My wife’s a Police officer and she is a v kind person who only wants to help others. Some fantastic Police out there. They have to deal with stuff I couldn’t handle. Think dealing with a suicide victim’s family would break me...one example of many situations. They have to often actively put themselves in danger to protect us. Good will to all reading this and not arguing with anyone. Have a great day. Good and bad in all.

An instant 6 mth ban with immediate effect 6 pts and 1000 fine would be better for phone users while driving, i,d like the camera car to be completely unmarked too, also more cops on unmarked motorcycles to catch them at traffic lights, driving while using phones is a killer, and the present fine and points penalty just isn't enough if a deterrent.

I agree with distracted driving laws. I sometimes cringe Charlie, when you're driving, talking to your kids and also chatting on the phone too.

can i ask a question ? if using a mobile while driving is such a no no , why have most car manufacturers now installed i pad style control panel on the dash ? so if your driving along say using your i pad style controller and talking to a passenger in the car ,, is there a difference to that situation and using a mobile phone ??

She might not be though. I've had a few off's on my bike, all my own faults and hit the deck in varying different ways, the last time I offed, months laters the muscles in my shoulder / neck are still knotted causing me pain / numbness issues. I'm doing my own physio to allieviate it & build strength back up in the area's effected, slowly healing. So my point is she may look ok but might not actually be.

Can you mug off a cyclist called cycling mikey a self appointed cyclist who acts like a fake police officer filming motorists making minor mistakes and putting then on u tube. But doesn't touch his kind cyclists. Your the man to expose him for what he is.
Cycling Mikey doesn't film motorists making minor mistakes at all, they're mostly dangerously driving whilst using a mobile phone or recklessly driving on the wrong side of the road. He doesn't pretend to be a police officer in any way and all his uploads to TH-cam come after the driver is taken to court on his video evidence. I can't believe how wrong you have got every aspect of his channel, apart from the reference to cyclists which he would have great difficulty in providing the necessary evidence as its extremely difficult to identify an individual cyclist for prosecution. He has always condemned the actions of law breaking cyclists.
Fell into the "guilty untill proven innocent" trap, we can all learn from this 👍😊 don't jump to conclusions 🦘🦘

Sorry, we have some cool fast cars which are driven enthusiastically. We never use the phone while driving. Bloody dangerous and people caught using them deserve everything thrown at them.

It's reasonable to presume your consideration of the incident was the most likely course of events, fortunately on this rare occasion the police was not behaving deplorably. Plot Twist: The person that hit her was on their phone...
Charlie is amazing, but he's not only wrong in this video - he's also a bit of a hypocrite.
The ONLY person in this upload seen illegally using their phone whilst driving was the big guy himself.
He then went on to assume that the poor lady was pulled for doing what he was doing himself, breaking the law, whereas she was the victim of one, she was hit by a driver of a car and the driver fled as Charlie narrated.
I'd bet a steak dinner that the person driving, the person that hit her and left the scene of a crime, hence to why she's a victim of a crime - leaving the scene IS a crime, was using their phone at the time they hit the elderly moped rider!
I'd bet cash the driver was.
Other fans have even commented on how dangerous it is to do, dangerous and selfish, but they've not called him out for double standards - why?
