It's obviously on the medium setting when you're showing the 500 mah. Watch the brightness when you first turn it on and it's pulling over an amp, then the fast forward to when it's drawing half an amp. I hope you're not doing this on purpose
It's not on medium but Good Catch! Thank you for commenting! I went back and looked at the video and you are right, it is brighter when drawing 1 Amp. For some reason if I let the DeWalt light sit for like 5 minutes with battery unhooked and come back and test, it will show 1 Amp when on high again. It will do that even if I turn it off and back on BUT if I remove the battery and reconnect, it starts showing 500mA... so I retested and it draws 1 Amp on High and 336mA on low.
