@@lowenddrumma appreciate it, I should be here today I'm very excited. I have a Tama starclassic Birch Bubinga kit, but unfortunately when I was younger I made a lot of dumb modifications to it like painting the rims orange, definitely regret it now, but the kit still sounds fantastic.

Yes, they could definitely work. The kit is very versatile It would just depend on what heads you use and how you tune them.
