Had to make a trip for dinner to Canton Manor. The lobster sticky rice was the bomb! My hubby and daughter fought over it, who needed extra servings. Great Friday night dinner, worth the drive from out east.

Quick suggestion-the pork chops are typically called Peking Pork Chops (Ging-Doh refers to Peking / Beijing). Sweet & Sour is typically the one with peppers and pineapple. Congrats on the new restaurant - looking fwd to trying it since I’m in Bayside, too!

I have a cast iron wok but I cannot move it around on my stove. It doesn’t get as hot as that one either.. even though I allow foods to Chris there’s no real wok hei . This Lobster looks delicious!
