I have the fitness tracker and set it up on both my partner and my phone, yet both of our displays say the 24 hour time, versus the 12 hour clock which we prefer, how do we set that? I don't see the time option anywhere in app or on the device.
@@JasminFerdous they're forcing you to download the app. It's a con job like everything else in the world. If you really need it to work then download it and then set your watch. Delete the app after it's set.
i have a model T90 and when attempting to set up time you indicate select settings and then more options; mine does not have more options so i never arrive at a point where i can actually set the time; it looks like it has the time of somewhere else. Any help?

It depends on the watch. I discovered that not all these smartwatches can do that. However, You can check the settings of your watch and the app settings to see if there is an option for 12hrs or 24hrs.

Check the settings and look for the QR code and scan it with your mobile phone camera. If your phone camera can't scan QR code, download one from your app store. 2nd way is to type your watch name with app in Google search. Example... "Hw12 watch App" or "How to setup Hw53 watch app".
