I personally don’t prefer it. Unless you use the super harsh detergent, the clean times become too short to effectively remove stains and body odors. LG should have left the cycle times, but kept turbowash for mixing and dispersing detergent. It doesn’t waste water though. It’s just recirculating the wash/rinse water over the clothes.
Turbo wash uses recirculated water because less water is used in these machines so the only way to maintain wash quality is to spray the clothes with water.
I have had my wash tower since Jan. 17th. The DRYER has failed to work / heat since installed. Filed complaint on the 18th....LG has FAILED to fix, replace or refund this unit. LG has FAILED in customer service.

And yet I still get messages from "the Presidential Liaison" Rachel advising "i expect to hear something soon". 21 DAYS.....let that sink in on how USLESS LG customer service is. 48 hours...thats how log it should have taken to get a revolve. 21 DAYS mr. president of LG. Complete and utter FAILURE.....i hope you're proud.

I forgot to mention you can’t disable it on some cycles like Normal, so you’re stuck with the subpar cleaning performance.

Removing your Stain Care cycle was the worst decision ever. Your washers are abominable at removing stains now.

DD helps your machine walk about your laundry room, supposed to be less vibration than a belt-driven machine yet proves to be a pile of shit.
You probably need to either level your machine (front to back and side to side), or the shipping bolts were left in.
Didn’t have this issue with ours.
