My gf is a graduate in Hospitality Management. She is in philippines now looking for job abroad. She is jobless for so many months.😔 Though we applied to many jobs locally and abroad. Please help her find a job in Thailand.
Great informative Videos Jamrell! Are there any provinces, or immigration offices in Thailand that don't allow the conversion of a tourist visa to a non-immigrant B visa for teaching in schools, that you are aware of? So to be aware of where not to look for teaching jobs.
Hi Andre! I'm not aware of any immigration offices that don't allow the conversion of tourist to Non-B visas. I'll let you know if I hear of any!
I work in the Samutprakan area and had my visa converted to Non-B at the Samutprakan immigration.
Samutprakan is about 10-15 minutes away from the heart of Bangkok by BTS. Since it's not in the city center, rent prices are not as expensive and there are lots of international schools here. (Just adding this to your list of prospective work areas)
Hope this helps!
@@jamrellb Thank you!

Are you based out of Bangkok? Are there particular neighborhoods that have a strong Filipino presence? Or Filipino restaurant or grocery stores?
Hi! I'm in Samutprakan, Bangna area, which is about 10 minutes away from the heart of Bangkok. There are a lot of Filipinos near The Winning Tower in Pridi. There's a Filipino store there too!
Oh one more question Ate: how much Thai do you know? Are you pretty fluently conversationally? Reading Thai? Writing Thai?
I know a bit of Thai to be able to get around, though I won't say I'm fluent. If you listen closely, you'll be able to hear the Filipino accent when I speak haha :D When it comes to reading and writing, I'm pretty slow and definitely need to practice more!
