  • I struggled with anxiety for years.
    It definitely impacted my memory, usually in a very bad way.
    From not being able to pay attention in the first place to struggling to remember simple details, anxiety-induced memory loss causes all kinds of trouble.
    The good news is that there are ways to deal with it. Obviously, you want to see your doctor first to rule out any issues.

    I'm glad to find your podcast on youtube music. I deleted youtube off my phone to stop doom scrolling. I have anxiety induced memory loss more frequently than I care to admit.

      Glad this showed up for you and great that you're taking action to stop the doom scrolling. It's definitely addictive and does not help. But getting outside and doing other offline/no news activities is tremendously healing.

    This is prevalent in much of my day to day encounters at my own podcasts. Your MMM is a blessing, i.e. I am 7 months in on learning Mandarin both podcasting and foreign language are "out of my comfort zones". I have taken your MMM and Listened into the lionshare of your pods! Thanks and it does make you feel better, I recommend your MMM to one and all!
