When I raced there in 2017 I remember thinking how bumpy it was. People would say it’s because of the F1 cars and the downforce causing issues when tyres scrubbing across the track. They resurfaced it in 2018 and we were the first to race on it. Was crazy smooth (at the time) but when the rain came down it was absolutely unrideable. Obviously they resurfaced it again after that but I haven’t ridden there since.

This video is fantastic and I enjoyed so much watching. Just a couple of advices. I am not a pro driver, but I play this game since day one and I am quite experienced. You drive well, but you put some wrong gear during your lap. Last corner in 2nd, first corner in 4th, at the exit of Becketts in 3rd. And last at Village (the first of 2 hairpins before the final sector) you have to go in 2nd gear. Another thing you had wrong pressures: ideal pressure in ACC is around 27.7. The left side was almost good, but you had very low pressure at the right side. If you have right pressure you can go quite faster. But I repeat, you are a clean and fast driver anyway. Those tips can help you to cut some tenth to the lap.
Just finished setting up my triple monitors over the weeknd and was pretty blown away....seeing this is pretty unreal! Something to strive to. Good video!

could it be that you're doing too much down shifting? it does stable your car but slows you too much as well. please try releasing the gas pedal early during turns and then don't down shift too much. let gravity do the rest while turning and then accelerate early. hope to see if that theory works. perfect visuals btw as always.
It's exciting to see your videos, here in Brazil it's almost impossible to get one of these, at least in the current reality. Even a Fanatec that is my dream to consume is difficult. Congratulations, as always show too much.

Have driven Silverstone many times IRL in my BAC Mono (and about 20 laps in a McLaren 620R) and the surface felt very smooth indeed. Obviously can’t comment on what it’s like in a GT3 but I assume the scan of the circuit must have been done before the latest resurfacing was done

So I have two quick questions, first, how are you able to get all of the HUD indicators off the screen for these videos there’s always a couple I can’t figure out how to get rid of, on ACC and Iracing, and second, in order to get these videos to appear so realistic are you adjusting the video settings on your computer and monitors or are you adjusting the video settings on your camera and editing software? Or is it just the perfect combination of both?
That was great to watch, It seemed as though you and Aitken were well matched but he just kept his line and closed gaps. I am no expert but I wonder if you been able to get on his outside on the back straight you would have been better placed for an overtake at? Good race.

Perhaps it could have helped you stay with him onto the straight. Just my opinion to try and assist from what I saw. Hope you don't mind the comment

Will I really like the colours you achieved in ACC. I know you had previously a video how to make iRacing look better. Would you mind sharing your colour settings for ACC (I assume you tweaked it in game and in the Nvidia tool as well)?
Just some minor in game colour adjustment to desaturate a bit and make it look less cartoony, then some post production on the GoPro footage to deepen the blacks and add a bit of contrast.

@@boostedmedia you want to be at 27.7 to 27.9. You’re sliding in the rear was most likely due to your pressures being at 27.0 on the left rear and 26.6 on the right rear. 😁
ACC just looks amazing. I wish it was better optimized in VR like Automobilista 2 though.

Just to let you know Silverstone circuit is quite smooth, at least is was the last time I went round it on my Honda Fireblade.
How do you hide bezels on screens that big? The asus kit doesnt cover that large of screens I thought

Bro his direct drive wheel puts out up to 20nm of torque. you better believe it stiffens around turns.
