The Cuban looks closer to 18k or 22k. I have a solid 18k Cuban and it’s definitely darker than that 14k. It also depends on what alloys they mixed in with the gold. I think platinum/rhodium gives a lighter shade of yellow.

The platting on the cuban is either 18k or 22k...if you get a "to make order" from a place that makes them they let you choose what finish you want..it saves you alot of money if youre on a budget... But it will have no resale value since the coating will fade away from wear and tear..nice comparison...
