I'm upgrading my 2017 verna for this. I placed my booking for this same white petrol alcazar. It has no denying that hyundai has the best after sale service till now in India. I was confused a bit with Xuv700 but after seeing all the tech and stories of Mahindra service i opt for Alcazar facelift. I barely spent 25k till date for my 2017Verna for all the regular services. If any one want tension free ownership with luxury should consider Hyundai Alcazar without any doubts. These videos are extremely helpful for those who really know little bit about automobile. Warna market me to log ek hawa banake rakkha hai safety safety karke and companies are also using this so called 'desi' sentiments.
October se m bhi suv search kar rha tha I was going for xl6 but jab maine new facelift alcazar k video dekhe or uske features dekhe mujhe XUV 700 bhi fail lagi finally I got my alcazar on 20/11 robust emerald green 6st top model or Diwali k hisab se mujhe 24.81 m kuch padi
@@abhijais007aj I don't own alcazar but according to what I've learnt from diff owners, you can achieve 10 kmpl + if you drive calmly i.e. if you don't push the car much, or even better mileage if you are a light footed driver. I'm just planning to buy for one of my family But since you're interested here are some things I know about Alcazar's petrol and diesel. Turbo petrol delivers better power than diesel. With 7 ppl seated it is even more evident. Diesel's torque is a bit lesser than petrol and bhp of petrol is much bigger at 160 bhp. Diesel varaints don't get Sunroof and spare tyre. In terms of mileage diesel will indeed provide better. Say if petrol give 12 in city, diesel can give more. Compared to it's rivals Alcazar gives better mileage among all. Why ? First because it's a 1.5 litre engine and it's efficiently made. Others like xuv700 offers 2.0+ engine with much better power figure but Alcazar's is the least. That's why I was planning to cancel but I learned that the power to weight ratio of the car is sufficient for Alcazar even with 6-7 normal people on board since it only weighs around 1.7 tons. Especially if you choose petrol. Diesel may disappoint unless if you're only taking it for mileage but petrol mileage isn't bad either. I find all the reasons to buy petrol varaint. And my choice personally is the turbo petrol Prestige 7 seater manual becuz features like ventilated seats, ADAS etc. found in top model isn't my requirement. Those maybe your requirements for which I believe platinum and signature models are also valuable compared to rivals. My advice is you should check ur requirements before buying, you'll find the perfect variant urself if you do. I like manual transmission, one of the reason being able to freely shift, especially if you're concerned about fuel efficiency cuz manual provides a little better mileage than automatic.

MG after sale services are below average, parts are not easily available, Chinese tag, Mileage in petrol is very poor, third row is worst, both cars has same engine but reliability and after sale services of Hyundai is far better.
Bhai hector mat lena.. i have heard 2 stories abt hector in my society only.. 3 saal me more than 80 time they visited service and still issue exists.. parts very expensive.. low mileage.. even i was confused bw hector and alcazar.. but now i wont go for hector
According to you 5 star is also not safe enough. But 5 star is always better than 3 star l. Then why should we buy Alcazar and not other 5 star options (like safari, xuv700, Scorpio) in similar budget? Aap bhi thoda sa logic lagaiye!!
Dear sir, First of all alcazar launched recently and not tested yet so it is not 3 star vehicle and it is next segment, second safari and XUV700 is Rs. 5 Lakhs overpriced (Alcazar Top model is 24.50 Lakhs and XUV/safari top model is Rs. 30 Lakhs)than Alcazar, moreover alcazar is a very smooth and comfortable vehicle and best after sale service than others. Rest can be your choice, we don't have any problem.
@@dhwajr If you will check, Previous Alcazar was also not 3 star vehicle and with this facelift Hyundai used more steel of approx. 60 kg to give better build quality to this new version.

Dear, it’s just a facelift launch. They have not updated the exoskeleton in Alcazar. So the safety rating is going to remain the same as last version.
Safari and XUV are not stable in highspeed rollover chances are high and they have tons of issues
