i have no idea what i should do... I can't find anything about people having the same issue as me. My Ethernet has just completely dissapeared, from settings and my network connections. It's as if my PC never had it in the first place, but i know it does. Ethernet has disappeared and left no trace of ever existing. any idea how to get it back?.... For those still stick with the issue, the only thing that solved it for me was resetting via BIOS
