. When you play a “grab 2 towers card” you get to grab any 2 power towers of your choosing from any other player or an unclaimed one, or one of each. This card can only be played on a matching color or on another grab 2 towers card. If this is the first card flipped at the beginning of the game, then the first player does not grab the towers but instead just matches by color only.
A wild grab a tower card allows you to grab any 1 power tower of your choosing from either another player, or an unclaimed one by the play tray. This card is also a wild and may be played on any other card and you also get to determine the color that continues play. If this is the first card flipped at the beginning of the game, then the first player does not grab a power tower but instead just picks a color to begin play.
When you play a card with a power tower icon on it, you get to claim the corresponding power tower as your own, and grab it from the table or another player. The color of the power tower does not have to match the card but rather only matches the symbol. Each power tower has a symbol that represents an action card. When you possess that power tower, you are protected against that action card being played against you.
The U protects you from draw 1 cards. The N protects you from draw 2 cards. O protects you from wild draw 4 cards; and the exclamation point protects you from skips. After you have blocked an action card with a power tower, treat it like a regular color or wild and play your turn like you normally would.
If you get all 4 power towers at the same time then you immediately get to discard all of your cards except for 1, remember to yell uno, then return all the power towers to the neutral spot next to the play tray.
At the end of the game, draw 1’s are worth 20 points and each Grab 2 towers and wild grab a tower are worth 50 points. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

so all 4 Tower power is like Exodia in Yugioh, but the different is when you collect all the Tower Power you just get close to a winning

@@MANGEYHUNTER1 i mean collect those 4 Tower Power is have same feel with collect 5 pieces of Exodia, the different is Exodia just give you instant win while Tower Power give you closer to win
It's more like if you have face up cards that negates effects
The reason that it only gives you uno is that, just like exodia, you need to collect 5 for the win. The last piece is the card in your hand.
and if you have a wild card in your hand while have all 4 tower power it s litteraly like have 4 exodia cards then drawing the last one on your last turn (99.99% win probability)
Instead of placing the Power towers next to the play tray on 0:18 , you must place the power towers on the play tray because there are slots for the power towers on the play tray
I don't even play any of these games and still watch your tutorials because I don't know. Great good!

Aren't there spots for the Power Towers on the play tray? Why do the unclaimed Power Towers have to be _near_ the play tray?
they can be near or in the tray when unclaimed, it all depends on the choice of the players. one reason they may choose to simply leave the towers near instead of in is due to the high likelyhood of constant shifting.

if you place a 9 then two 1’s in a row do you get to take 7 cards (from other players), drop 3, and take the other 4 to throw 2 cards at 2 different power towers, 1 at the floor, and with the other 2 power towers make a square before throwing the last card at the power tower square, and declare that you won the game?

actually that is the best way to play. you have to think about which cards to discard to have the least points at the end.

@@mateoremedi4703 Yes. Most people who play a single hand, or don't play with score, are doing it because they don't know when they want to/ can end. Anybody that's actually capable of planning will set aside time for it, and will know roughly how long a game is going to take.
Just because _you_ don't plan card games with your friends, doesn't mean that no one else does.

The game is a "Did not finish"

It's just about number of cards remaining for who's in the lower places

Something I've seen people do is mix up several versions worth of Uno cards. Though it was intended for many people, that's still pretty chaotic with 3 people.
Add some house rules and it's pretty fun.

It's nice and all but the point of UNO is to be highly portable so you can have the 10 most boring minutes of your life anywhere. Making it this complicated and fun on top of that? Sorry but I'd rather stick to more traditional sources of tedium and suffering instead.
