- This is my story on my experience with anxiety and depression and how I overcame it. It wasn't easy but it was worth the fight. I meant to film and post this video a few years ago after I made it out of the darkest season I had ever experienced. But I ignored a request from God and let me tell you...don't do that. LOL. There is still a subtle and soft nudge even after all these years to film this. So, here it is. Can we just talk about all the prayer warriors I have in my life and incredible friends and family. I'm truly blessed.

Also, there is nothing wrong with being on medication. NOTHING.It has helped so many people. It was simply a personal decision of mine not to be on any medication.

Hi Janet. I am praying for you🤍 it’s the hardest but it will make you the strongest. Pray without ceasing.
The book is called “The Power of Right Believing” by Joesph Prince and I’d also recommend my absolute favorite called “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer. You can also listen to the audio.

Iono how much weight my input carries but you should pod more often. It seemed therapeutic to you and might be to someone else as well. Those experiences aren’t to be joked about but learn to find the humor and beauty within the dark moments. Smile through all the pain life throws your way. It’ll condition you to soldier through each obstacle with a more stabled mind.
Couldn’t agree with you more. Adversity and pain truly build character. This was therapeutic none the less and I plan on doing more on different topics. Some deep and some fun. ☺️

He was sent here to die. For us. It was the only way we’d (sinners) be saved. Took me 29 years to wrap my head around that but once it clicks, it clicks. And it’s the greatest proclamation of love. 🤍

@@nettyb00p20 🔶Who rose from death? Only the mortal persons, if he didn’t die then he couldn’t be resurrected! So the fact that he died makes Jesus a mortal! Because God alone is immortal! Means never die at all, not for 3 seconds and not for 3 days. God is immortal, means also, he never died at the past, never die at the present, and he will never die on the futur. 🔴Do you agree now? ♥️🌹
@@joesephlebon I see what you are trying to get at. And it’s safe to assume you don’t believe in the Holy Trinity. But you’re oversimplifying something that takes a lot of prayer and reading of the Word to understand.
