I am running the latest version of the app, my washer and dryer (same model) say they’re up to date. Unfortunately I don’t see the arrow under the useful features like you have. That’s probably why I can’t seem to change the melody on my end.

Hi! Turn on the washer, go to Options, Additional settings, Signal and choose Off.
