During WWII, at the vast Willow Run plant in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the Ford Motor Company performed something like a miracle 24-hours a day. The B-24 Liberator long-range bomber had 1,550,000 parts. One of these planes came off the line every 63 minutes. The United States of America launched more vessels in 1941 than Japan did over the course of the entire war. 28:30 Wrong, it spends about as much as #2. Considering China's intent to go to war and the fact the intelligence community believes China's actual military budget was 711b in 2022 (According to AEI report "Keeping up with Pacing Threat: Unveiling the True Size of China's military"). China's the most consequential player in this game and instead of waiting like Deng Xiaoping argued for Xi decided to show the CCP's fangs too soon. As much as Russia is existential for Ukraine, striking the right balance between Russia and China are important. This is why I largely agree with Trump on his anti-China stance with forcing Europe to handle Europe's problems. It's mainly because there's a larger threat and the US needs that leeway. Increasing the chances of WW3 by allowing Russia and China to weaken us significantly without responding in any way will only bring us war. Arming ourselves to the bone is what we need in order to prevent this outcome. The EU deciding not to arm itself and take care of Russia is unbelievably irresponsible in the grander scheme of things, but seems fine on the smaller scale. It's the West getting outplayed, and the West finally starting to respond.
I'm willing to bet you that the negotiation will look ever so much like a surrender by the proxy, Cormac. Do you want to take me up on this? How much are you willing to punt?
At what point do we start discussing intentionality ? Three years of this horror . So what if “mistakes” are acknowledged down the road , limbs and lives won’t return . At what point is it recognized that america is detrimental to humanity ?
@@toddfulton2280american policy has long been to control the armaments industries of the west to its advantage . That , combined with the fact that america forced Ukrainian disarmament far beyond just nukes , is why america is to blame for Ukraine ‘s current tragedy .There was never a question that rusha would invade at first opportunity as it did in 2014 and after . Just because america has proven itself to be a steaming pile of $hit doesnt mean rusha isn’t worse . It just means humanity has a bigger problem than the detritus governing from moscow . I’m guess you’re a yank ; no other people have as much difficulty thinking in terms other than the crudest possible dialectic . ie america good , wee people america is bombing to smithereeens bad …
With so many intelligent guests, I'm a little embarrassed to ask. Since I know nothing about Military Budgets, I can't even imagine how many civilians and soldiers will die, or leave a leg or an arm in the mud, in addition to a few hundred thousand orphaned children. mentally scarred or blind with blocked eardrums... My common sense tells me that forcing Ukraine to remain neutral is... cheaper for everyone, or am I talking nonsense?
It is not because Russia will be rewarded for invading and annexing. It won't be cheaper to be a greater risk of low security. More defense spending will go up for europe and america if Russia wins. With nato in Ukraine, spending can be focused and simplified. Also, Russia cannot be trusted not to attack again a few years later.
It is only a crying shame that we are three years of attrition further to finally come to this conclusion. So, no, you are absolutely not talking nonsense, you are 100% right, only in March 2022 negotiators of both sides came to the same conclusion but "the Western elites" decided they wanted war...
It is a complete misunderstanding of the geopolitics to think that Western incrementalism has been about avoiding upsetting or provoking Putin. The incremental approach is the rational approach when you cannot risk destabilizing the regime. How this point is lost on all of these commentators is beyond me.

Last thing I heard it that the majority in the senat is down to 1-2 votes
someone has obviously lost touch with reality. the average european most definitely does not spend less than 30% of the income on food!
31:20 thats the second commentator saying the West didn't want to defeat Russia.
Seriously? It isn't just America that has been dragging its feet. Cowardly? Yes. Antihuman? No, that would be Russia.
Forced to negotiating😂 and Britain ruel the waves
Putin will escalate before negotiations. A safe assumption considering that’s what he’s been doing for weeks now. Good you noticed though.
So what is the least best deal you talk about…what does look like in your view.?

Yes . Have you not heard of rusha ?
It is only a crying shame that we are three years of attrition further to finally come to this conclusion. So, no, you are absolutely not talking nonsense, you are 100% right, only in March 2022 negotiators of both sides came to the same conclusion but "the Western elites" decided they wanted war...
I love the passion of people who want to keep fighting even when they have lost.
People who are against imperialism slavery and genocide tend to be romantic so russian imperialism is not welcome no matter what.
It is a complete misunderstanding of the geopolitics to think that Western incrementalism has been about avoiding upsetting or provoking Putin. The incremental approach is the rational approach when you cannot risk destabilizing the regime. How this point is lost on all of these commentators is beyond me.
Never overestimate commentators on channels like these, intelligence is not a requirement here...

Pro russian views are as welcome as moustache mans politics her But there are channels where people are pro genocide and pro russian imperialism.
Pro russian imperialism is hard to sell

How would you deal with a rogue state that ignores international laws and the Geneva convention?

So Biden and the west allowing long range strikes into Russia is Putin escalating 😂😂 you clowns are hilarious
glad u find it funny ...bots always do the clown thing, nothing about this sht war seems at all funny ...idiot Putin and nasty Belousov thought attacking their neighbour was a good thing ...now everything goes to sht...especially for the russians by the look of it...
Putin involved North Korea first. Limitations on longer range missiles were lifted only AFTER that particular escalation by Putin. It was in response to that. So please have your facts correct before making ignorant comments in public next time 😊
Atacms are not, at 300 km, long range. Ukraine has been given NO long or even medium range missiles.
