Here a Tip: You can also whiten your teeth by using coconut oil every morning as a mouthwash. Just mix the coconut oil (a small amount) with some water -thats it- thanks for the great video

Last year I had a Stanley but it was REALLY difficult to carry around as it leaked everywhere (not even kidding I felt that water dripping onto my leg through the bag) and was really heavy to bring around. This year, I’m using a 600ml bottle in lilac (I can’t really remember the company name but I think it was IO80 or something like that) and it’s much better! Even if I tip it upside down, it still won’t leak, and it’s super easy and light to carry around. I highly recommend it!!
