I went up there about 20 years ago. The industrialist who built this castle died broke after he invested in Russian bonds just before the Russian Revolution. His friends had to pay for his funeral.
Drove by this place so many times never stop I'm pissed at myself I will definitely 100% stop there every time I drive by for a cold and some grub. I'm from Fall River Massachusetts
I hope we take memories with us when we go! Good times! Have you been to biltmore house in Ashland NC? We went there on way way to dragons tail...it's a good tour
I wonder if your CR500 could rip that house off its foundation 😅? If I'm not mistaken the factory he owned is in the same town as the Sam Adams Brewery.
@@KaplanCycles Your channel is so incredibly awesome! All the old school bikes from the 1980s, like the Suzuki GS 1100Es, Kawasaki KZ 1100s and such bring back fond memories. Back in 1998 I was chef at the Eagles Nest restaurant in Concord, NH. The owner, Ben Lane, invited the AMA Superbike riders to the restaurant and gave them a free dinner and bar night. I got to hang out with Miguel Duhamel, Mathew Maldin, brothers Ben and Eric Bostrom, Jamie Hacking, Aaron Slight, Carl Fogarty and Jamie Whitham! There were others but these are the guys I knew. It was something else hanging out with them in person.
im up the street at exit 32 wish I could finally meet u. But instead I’m stuck at my parents cabin kicking rocks cause the bike I just bought I lost the title for and it’s a ct title. Do you have any advice for me on getting ahold of the person with the title? No I don’t know them
