i put finely diced mushrooms in mine, it was elevated pretty crazy without anyone knowing why. they ate what i thought would be a two night dinner all in one sitting. it was like double what she made and we got 8 for dinner.
I just found you. It’s July 22. Two too hot to turn on the oven, but this looks pretty good - very similar to my recipe. Can it be baked in the micro wave? Ruth

Looks good! My meatloaf always turns into Hunk O' Meat. I think I cook it too long.😢
