When playing against my friend in a 1v1 race , he Silver tried to attack me. He ended up hitting me as a homerun , across the map. Instantly bypassing 90% of the map and of course I win the race. Never have I cried so much of laughter.

King Dededong I usually don’t run into any game breaking glitches unless I really try to. For me, it’s mostly just visual glitches and other very minor bugs.
The Silver glitch actually holds astounding implications about the game, and explains why the game has such horrendous load times (if you didn't previously know). The issue with the game is that, for whatever bizarre reason, it deems it necessary to load the entirety of the game whenever you go through a cutscene, or activate a quest flag, or whatever. So for an example: You start up Sonic 06, it spends 15-20 seconds rendering all of Soleanna, it's people, etc. Not too bad, right? Then you talk to a guy and get a quest...and it spends 15-20 seconds loading a 2 sentence cutscene. What happened is that the game reloaded ALL of Soleanna, all of the buildings, graphics, textures, even nearby people...just with the targeted NPC with his quest related text lines. So now? The game spends ANOTHER 15-20 seconds loading, and you guessed it, because the game is now reloading all of Soleanna for a THIRD BLOODY TIME, now with the quest related objects (enemies, rings, whatever) added to the game. This is MONUMENTALLY bad game design. I just can't even fathom it.
Oh, and thanks for the video Scykoh. Can't wait until you get to Silver's part. That's when the game REALLY starts breaking to pieces. Telepathy just couldn't be playtested, could it?

If silver throws you out of bounds during the first fight and if you stand on a certain height, he will try jumping and since Silver has a higher jump, he will actually jump out of bounds and follow you. You can then run around a half loaded city with silver constantly following you. If he falls in the water he just spawns back on land because *HE IS GOD*

The stop signs in Soleanna forest were likely a result of the game loading parts of the city, as the level as accessed way earlier than intended, so it loaded the city' stop sign assets, and that's most likely why Soleanna forest was full of stop signs.

A quest is something you generally undertake to achieve something, he just booted up the game and they were thrown at him and it was a party. In his Pokemon Glitchquest videos, he had to do specific things for each glitch, not the case in these videos.
Just a heads up for everyone: the difference between Glitchfest and Glitch Quest is that Glitch Quest has a specific goal to accomplish in the long run. For example, the first Glitch Quest I did the goal was to eventually beat the game. In Glitchfest, there is no goal other than just showing a compilation of glitches. In future Glitch Quests I'll probably more specifically point out the "Quests" and maybe even show a running quest log, to help distinguish between "Glitchfest' and "Glitch Quest"

8:58 Actually, if you wait long enough, the game will auto-kill you for exceeding the space that the game can push you through. In fact when he finally falls it looks like he's falling into a black hole. It's pretty awesome.

I’ve played this game back and forth since I got it in 2008 when the ps3 was thicc, The only glitches I had were the loading screen being too long and sonic flying to his death in the mach speed sections once every blue moon.
I actually seen a rom hack for this game (Called Project 06) that completely remasters Sonic 06, the animations and graphics are better, the loading screens are MUCH shorter, and it fixes almost every glitch in the game. It's incomplete sure, but I actually had a lot of fun this Rom Hack!
This is awesome! I can watch Scykoh all day tomorrow! I got my wisdom teeth out, and the only thing better than seeing angels after waking up then telling my mom that she has a light switch head, is Scykoh.

Mostly the latter, but some of the things (like the cutscene lag) was because of the disc.
Both. The game runs shitty normally, but the beat-up disk doesn't exactly help.

@@SilverFluffyFox what happened was half of the team working on this were taken to work on sonic and the secret rings but the deadline was still set for sonic 06 so when the deadline was reached they stopped development and released sonic 06, so the sonic 06 that was released was an unfinished version

No, he sadly doesn't. He is stuck in a black hole waiting for the game to be re opened but the pain of Mario not controlling him had gotten to him and he finally just gave up on ever getting the fruit back.
I know people will slap me for this but Sonic 06 is my favorite sonic game (and game). It's because of the glitches it's my favorite.

The only glitches I've encountered are when I stood on a weird angle, as well as weird camera angles.
While I hated the gameplay, I did like the story. It was interesting. However, I heard that Sega fired their bugging team before this game hit the shelves. I bet if they didn't rush the game making and bugging process, it would have been more enjoyable to play.

The glitches are out of control, yeah, I can see that. But if you know where they are and how you can avoid them it's fine. Also, did you know that there IS a glitch in Wave Ocean? When you go up the ramp at the end of the speed section, if you don't take it JUST RIGHT.. It will launch you into the ocean and you die.

I’ve played this game back and forth since I got it in 2008 when the ps3 was thicc, The only glitches I had were the loading screen being too long and sonic flying to his death in the mach speed sections once every blue moon.
I actually seen a rom hack for this game (Called Project 06) that completely remasters Sonic 06, the animations and graphics are better, the loading screens are MUCH shorter, and it fixes almost every glitch in the game. It's incomplete sure, but I actually had a lot of fun this Rom Hack!
How is this a hack? It's a remake on a new engine for pc lol.
