Bless you Pam for caring enough to make this video. I've just been told me on Monday that he's sure I have COPD, now I wait for the Spirometry test but I'm aware I've had chest problems for several years. Your video has given me hope and I thank you so very much for the strength you have given me. Take great care of yourself Pam, I will not forget you, and wish you well. Sue

Thank you for sharing this video, I have severe COPD and emphysema, I am petrified I am going to die soon,I’m in my sixties, and unfortunately I still smoke although I have cut down on a daily basis in hope of quitting altogether, I feel so alone and afraid, I don’t think I can go out anymore because of my breathing difficulties, the last time was three weeks ago and I thought I was going to die there in the street only hundred yards from home, also I haven’t told my family that my health has been changed, from moderate COPD to severe COPD, I dont want to die,but I dont know what to do, I have completed zoom meetings for twelve weeks now, and they have helped a bit, sorry for being so long, may god bless you and give you health and happiness

I know the frustration and fear of COPD too. I quit smoking years ago ...but the damage is done. I'm sad I can barely walk my dog now. I used to walk at least a km a Day.
Hang in there! And be gentle on yourself.
I used the nicotine patch to quit smoking.....and took up puzzles.

I'm 49 and have been getting pneumonia off n on for 10 years, but now I'm on daily medication. Please Rosemary quit smoking it isn't worth it. I smoked for 25 years and started chewing gum, but I do use smokeless tobacco. God bless you.

I am a non smoker for 25years,and was diagnosed 15 years ago with copd.Since then i have gone backwards in that i can sit and feel fine,no shortage of breath, but the minute i get on my feet and just walk round the house,i am gasping for breath.Chest xrays say lungs clear,so Doctor wipes his hands. But seeing Pams video gives me hope, thanks Pam

I was a smoker and foundry worker diagnosed with COPD 2012, my experience is COPD stands for Causes Own Problems Deliberately.
I live in a state of continual exhaustion, I can’t work, can’t get any financial help, live in poverty and can’t wait to die

If you have non smokers in the household stop smoking or take it outside when you do ,if there are no non smokers , and kids that can be exposed. Smoke till your heart stops. 🙏
