@@sumireravenclaw8034 That’s not true. There are floors with no monsters that always have a chance of spawning ore, and I’ve collected ore from around the sleeping monsters without them waking up. I completed all the new mines on stream, gathered a ton of ore and hardly ever engaged in combat unless I wasn’t paying attention. Sorry you had a different experience.
I love the option for mining system. In other farming games I felt like going to war every time I go to the mine. This is refereshing. I could finally be able to enjoy mining.
the lack of jellos/ability to go through the mines while mostly avoiding the mobs is SUCH A RELIEF. I'm not particularly interested in combat and would rather just breeze through my mining, so thanks for mentioning that you could mostly avoid them! I've played a bit in the new mines, but I fought them by default and didn't realize that I could move around them
As someone who stinks on ice at combat, I'm happy about the reduced need to fight the monsters in the mines! Yay!

Yes, that's what I was going to ask for, too. I was super late to the game so only got a couple weeks of being able to grind bug jerky and I didn't make anywhere near enough money to buy most of the necessary items in the game, like cooking stuff or the expanded backpack, etc 🤦♀️

Thanks for another great video! I love your pleasant & positive attitude! I'm a fairly new player, only in the 1st week of fall. I recently opened the water mine & I thought the different monsters there were exclusive to that location. Haha. I also thought they were easier because I wasn't too far down! Those pink ring throwing blobs were kicking my butt! I'm hoping the bug scent will help me because I stink at catching bugs too.

A new good way to make money would help a lot.
They changed some prices (like smoothies, wine can’t be made,…) and I tried figuring out a lot about the changes but it’s so much to cover!
I have spotted 3 things people should know about
1..Old saves cannot be deleted
2..Spa now only regens 1 at a time not the 3 it used to so takes 3 times longer
3..3rd altar cannot be completed as monster loot still asks for spider fur
The monsters do randomly drop spider fur.
i actually managed to delete my old save after the update though. i even deleted multiple of it 'cause i kept messing up my character customization lol
@@hamimahanuar I still cannot delete previous saves even after uninstalling and reinstalling game
Yay! No more spiders! Hurrah to Stairway games for being so considerate of arachnophobia.
And the easier mining experience pleases me greatly. I would have felt bad killing the cute new blue slimes.

thanks for the info! I was sad to learn you couldn't make moola thru cooking. Though I figured that out when I went to make smoothies and they were only 15 corals. :(
They also added fishing inside the mine levels. You may need to stand back a little from the edge of the water though to cast.

I couldn't play Coral Island as soon as the early access went live because my laptop is an old potato and couldn't handle coral islands beautiful 3d models 😂💔
But only a couple of days ago I got a new laptop and FINALLY played Coral Island for the first time!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
And let me tell you I was so confused when the chests' UI changed, I thought I was hallucinating how it looked before 😂
For months since launch every time I got an upload or stream notification from TH-cam and discord I used to just sigh and try to not think how you and everyone watching and tuning in your streams is having so much fun discovering the game 🥲.
I wanted to watch your content and streams so bad but didn't want the game to be spoiled for me since I couldn't play. But now I CAN!!!!! 🥳💃🎉✨WOOOHOO👏👏👏
Now I can be active and support the game and your channel as i intended 🤭
Also, now I knew why the Chests' UI changed and more alters opened lol 😜 I didn't know about no spring update!!! 🤡🌺

It will most likely be fully released in 2024. The EA is available to everyone with major updates taking place throughout 2023.
I did not consider in avoid the combat, when I see monsters I pick the sword and jump over them before they see me... @_@
R.I.P. the way to sell bugs for >200c and fishes >180c :( , (I discovered that this last day before the update. Q_Q) I guess I will have to fill the greenhouse with strawberries, they looks to be selling good. $.$

Okay so question, Sarah. If Spiders aren't a thing anymore, then what about that one item they drop that you use to make fish bait?
Also the crafting recipe for bait has changed and doesn’t include spider fur anymore :)

The Fire Mine isn't implemented in the game yet.

Can anyone else confirm? Is the KO time now 1am instead of 2am? Been testing it out, and i have been KOing at 1am.

I didn't realize the enemies weren't aggressive, since as soon as I saw them, I attacked wanting to get the jump on them. Nice to know that I can avoid them for the most part unless I want to level up combat.

Yes!! That’s a good point too, that to level up combat you would need to engage. But I also think they will implement other methods, like traps, in the future, and I wonder if this would count toward our combat skills!!
Love the fight if you want part. The Monsters are some of the best floating blobs my favorite.
I do have a question relating to fighting
Is there a reason to even fight in the mines? Do the enemies drop anything useful?
Did you get the Titan arum after the spring update? I didn't fing a single one during fall within the current version 😢

Aww my pleasure! Unless you’re super attached to your farm and items, I think it would be a great time! I know many people are doing just that! I just have too many items I want to keep for streams, but if I wasn’t creating content I would restart!

Sarah I have just tried doing earth cavern and only managed to get to level 15. Level 16 is very narrow with 4 or 5 monsters and is impossible to get passed them so I am back to waiting for peaceful mode 😭
Usually if you run quickly past they may follow but then forget about you. She showed this on one of her streams.

I accidentally put an egg (not sure duck or chicken) into a mason jar and it made salted eggs!

Do you have any idea how I can get a slice of cheese out of a cheese wheel? I need it for the altar and my cheese machine only makes the wheels, but I need a slice of it :(
You need a small milk to make the slice of cheese.

I'm a bit late to the coral Island party but... Is the game worth it with so much content still missing? Just wondering, not hating!!
It depends on your preference! In terms of Early Access titles, Coral Island has far more than even some full release games have to offer, but I also know many prefer waiting until the full game is ready to experience it all at once! I personally enjoy appreciating every little thing along the way, taking things slow, and getting hype for the updates. Definitely pick which will give you the most enjoyment in the long term, because this isn’t a game to miss!! hope this helps.
no one has mentioned how bad this update is, with the nerf on selling stuff you earn nothing from cooking
you say there is always plenty of grass, but there isnt. im in my second year and no new grass grew in spring and when i put starters down, they didnt spread and the animals ate it all. im not going to be able to make hay for winter because of this.
Bug report so they can fix it!

@@FaenumVena I believe the grass on your farm should spread once you plant it. So if it’s not doing that, then I imagine this is a bug!
did they nerf the money for bug jerky? I swear I used to make a lot of money from that, but only 25 per jerky now.

I think yall are just prentending to be scared of spiders at this point as someone who is deathly scared of them the spiders in this game did not bother me in the slightest creepy feeling sure but to complain common be better
If you really loive us turn off/down the music - feels like I have to turn off one ear for music and sharpen the other to your voice :(
