Please I want to ask, have been making pap for long but have not tried adding Soyabeans and dates, which I would love to now. It has just been corn, Guinea corn and millet with ginger Now my question it it true one have to remove the back of the Soyabeans after soaking overnight and cook for an hour then allow it to cool before adding to your grains to grind As am making for both my baby and us the adult
First of all, I'm sorry for responding this late. No madam.if is too much you might not appreciate the taste you get.e.g if is a custard paint rubber,8 or 10 pieces is enough because when is much it can get bitter.
The soya beans should not have come into the mixture because when you are preparing the pap for your baby or anyone, the soyabean in it may not get done with the pap, as you know that soyabean and pap don't get done at the same time, soyabean takes longer time. The soyabean should have been made as powder, to be cooked in water before the pap is added. Anyway, you are doing well. Well done.
Soaked soybeans are generally safe to eat. Soaking helps to remove some of the natural compounds present in soybeans that may cause digestive discomfort or inhibit nutrient absorption. However, the soya beans powder is also a good option. In fact, I have a video on that as well
No madam, u can't add crayfish cus crayfish can make it smell very bad without refrigerating it.....for corn, yes pls feel free to put any quantity of ur choice.
No ma. It will not affect the baby, The reason is that. When washing the pap,You will definitely seized out the shaft from the pap with your pap bag....So in that process, the shaf is removed. Thanks for watching.
1)Half custard of guinea corn 2)half custard of millet 3)2 cups of soya beans 4)1 or half cup of date 5) ginger 50 or one big one Uda 6 to 8 pieces thanks
Uda can cause seconday sterility if taken too much, don't you think for babies it's not really good and used as a natural contraceptive for women after sex
Yes no corn,I prefer guinea corn and millet to corn because of the nutritional value in both but pls is optional you can add if you wish.....thanks for watching.

Yes! i did not peel off the skin of the soyà beans, reason is because i will seive the pap by washing it with the pap bag. and all the shaft will be out.
I just stumble over the message now. After a long while. Thanks for responds to her, i wanted her to put the queation in the right way. If you dehydrate it put it in your freezer. That is the only way to keep it fresh and long lasting for. Thanks
I totally disagree with your process as it is you have practically washed away anything called Nutrition from the Pap,Washing takes place ONCE,and that is before All the grains are soaked for 3days including dates, ginger, clove, and the rest, all these were to be soaked together with the grains, after taking it to the mill you remove the water by passing it through the net, after which your Nutricious Pap,is ready, you should not be after sweet taste as you gave as reason to wash and wash,No, Nutrition is what is key,and this one Lacks it as I am a nutritionist.
Thanks for taking out time to comment on the video. It shows you followed through at least. Yes, you can wash the guinea corn and millet and replace the water each night during the soaking process. This practice is beneficial for several reasons: 1. Removing impurities: Washing the grains helps to remove any remaining dirt or debris that may be present. 2. Hygiene: By replacing the water each night, you ensure that the grains are soaked in fresh and clean water, reducing the risk of bacterial growth. 3. Softening: Changing the water can aid in the softening process, as fresh water allows the grains to absorb more water, making them softer and easier to grind. Generally, soaking grains like guinea corn and millet for two nights should not cause significant nutrient loss. In fact, soaking can be beneficial as it helps to break down antinutrients present in the grains, such as phytic acid, which can interfere with nutrient absorption. Soaking also increases the bioavailability of certain nutrients. From your expert nutritionist's view point, you would soak date, ginger and cloves for three days. I don't know where you got that knowledge from. But the following: 1. Nutrient loss: Soaking will cause some water-soluble nutrients in dates to leach into the soaking water, resulting in loss of nutrients that you want to so avoid. So, don't soak your date. Grind it together on the last day. To avoid loss of nutrients. 2. Flavor dilution: Extended soaking of ginger and garlic will lead to loss of ginger's and garlic's intense flavor and aromatic compounds. Which you claimed you want to preserve so much. Finally, please do your homework and get your facts straight as an expert nutritionist. So, you don't mislead non-expert nutritionists like us. I hope you've subscribe ooo! Thanks

Peeling or not peeling is not an issue in the pap because it can eaten without peeling too. I fry it and shew as pea nut.
How long can this stay with or without refrigerating?
With refrigerator, It can last for 2 months + while without freeze can last for 3weeks
