North America is one of my favorite parts of Columbus Zoo! I was so fortunate to have seen wolf puppies there in June 2019. Great job again, Zach! Can’t wait for the next episode
I feel like North American exhibits are underrated in zoos. It’s so cool to see exhibits featuring animals that some might see in their backyard. I’m so excited that my local zoo the Louisville Zoo is building a new Kentucky themed North America exhibit!
This video was amazing. The wildlife of the Americas always amazes me. And dedicating a whole entire zoo to the American wildlife and ecosystem is wonderful too see. Thank you for showing such an interesting zoo!
We have barely any North American animals in Australian zoos - only bison and elk, and only kept in one or two zoos. I’ll happily travel overseas to see American species, they’re incredible! You guys are lucky to have such massive and diverse native species. Thank you for the video!
I would visit the Columbus zoo for the Moose alone... if I lived in America. We only have 4 collections in the UK that hold Eurasian/ European Moose, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo (near where I live) did house them for 7 years from 2010 to 2017 but sadly the last female went to Longleat Safari Park and has sadly passed away since then. The "Wild Wild Whipsnade" opened in 2010 and it was a fantastic European themed area at the zoo, the animals it housed were European Brown Bear, European Grey Wolf, European Bison, European Moose, European Wild Boar, European Lynx and European Wolverine. the Wolves leave in 2015 and now that exhibit is home to 5 African Hunting Dogs, apart from the Moose all the other animals are still at the zoo but sadly the individuals numbers are dwindling. I would love to see and photograph Moose, the nearest collection to me that house them now is Wildwood in Kent which have 2.

Now listen just because it’s michigans mascot and you’re in Ohio you should still be happy to have this animal at you’re zoo it’s really rare to have wolverines
The reason why and columbus zoo visitor might be upset to see a wolverine because the Ohio state is rivals with Michigan State and Michigan States mascot is a wolverine
The reason why a Columbus Zoo visitor would be upset to see a wolverine is because of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines rivalry.
The oldest exhibit in Columbus aged much better than Adventure Cove within the first few days. Imagine that.

Very nicely done! I'm going to have to plan an Ohio trip again some day, the last time I visited not everything was open yet.

I've always enjoyed the animals of North America, it's just so wild we live among animals like these!

Columbus zoo visitors are mostly from Ohio and Wolverines are the symbol of that state up north’s football team.

I went to the Columbus Zoo more than 20 years ago, but I can't remember if we saw this area or not. I'll definitely have to give it a re-visit!
