welcome back everyone!!
since moving into this smaller room, i split apart my l-shaped desk that had my main gaming setup and my WFH setup. here is part 1 of my new journey to building a cozy WFH setup with a completely different aesthetic 🌼 i still have a long way to go, but i love it so far!

ah i love this setup! definitely warm and cozy :) i'm curious if you don't mind letting me know how wide your bookshelf is that you fit in? i have a similar nook that my desk setup is in, with a 47" desk. for me the angles might not fit in anything else (with paneling jutting out it makes the space just under 55") but anyway i'm trying to see if i can do something similar in my space! either way love this and definitely taking some inspo from it!
that bookshelf is 10' wide! i think my nook is 58" wide. the bookshelf itself isn't great quality at all so i wouldn't recommend them - but i searched high and low for a shelf that wide - it was soo difficult!! that's awesome though, good luck with your room as well!! :)

thank you!! :) it's a portable monitor! the one in this video isn't great quality and i don't have it anymore, but now i use one by KYY on amazon - i have everything always linked in my "liinks" url in the description. they're the perfect size!

thank you! it's a portable monitor but this one is old and i wouldn't recommend it as it flickers and is really washed out. i recently got one from KYY for my main setup and it's wayyy better.

@@astronuggie Looks fantastic!! I have the Tri panels from Nanoleaf and while I'm recording it, the colors of the panels are overexposed (white & blurry). I film in low light conditions like how you did in your vid. How did you get your camera to capture the actual colors of the panels and avoid the problem of the panels showing up as overexposed??

What's your side monitor called the all white one ! its so nice !
It's a portable monitor! This one isn't good I wouldn't recommend it, but I have another one for my main setup and that's by KYY. Everything is linked in my liinks url in the description! It's not actually white, I've skinned it with white electrical tape

ngl. i usually not into aesthetics setups. but this is good. and really functional. but i dunno about that keycaps storage tho. there is keycap storage little box to house all the keycaps in one sets. yours is just too small and just showing off few amount. you can buy the box and stacks them there if you want.
Totally agree! It looked a lot bigger in the photo, but I was going to get a pegboard with those clear cups, and then I found out the day after that I need to move so that has to wait 😬 hopefully I can come up with something neat at the new space!

It's a portable monitor but I wouldn't recommend this brand anymore as it doesn't even compare to the new one I got for my main setup! This one flickers a lot and is super washed out, but my new one is from KYY on Amazon. I have it directly linked in my liinks url in the description!

Main one is a discontinued 4k LG monitor - I've linked a newer model in the description link, and the portable monitor is there as well!
Do you use a PC? Or just a monitor will worke well?
For this setup I use a Mac but on my gaming setup I use a pc!
