About Our Channel:
This channel is about the daily lives and adventures of my 3 indoor cats Santi, Indy & Chewie and our 14 outdoor cats and my dog Walter.
Our outdoor cats are living in our garden and their names are D'Artagnan, The Rolling Cat (Princess), The Purring Cat, D'Artagnan's Girlfriend, Porthos, Zoom, Junior, The Mom Cat, The Big Head, Ruzgar, Nope, Pamuk, Pamuk Jr. and Vasak.
If you are a new visitor to our channel, I suggest that you watch the two playlists called "All The Videos of Our Outdoor Cats (In Order)" and "All The Videos of My Indoor Cats (In Order)" first.
Apart from the videos of our cats, from time to time I also upload videos of other animals I come across.
So basically, what you'll find here are lots of funny and cute cat videos, an ongoing miniseries about a cat love drama, sometimes rescue stories and always a whole lot of meowing!

Thank you for caring for precious Zoom. I have heard that cats are very good at hiding their problems. It is a defense mechanism so that other animals won't prey on their weakness. She had hidden the fact that she had no teeth! Finally she chose to trust you to take care of her. I think you know the rare honor she has bestowed on you, for a semi-feral cat to trust her life to a human. She knew she needed help, and she knew that you would help her. Thank you.
They do, they are predator and prey so they need to be wary.
I have never had a toothless cat try to hide the fact!
She trusted you. You helped her. Congratulations! She is now no longer feral! She is “formerly feral.” And she loves you with all her heart! ❤️
Thank you for taking care of her. Cats are so loving.
Dry food is no good for them. Cats who have a diet of dry food have numerous health issues from food allergies that lead to intestinal bowel disease and fatal pancreatitis, kidney disease, feline urinary syndrome and kidney stones, also fatal) and diabetes, all due to fillers such as grains and tapioca- bc what they NEED is ONLY muscle meat (chicken is best).
While canned food isn’t perfect it is far superior to dry food. Supplement with poached chicken, no salt added. No animal should live on a diet of only processed foods.
Just bc cats prefer it, doesn’t mean it’s good for them. Think about it! Little kids would prefer M&Ms, Fruit Loops or candy bars over a healthy diet including what humans need.
Sounds like introverts 😅
Nature can be so cruel. One injured paw could be the end for an aging cat. It warms my heart when humans act to reduce the suffering of innocent creatures. Many thanks to you!
Cat's are highly susceptible to infections no matter how old.
The poor things problem was no teeth, not a paw booboo.
@@jackieblue787 Nope. You misunderstood that part. She'd been without teeth for quite a long time. Her acute illness was an injured and infected paw.
@@jackieblue787 The infection was killing her.
Cats are carnivores. So feeding them and supporting their population (which is too high) unfortunately means supporting cruelty. Cats eat other animals who are kept on factory farms, which inflicts immense suffering.
You might not like it and disagree, but that doesn't make it not true. It is true.
Of course that doesn't mean that cats don't deserve to be unharmed. It just that nature is even more cruel than you think it is. It's so cruel that animals have to eat one another to survive.
I just think we should try to dim down their booming population, bc their existence causes a lot of factory animal suffering, which isn't necessary.
They know who will help them.A stray that we fed came to our door crying frantically and took us into the woods where she had 1 newborn kitten. She was young and It was her 1st kitten and she was confused so we took both in and they lived happily ever after
She was probably like "what the hell is that thing? What do I do with it? It came out of my body! Help me!"
@@magdalen5108 your correct she carried it around the house kinda showing it to everyone.we would find the kitten In some strange places. She settled down after a week.
Aww dang 🥺
You can soak dry food in warm water until it gets soft. Food is so expensive. She's so pretty. Thanks for caring for these babies.
I knew Zoom would stay. The garden is her home and you are her family, no matter how shy she is. Cats are sneaky sometimes. Most likely she didn't leave for those 2 days, she was right there. Sometimes we forget that cats can hide in the smallest, oddest places. Even indoor cats... When they don't want to be seen, they know exactly where to go. Especially with Zoom. 7 years is a long time. She has every little nook and secret hiding spot memorized
Ohh sneaky they are! I'd like to think she was there the whole time as well 😊.
I agree, she didn't leave... or at least, she didn't go far. I will add, even though she was healing, she COULDN'T go far. She wouldn't have the energy to stray too far from home. She would choose a spot more isolated from the rest of the gang, like his father's storagre room.
She was probably tired from being at the vet clinic and needed to deeply rest before rejoining the gang.
Thankyou for sharing..
@@Objective-Observer yep…she wasn’t out there dancing the night away…🙀🙀🙀💙🙀🙀🙀🔥
I love how, at the end of the video, she looks out the door of her abode and is, like, "Oh, it's just you," and promptly goes back to her nap. 😂❤
She left because she knew the other cats would attack her until she smelled normal again. Every time we take one of our cats to the vet we have to separate them for at least a day until they smell normal again. They don't recognize the vet smell on the cat so most cats will hiss at the minimum.
There's also "cat business" to attend to. Resocializing with the rest of the colony, re-establishing habits, meeting new additions, learning any changes in her neighborhood... Yep, the life of a landlady has many demands
Poor baby Zoom! Soo happy to see her well again. Poor thing has no teeth but eats dry food? What an achievement! Stay well Zoom. We love you. Thank heaven you have a good dad to take care of you and a whole gang as your support group. ❤😊
Just a thought...with no teeth, is dry food a choking hazard for her?
Poor girl such a pretty face. How does she eat the dry food? Just swallows it? The loss of all her teeth? Did the just all fall out how is it possible unless all were pulled out? I realky wonder about this. What do others think? Leave me your opinion please. Wonder if vet had any ideas
@@shelleyharris4176Probably does swallow most of it, yeah. Look how well she took that pill from the vet. Looked pretty experienced to me
Apperently the gums can get really really hard when teeth are gone so no hazard with dry food!
@@musicloverme3993 A shy feral tom-cat of ours hadn`t had any teeth as well. He could eat dry food, and when we had to catch him for a vet-treatment with a wool blanket he had bitten the catcher through the blanket and hurt him!
Her gums must be used to chew the dry food without any teeth. Amazing that she was hiding the fact. The welcome committee around the carrier when you got home from the vet so sweet. They do love each other and are aware of who is who amongst the group. .
Yes! watching her rub against the other cats was just heartwarming as anything!
Ahhh they were probably worried about her so cute.
@magnacz, I wondered about her teeth wondering if she grew new ones (but she wasn't a young cat) or maybe she got dentures 😅 (of course not).😮😅😊
I had a cat that basically inhaled dry pellets, maybe she's not chewing much.
@@nihlify... They get the best. I'd bet their dry food is the soft, chewy kind! 😊
Thank goodness you care so much for her that you went looking for her that night. Cats are such special creatures! I found this fun "rendition" of a cat joke:
A German Shepherd, Doberman, and a cat appear before the king.
The king greets the three and asks each what they believe in.
First, he asks the German Shepherd who replies "I believe in discipline and loyalty to my master". King says " this is good, you can sit here at my right hand."
Next he asks the Doberman what he believes in. The Doberman replies "I believe in love and protecting my master." King says "Wonderful, you can sit here at my left."
Finally King asks the cat what he believes in and the cat replies "I believe you are in my seat".
LOL!
😂👍🏻
😂😂
It's SO true!
@Sherry2836 thank you for the funny joke story 😂😂😂❤
For cats and cat lovers alike, yours really is the Garden of Eden!
Garden of Eden for the cats for sure! However, the garden is likely hell on earth for wild birds. Cats like these kill millions of birds every year, even though many of them are already well fed by humans.
I am sorry for you that you feel compelled to rain on people's joy. How is that in any way relevant to this specific video about THESE cats? Yes, cats are predators. What effect do you imagine a comment like this has, except maybe making you feel superior and making others see you as a bore and killjoy? Do you make this comment under every cat video on TH-cam? If so, how miserable must you be? Do you comment on how much damage human beings do to almost to every location they have ever lived under every video that has people in it?

@mikelee2213 breaking news, cats kill birds
It must have been a worrisome time when Zoom disappeared for two days. I'm so glad she came back.
Poor baby had a rough time, but now she is better. I hope she continues to accept and give live more and more.
We'd been feeding a feral cat for 4-5 years until he let us pet him. We were then able to catch him and 4 young cats and get them all "fixed". I, too, was worried that would undo our years of gaining his trust. Not at all! Now he gets into our laps outside and purrs. He's also gotten quite pudgy - lol. Thank you for taking such good care of Zoom 💞
As a devoted fan of this place, I am amazed at how "zoom" has managed to dismantle her barriers and form deeper connections with individuals, rather than just being a food consumer. It signifies the beginning of closeness, an increase in trust, and a feeling of belonging. It is no longer merely a transient setting, but a place where she finds comfort. Witnessing her reconnect with her roommates was genuinely heartening. Your altruistic commitment is truly commendable.
Haha ai generated comment
Poor Zoom, she was telling you something was wrong because she trusts you,so glad she came back and she is feeling better, thankyou for helping her,and all of your beautiful cats and of course Walter ❤❤❤❤
Thank goodness, Zoom is okay! She's a very lucky lady to have such a good friend who paid attention to all those signals she was giving about her health! She also clearly recognizes you as a friend because she came back after a brief respite in order to rejoin her happy home. She couldn't wait to get those body bumps to blend her scent back into her cat community! Well done and thank you for taking care of her.
Thank you. Zoom is one of my favorites. I'm glad you are there when she needs you.
❤❤
It took Zoom a couple of days to realize that you were helping her to feel better by going to the vet. Glad to see Zoom is back home with you and her feline friends!
An orange male cat used to sneak onto the porch where I fed my two cats on my farm. Over some months, he was willing to come onto the porch to eat while I sat on the stairs, although I couldn't touch him. Then he got a barley grass seed in his eye. I borrowed a possum cage from the council and managed to catch him. While he was at the vet having his eye attended to, I had him neutered. Well, when I released him from the possum cage back at the farm, he took off like a rocket. I didn't know if I would ever see him again. But he was back within a week, eating with my two cats. Eventually, he became a house cat.
Zoom has the intelligence to ask for help. Thank you Walter for always being attentive to what these little furry angels need. ❤️❤️💘🐈Zoom is in the best hands...Yours!!! 👏👏👏💘❤️💘❤️💘❤️💘😊
As an American I just want to say we love the people of Turkey and their love of cats ❤
As another American, I second that!
🤝🏻
@@leechain5427 Romania is like Turkey: cats everywhere.
From what I've read, the Turkish government provides free vet care.
That is a wonderful thing to know about Romania - then it must be full of great people too!@@gabrielthecatbriel
The grey cat that Zoom rubs up against a bunch with another brown cat near the end of the video… she had such captivating eyes! What a gorgeous cat.
Thank you! Cats know the people who love them and help them
It was such a slow descent into illness for Zoom, she must have been feeling poorly with that infection, but then it gave you the opportunity pick her up and help her. 10 days at the vet - for a semi-feral cat! But she must have responded to feeling better and missed your really beautiful lush garden that serves food! It is impressive that she eats dry food with no teeth, though. Thank you for posting this!
Thank you for taking care of the kitties and your strong heart ❤️
❤❤❤
Very sweet to donate. From someone who ants to but can’t afford it (Lyme disease), I really appreciate people like you. I wish I could too. He takes such great care of these sweet little kitties and gives them an amazing, safe, healthy and happy home. Thank you again for supporting such a great cause. ❤❤
Cats are very good at hiding illness. You knew something wasn’t right when something ordinary changed.
What a lovely story and wonderful outcome. Her trust in you is testament to your respect for her needing her own space.
It’s so rewarding when they finally trust you. I’m so glad she was able to go to the vet and get well. And she was the best little patient!
It is so wonderful that you are so in tune with all the kitties. Thank you for being there for them.
She will always zoom about as cats rightly do! Thank you Walter Santi ❤ What a great spirit you have and we love you. 🎉 and zoom!
I Love Zoom and all the front/ back yard gangs💛thanks for taking care of the precious babies 🐻
Poor old lady Zoom. She looks better now.
She is the funniest looking kitty but is so 🥰 cute. We love Zoom!
Zoom's meows are the softest I have ever heard ♡ Come to think of it ~ this was the first time hearing her meow ever ♡
Take care
Stay well little Zoom! You knew you were safe with Walter and reached out for help. Good for you little lady.
If everyone was so kind to animals as you, sir, what a wonderful world this would be! Heaven on Earth!!!
7:42 It warmed my heart seeing all the blessed “head bonking” here~! I knew this was part of cats’ body language, but to see this on display “in the wild” of sorts was a rare treat… thank you for sharing this with us, and thank you once more for everything you’ve (all) done for this family of felines we’ve all grown to love (including the “honorary feline” canine Walter)~! ❤
So glad that Zoom got medical help and returned to the backyard. Zoom has been one of my favourites from the beginning and it’s a joy to see her making so much progress 💕 Bless you and all the cats who are fortunate to have this cat haven 🙏
Thank you walter and son. For noticing she wasnt well and for looking after her. And all the others. They are so lucky . God bless you all and good health 👍❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🙏
So happy for baby Zoom!!!❤
Thank you so much for caring for these sweet innocent souls. There is a special place in heaven for you all 💞
It's great that Zoom trusted you enough to ask for help and stay close with you. I also love that the other garden cats checked on Zoom before and after you took her to the Veterinarian
Poor baby. I cried for her suffering. I pray that she is safe and well, because she deserves to live the rest of her days having a sweet life. Hello, Zoom, from Australia! 🐈🇦🇺
And may l add, hello Zoom from England ❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a special human being you are to take care of those sweet souls! God bless you!!
Zoom is so very pleased that you love her unconditionally. And that you accept her on HER terms. 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Bless her little heart....imagine, it was her foot, and then her teeth! She puts on a tough facade, but, she's a softy inside. Zoom proved her faith in you when she let down her guard. Better days ahead for Zoom and it's probably the best she's felt in a long, long time.
Sweet darling Zoom ❤😻❤
Happy to see Zoom recovered fine is back at her happy home, great job.
Great dignity from this cat , thank you for help her ,great human.
Thank you so much for helping sweet Zoom!
You're a hero, Walter! Not even kidding, Zoom brought a tear to my eye. The world needs more people like this.
Poor Zoom. Bless you for taking care of her. (And credit to the vets, too. The scars on the fingers show how much they endure to help critters.)
The days your videos post are my favorite days of the month. Thank you for the kindness you bring to your cats, and to all of us who watch.
Glad Zoom is feeling better. Blessings to you, your family and all your furbabies!!!
Zoom had learned to trust you . Your kindness knows no bounds.
😂 Zoom loves you. She just doesn’t want to admit it, too mushy. 👍 Walter
You are a wonderful guardian for your cats. Great outcome.
Thank you for taking care of her. I lost my first cat a few years ago because I failed to realize he was sick and needed medical attention. By the time I took him into the vet they said it was too late and we let him ago. R.I.P. Bazz - You were my sweetheart, and I'm sorry I didn't take care of you when you needed me.
😭😿
You can’t blame yourself. Every vet will tell you that cats act totally fine until they can’t anymore. They are exceptionally good at hiding their illnesses. It sounds like sweet Bazz had a wonderfully loving home and you provided for her what you could 💙
I love it how Zoom has her own little gang :) She's a beautiful little cat and i'm so glad that she is happy.
Zoom and all your kitties and Walter are the luckiest pets in the world to have a parents you and your father. I love your laughter of relief when you saw Zoom again. We can all feel the great love you have for all your furbabies. 💞
Your country should honor you with a humane award, for your wonderful caring work that you do for these precious little souls. Bravo!
I have been watching you for years. God bless you for loving and taking care of all the kitties! Love you. Love them!❤
That poor baby Zoom. I'm so glad to be a member and contribute to her care.
All the cats you take care of are such lovely, sweet animals, thank goodness they have you!
You might consider softening Zoom’s kibble with a little broth or milk or even water. You are wonderful to take care of so many!
I know! I wouldn't be able to feed her dry food anymore after finding out she has NO teeth! 😢
Sometimes they prefer it and their gums can get quite tough, but yes, I’d offer her some damp kibbles to see if that’s easier for her
I don't think she's chewing the kibble: she appears to be swallowing it whole, much as one of my dogs does. Softening it with some milk or broth would help it fall apart so she can digest more of the nutrients. @@mariag.8242
Great idea, although I wouldn`t feed kibble to any cat, it`s the worst thing you can give them. It can make them obese, get diabetes, and lots of other fatal diseases. Vets promote it but they are not taught about cat nutrition. They need a high protein diet, and get most of their moisture, to digest their food, from proper protein, not carbohydrate filled dry kibble.
@@euphoria477maybe the channel owner knows this too but he can’t regularly afford better food to feed as many cats as he does ? I can’t imagine the blocked urinary tract infections some of these poor cats go through , often with no help because they can’t talk . Not to mention many people do not care nor have the means to take them to the vet if they do know.
Are vet fees much more reasonable in Turkey though ?
this one brought me to tears. She knew she had to trust you to get better and even though she wasn't happy about it (being gone 2 days afterwards) she also knew when it was time to come home. Thank you for all that you do for feral cats, you are an inspiration!

Oh wow. I’m soooo glad she’s better. She’s my favorite cat. I just love her little personality. Well son sir ❤️🇺🇸
So glad she came back and that the veterinary care help her. May you have many more years together
Walter, the cat whisperer. Zoom knew it was safe. Thank you for caring for all the cats.
I call him Snickers since he's always snickering at his kitties behind the camera.
I'm sure anyone who cares for semi-feral cats will understand exactly what was going on inside you. Zoom then helped you make the decision. It wasn't easy for either of you. So good to see how it all came to a good end! 🙂
Feral’s have such a tough life out there, from things that go bump in the night to surviving in the extreme’s of weather .. thank you for your kindness💖
I can totally understand the fear you had in taking her to the vets immediately. Wisdom in getting her special food and immune support that probably helped her trust you more knowing you were paying close attention to her. I imagine she felt she could take that step and trust you with her life which she did when she went into the closet that was her saying "I'm ready ❤" So glad she came back I was wondering if she was going to go to the front yard. But after seeing how she missed the Loud cat and kittens that was just so sweet!!❤ Thank you soo much for all you do God bless you sir!
It seemed like only yesterday that the athletic Zoom zipped and zoomed around the garden. (How time flies!)
And-oh my goodness … her toothlessness never would have crossed my mind!🫢
Stay happy, Zoom!💖
Of course she didn’t run away! You were there for her. It is obvious how well they are cared for because you noticed her subtle pleas. I can’t wait to see the renovations.
