hi sir how many times i tried to connect fitpro but i cannot change the time only blutooth completed and target completed but the time and profile only commiting not working...

I am all set up except im on military time,I've pressed the circle till I cant press anymore but no luck. I have a S9. Is there anyway to like factory reset it or something?TIA

Hi Joshua I'm having a problem of setting time on my D20 smartwatch.. I have done all the steps on the video but when it comes to time settings it says Committing and at the end says device disconnected

hi can you change the time from 24 hr clock to standard time as my phone says 1.56pm, but the watch says 13.56 ?

@@ShelyMB I found that by changing the time format on my phone that linked to the watch, after a few times actually changed the format on the watch, but i might add it took a few attempts of changing the format and going in and out of the app, hope it works for you, alll the best, David

Jusy connect it to your fitpro app. You can try Hryfine instead of fitpro.

I don't know if you still can read my comment. This video posted a yr ago. Anyhow. Just got my smart watch. Followed your instruction step by step. But unfortunately, after many attempts my device keeps on disconnected. Time and usage profile doesn't complete connection.
