If carnivore diet influencers should be put in jail then we should also jail the lobbyists working for the sugar production industry- they do far more damage!
@@julienfroidevaux1143that's not true at all. I've met many fat vegans eating nearly 100% processed foods. What magazine did you read that from? Ridiculous! Nothingg is every 100%..lol
@@dana102083 Another Carnivore anecdotal claim amazing 💪. I did not read it in a " magazine " one of many sources includes pub med , with citations . Might want to be more knowelgable first if you want to try to debunk somebody ?
Pretty much. Unfortunately the USDA has so much power medical school lecturers have to teach eat grains and avoid saturated fats to medical students, and doctors not giving these official dietary guidelines will not be covered by insurance if sued.
I can't find any research Dr. Fuhrman has done on the carnivore diet at all. He sells LOTS of plant-based products, including books he has written, & SUPPLEMENTS! There's your money shot there! Big bucks in supplements ay? So what supplements do carnivores need? I've started taking daily electrolytes actually since yesterday, to see if that will help with finger & toe cramps. Trying to drink more water too. I hate liver & kidney, but I can cop paté alright spread on some well cooked meat! I'm feeling fine a few weeks in. But I don't think I need any supplements! I've not been the perfect carnivore every single day, but 96% of the time I am! Maybe more accurately I should call myself a ketovore? And if I err it's like a teaspoon of raw sugar in my coffee at a friend's house, instead of my stevia. I eat eggs, bacon, maan I love bacon! A lot of beef mince or ground beef, lamb, pork chops sometimes. Those big ole ribeye steaks look yummo, but are a bit expensive. I should splurge one day & buy one. I'd probly marinate it & bake it. I've gotta have my meat fully cooked right through with zero blood or pink, or I can't eat it. Ew! Even burnt a bit is ok. Up to 6 eggs with meat mostly. I use use onion & garlic a lot, & I throw in a small carrot in quite often. I also use peeled tomatoes & tomato paste. I make curries with coconut sometimes. They are the only veges I eat, & they seem ok; I really used them for years. There's oxalates in tomato paste & seeds, but it seems my system is ok with it. Maybe I may try removing all these for a bit, but I really like them for their flavours. But Dr. Fuhrman should not be making such idiotic, inflammatory statements about the carnivore diet. He clearly has conflicts of interest since he SELLS the stuff he promotes. I'll be open-minded, I'll accept people could be healthy on a considered, supplemented plant-based diet with no meat intake. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's the ONLY way to eat! According to Fuhrman, it is the only way. Meh, no. Ancient & prehistoric humanoids were overwhelmingly carnivores according to research cited by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, using some kind of analysis on their teeth & bone. So I'm not gonna listen to anything this guy says at all. He's way too dismissive & one eyed, & his aggression pollutes my thinking, which I can do without. His plant-based diet my be ok, but he still has idiot ideas, which negate everything else.
What ever happened to simply disagreeing with somebody? This cancel culture, put them in jail culture crap has got to stop. It's a slippery slope, give them an inch they will take a mile.

Don't you know why red meat is responsible for nearly all colon or bowel cancer? It happens because the body can't break down red meat properly. So waste lodged in the colon and intestines. Especially in fools who don't eat enough fibre which is most Americans. Then over time it can putrify and go change the cells in that area of the body. And thats when these cancers start. Dairy causes alot of PROSTATE cancer.
I watched a smart doctor in a white coat on TH-cam years ago and started low carb. Lost 50 pounds in the middle of menopause and it’s still off 8 years later. Switched from Keto to carnivore just to see what would happen in my lipid panel. My LDL dropped 56 points. My HDL went into the 90’s and my triglycerides are now in the 30’s. My GP knows all about this way of eating and is cheering me on . Thank you!! Your advice has truly changed my life.
@@DrAJ_LatinAmerica I’ve dropped about two pounds so far but I was already at my goal weight when I started. It wasn’t a huge change for me as I didn’t eat a lot of vegetables or “Keto” products. I continued having coffee also.
I once watched a talk that Dr. Joel Fuhrman did on vegan diets. Afterwards people lined up to ask him questions. I have never ever seen someone so arrogant and rude. The only people he was polite to were those interested in paying for his vegan program. Horrid little narc. He is not interested in helping/ healing people. His goal is profit.
yep, and only if living better leads to living longer, living longer has any value. there is a fictional disease (in an kid's comic) that make you immortal at the price that you have to constantly eat your own meat and permanent anguish if you dont. that a clear example how low the value of a long life has objectively while disregarding life quality.
I've been CARNIVORE for over 4 years. I eat one meal a day most days. I'm 74 years old. I wore glasses at 42 years old. I don't wear glasses any more. My PTSD has diminished greatly. My leg used to ache. It doesn't hurt anymore. I sleep deep. My inner peace has increased. This doctor may be right. I wouldn't change my diet even if it kills me. I feel to peaceful and I have no pain. I'll stay on this plan until I die. I wish Dr. Furman well.
you are good because you are eating OMAD. Even if you throw in garbage the body will have adequate time to clear that out. most of the goodness you are deriving from your food is from your limited intake & not due to it being carnivore. The same carnivore diet if you eat 5-6 times a day then your body will start to give troubles. Having said all these , I must also mention that this is my hunch from my continuous experiment with food & learnings from experts & simple logic.
@@utubevenky Clearly you haven’t tried Keto, IF, or Carnivore. It’s not about Calories - WHAT you eat matters - even when. I eat as much protein of various types as I want, eating until I’m “comfortably stuffed” as Dr. Ken Berry puts it, and I’m never hungry or feel the deprivation of other previous diets.
Those people that I follow re carnivore have not only reduced their weight, gotten rid of skin problems, diabetes, inflammation but also look years younger. This guy is THE PROBLEM.
I do notice too when I stay carnivore and don't eat anything with fibers or with strange ingredients (I still like processed meats from time to time) I break out. The meats I get are gluten and soy free but they do have a few other things that might be bothering me.
Notice how viciously he attacks carnivore or animal based diets but says nothing about the harmful effects of a SAD diet or high sugar diet? Furman is a fraud. Ironically he is the one destroying people's health and spreading misinformation.
If I ate a bagel my sugar would go off the charts. I would never listen to this guy. Thank you Doctor Westman ❤ I’m 70and l will listen to you and Doctor Ken Berry. I have never felt so good in my life.
Sure, but a bagel? That fits into the ultra-processed refined category. Fuhrman wouldn't encourage you to eat that. Neither would Dr. Westman. FYI: my husband is reversing diabetes on a low fat whole food plant based diet. I never thought it would be possible, but his A-1c results tell the story.
@@lindalarue1722Difficult to break down carbs maintain the blood sugar high for a very long time. 4 hours+ that's not a good thing. that causes cardiovascular damage Arguably its better to just have your refined (simple sugars) and move on with your day. @@hugoanderkiviyep. Sadly these Vegan influencers have been ramping up their lies recently. Is it coincidentally after the WEF and Bill Gates have started pushing the banning of meat and animal products blaming them on the hoax of ‘man-made’ climate change, which has nothing to do with methane or CO2, is a natural cycle, and isn’t an emergency ? I guess they fund these Vegan influencers and groups to ramp things up to brainwash the public. It’s all about controlling the food supply and making people sick and then reducing populations, making money on medications treating the sick and malnourished, and also so Bill can sell his fake ‘meat’ and fake lab ‘eggs’ which will cause cancers and malnourished and cause other harm to the public. I asked a producer of a top Vegan documentary where the biggest funding came to make the documentary, and he said they wanted to be anonymous. I asked if billionaire philanthropists were involved and he said yes but couldn’t give names. I told him he didn’t need to tell he any more 😉
Carnivore saved my life literally. I suffered from congestive heart failure, diabetes, arthritis, declining cognitive functions, acid reflux, and several other symptoms. Within months, I was off all medications and feeling great again. To think 7 years ago, if I had continued to follow what the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and others that are similar, I would have been dead now for over 6 years.
Wow. Save the congestive heart failure, you are me. I do have a problematic valve and my doctor told me it is normal for oldies... only it isn't normal for a person with familiar story of strokes and heart attacks. She told me to diet, which means eat more veggies. I was looking for the options and here I am. Started carnivore yesterday. Not full yet because I want to transition slowly to it by uping meat and reducing carbs.
@@kahearne5361I'm trying really hard to only say it when I mean it and call myself out on my canadianisms.. I stopped being as sarcastic as well as I replaced with positive sounding thoughts.
My first husband was on a strict VEGAN diet for nearly two years. Friends and family kept asking if he was undergoing chemo because he got so skinny. Then he lost feeling in his extremities and had to see a neurologist. They thought he had multiple sclerosis. He luckily started reading a cookbook that referred to Weston Price. He finally started eating meat again and got weekly B-12 shots and reversed his severe malnutrition from his Vegan diet. Scary!! I have to admit that he did go to Dr. Joel Fuhrman in Flemington, NJ and he really believed in him. It almost killed him!
So glad he woke up and got out of that death trap. It's criminal what Fuhrman and others are suggesting with veganism. What they teach is not backed on any research or proof, and they are liars.
The vast majority of the 43 million food borne illnesses and 5000 deaths in the US each year are in non vegans and caused by animal products or animal based contamination. So what if one moron can’t put together a healthy plant based diet. Tens of thousands of plant-based individuals do just fine over decades of living. 🤔
For health reasons I went total vegetarian, vegan, raw foods, for over five years. However, for me, things went from bad to worse. The turning point was when, after a blood panel, my doctor told me to reduce my red meat intake and exercise more. Well, if being a vegan and hiker wasn’t enough, then what was the use? I introduced meat back into my diet, reduced the sugars and carbs and wouldn’t you know it, everything started getting better. My next blood panel proved I was on the right track. The doctor then had to admit she was doing the same thing and that’s why she was already off three of her four meds (she was twenty years younger than me), and loosing weight, too. I’m 73 and do not need any medications.
I know a group of vegans same. Long term emaciation. Women almost looking mummified in their 60's & the men were quite bloated in the face. They were very strict seventh day Adventist and into Ellen White's healthy eating model.
Friend and I followed Furhman for years. Lost weight and energy and was miserable the whole time. The friend looked skeletal and got cancer despite the promises. Sure if it works for you great but I don't buy it anymore.
With hindsight, I can honestly say that over my lifetime (pushing 7 decades), doctors have caused me far more harm than good. The lack of integrity in the health care system that became blatantly obvious in the spring of 2020 is what began my search for answers that eventually led me to carnivore. Lo and behold, a number of conditions that I had accepted as "age-related" and wasn't even focused on just happened to resolve themselves -- so thankful that I wasn't steered away by the so-called "experts." I'd rather have ten more years feeling as well as I do now than thirty more years being miserable like I was before carnivore. That said, I fully anticipate a longer and far healthier life ahead of me than I did three years ago.
Same here, western medicine and medical doctors have also caused me more harm than good, in the long run. I'm still recovering from an iatrogenic illness caused by a medication prescribed by my doctor. So much suffering from side effects and other consequences, it nearly took my life, twice. I no longer visit a doctor unless I absolutely have to, and then I take what they say with a grain of salt and do my own research before following their advice or taking their pills. The last time I took an anti-biotic it cured my gum infection, but a whole string of other negative effects flowed on from the imbalance caused by the pills, causing all kinds of issues which lasted months. I should have let my infection heal by itself, which is what I usually do. Safely back on a meat based keto diet now, and feeling better already.
I found most doctors just want you the hell out of their office. Got symptoms? Here take some pills that do... something. Get out. They dont actually care about the people they are "treating". Not all ofc, there are some good ones out there but they are rare.
That's literally what lead me to just start this way of life. I already was against artificial sugars colors and flavors but then I started doing more research into plants and all of the vegetable oils and they are basically poisons for us.
I had a copy of Fuhrman’s book “Eat to Live” and ate a high vegetable, low fat meat diet for many years. I maintained my weight around 165 and thought I was doing pretty well. (Edit 1/13/24: I gained in 2018 and started Keto @ 173) Then I tried Keto in January 2019. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and felt satiated! Then I continued to lose and by August had lost 40 pounds! PAINLESSLY, btw. In January 2022, having maintained my loss, I went more fatty meat and much less veggies - I lost another 15 pounds in two months and now maintain THAT ever since. Oh yeah, and I feel amazing and virtually never crave Carbs! I threw out my Fuhrman book…😉
Okay, this is me doing some math here. You lost 10 pounds. Then lost 40 pounds. Then you lost another 15 pounds. So, all total, you lost 65 pounds. Wow, that's a lot of tonnage! Congratulations.
A rancher in Alberta who has been a carnivore for 65 years, raised 10 children the same way. And, she looks amazing. I thought she was maybe in her fifties, she's actually 82 years old. Her skin is flawless, and she still works long hours every day on the ranch. She is the picture of health.
I was a total vegan 3 months and it nearly killed me. I am 3 months carnivore now and I am thriving like never before. Diabetes almost gone without many meds. If I dont eat carbs I am not diabetic.
I tried carnivore for 3 months and I couldn't stop pooping my pants. It was disgusting. People said my body odor was a mix between rotten fish and someone who voted for Trump. In other words, disgusting. I stopped and as the toxic meat products left my body, my mood became better. People stopped avoiding me because of my smell and I no longer have to wear a diaper. Women frequently come up to me now and ask me if I will have sex with them, which if I am not too busy, I try to oblige. I am a big believer in giving too others.
LOL ok. Eating a certain way for three months isn't going to kill you unless you're severely malnourished for some strange reason or eating literal poison.
It's interesting that these so-called professionals are saying people should go to jail....I guess they think they are immune from they themselves possibly being judged as jail worthy??? The hubris is truly breathtaking 🙄
I was a vegan for six and a half years. Also a vegetarian a year and a half before going vegan. The worst diet ever hungry. All the time had stomach problems, skin problems, teeth problems, problems with mood. I was tired all the time. Couldn't get enough nutrients. Been carnivore for 16 months. I feel great. I do not eat. No plans, no fruits. People get caught up in the vegan cult and a believe whatever they're told
I feel good too since i changed my diet. And the biggest surprise is... anxiety GONE, depression thougts GONE, joints pain GONE... all those symptoms started when i was vegetrian 😢 I also notice that my sleeps are way better and waking up early too, with energy. 😊 No more brain fog. I have started carnivore diet 5 weeks ago and happy! My skin also change, for better. I am impress. 😊
Vegans are trying to force a non-biological reality onto their bodies, just like people who have sex change operations. They're pushing a fantasy world view trying to conquer their DNA. It's like they're giving the middle finger to God saying no, you did it wrong, we're doing it my way and it's going to work. Yeah good luck with that.
Furman is one in a long line of plant based gurus that look so frail that its surprising that he can hold his head up straight. So sad that many worship people that look like him, he's made a fortune selling books.

I am a retired nurse. In the height of the low fat scam, 2 of my coworkers started a low fat diet. They lost weight, lost their hair, skin looked like leather, was always broke buying the low fat 'foods'. They lost weight. Stopped the diet, gained all weight and some. Their hair did not come back. Skin still looked horrible. I also worked with vegan, vegetarians, same look. I went on Atkins over 20 years ago. Controlling my weight, lots of energy, working circles around these people. Now on carnivore and still doing great!!! Lots more to this story but to want to jail people for being healthy is totally ridiculous! I have a right to pursue happiness in this country and WHO DOES THIS DOCTOR THINK HE IS!!! He should measure his words carefully.
I'm an RN too, never bought into the low fat scam-replaced it with sugar, what did people think would happen? Always figured natural foods, butter, eggs, meat and real vegs was the best. Never agreed with Statin use either, turns out I'm right on that too.
I had followed a careful, clean vegetarian diet to try to lose weight & get healthier. I got worse. Still believing in plant-based nutrition, I went raw. Developed a ton of food allergies and still lost no weight. Went back to an omnivore diet. Began eliminating foods that were causing allergic reactions & ended up carnivore. Lost over 30 lbs quite quickly, felt great, pain mostly eliminated. Eventually, I added some veggies back in to my diet and very quickly gained back the weight (and more) and pain & inflammation is back.
Thank you Dr. Westman for your thoughtful response to Dr. Fuhrman's idiotic assertions. I started Keto a few years ago; lost over 50 lbs., got off blood pressure and acid reflux medications; i am no longer prediabetic; joints do not hurt much; my kidney dr. does not want to see me any more; my hdl is high, triglicerides low; but my physician still wants me to go on cholestoral meds because my LDL is "high". I ate lots of animal fats and yet lost fat. I have gone off "the diet wagon" eating pastries and ice cream recently and immediately gained fat on my body and had to go back to size 12 pants from size 12, and L from M tops (before going keto i wore size 18 and XL clothes). Next month i shall be 82 yrs. old. My goal is to be healthy when i die. So more carnivore and fewer vegetables from now on.
Yep, I agree, that's a wonderful goal! I have not heard it stated that way before. There's something quite deep about wanting to pass away healthy as opposed to giving in to some factors that can be somewhat controlled. Wonderful mindset, and here's to wishing you another 10+ years of health (maybe a Centenarian even!)
I lost over 100lbs and cleared a partial blockage from my heart within a year of doing carnivore and my cardiologist also said they no longer wanted to see me anymore. Didn’t even test my LDL, just saw the weight loss and the cleared blockage on an EKG and said to come back if what brought me to the Cardio came back!
Mark Bell: asks a question about the micronutrient content of animal products. Dude goes on a side tangent about broccoli completely avoiding the question. Pretty huge red flag early on
Harriet Hall, a founder of Science-Based Medicine, a website owned and operated by the New England Skeptical Society, reviewed Fuhrman's Nutritarian diet and commented that he tends to incorrectly assume association studies show causation and that his diet has not been tested in controlled trials. Hall stated that "Fuhrman makes extraordinary claims for the Nutritarian diet, but extraordinary claims must be supported by extraordinary evidence, and the evidence he presents is far from compelling."
Did you get regular bloodwork done? Were you actually on top of your risk factors? Did you hear Dr. Fuhrman say that his diet would guarantee no cardiovascular events? Correlation does not equal causation.
I wonder how this doctor would explain the success of the thousands of people doing carnivore diet and becoming a lot healthier, almost miraculous recoveries in health. I believe regular people more than scientist/doctors, they're the reason we are in the shape we are in. Trust the science they say....at your own peril.

I'm starting my eighth week of Full Carnivore. I did my research with Anthony Chaffee MD, yourself, and other doctors and made the decision to do it cold turkey. My first visit to my local GP came with warnings about the need for carbs and that there was a risk to my health. I gave the Doc a few of the links for him to follow up on his own research. After seven weeks I have lost 17 Kilos in weight, I have a lot more energy, and when my blood work came back it had my GP scratching his head. I was Obese with Pre Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and my cholesterol, prior to my starting this new lifestyle, was high for the first time in my 57 years. \ Now, everything is in the normal range, and I mean everything. My GP wants to wait another three months to run another range of blood tests, but, according to the current data, if it continues, as it is today, he wants to remove me from my blood pressure medication. Don't worry Dr. Westman. We fully support you and other doctors supporting keto and low carbs diet. As Alice Hoffman said: "Once you know some things, you can't unknow them. You have helped a lot of people including myself to reverse my type 2 diabetes, borderline high cholesterol, hypertension, severe fatty liver, auto-immune disease, among others without the help of any big pharma, big corporate medicines who are in the business of not really making sure people are healthy but in the business of taking advantage of the people in enriching their lives and businesses. Well, Dr Fuhrman must fight for his position. He has staked his career, his intellect, his reputation, and his multimillion $ empire on the WFPB diet. He is pugilistic even with other plant doctors who vary slightly from his way. So he has put all his eggs (no pun intended) in this basket. He’s not about to just come out and say “oops, maybe there’s something to this carnivore/keto w.o.e.”
Exactly! Dr Fuhrman is never on the information sharing level, he's always on the defencive here, really attacking back (yet I never heard any initial attack to start him off!). Like a company director defending a crowdfunded startup that's been ran into the ground! lol
In my work in public health there was a belief that laws should be written to make doctors practice in the same way. If they did not, it was assumed someone had to be wrong. The idea of best practice implies someone (who?) decides what is best?Dr. Westman has helped me understand there are more ways to heal and be heathy than one👍. Different strokes for different folks‼️. I used to think doctor shopping was bad. Now I know it is in your best interest.
IMO, people like Dr. Furman who make outrageous statements about people who disagree with him, and who presume that their knowledge is complete and authoritative should be ignored.
I think that along as people experience overall improvement in health there is no basis for punishing anyone for promoting. Well, generally speaking words should not be prohibited.
As soon as I heard the word Adventist in the same sentence as advice for good nutrition.I knew all nutritional facts would be lost. Thanks again Dr Westman another great video.

Strange how may cardiologist recommended to me that i reduce carb intake, i then responded that i was on a Keto diet and had been for some time. His response "Great, stay on it". I have lost over 60lb. I think that has increased my lifespan. I plan to shead another 20 to 30lb.
It was actually through Fuhrman that I came to keto and carnivore. I had been battling weight gain and health issues after several decades of a (high fiber btw) vegetarian/vegan diet. I had been following Fuhrman and one day recalled his personal story of fasting himself back to health as a young athlete who had been injured. I thought "I'll try fasting!". It seemed to help and then... lo and behold I found Dr Jason Fung's work. THAT was the door that changed my life completely! Thank you Dr. Fuhrman.
I’m a healthy 70-year-old ketovore going on 4 years, now. When people (mostly plant based dieters) criticize my lifestyle, I bring up something that they find hard to refute. One of the most famous vegetarians was Linda McCartney. She became a vegetarian in 1975 at age 34 and died of breast cancer, sadly, in 1998 at the young age of 56. I would ask Dr. Fuhrman to explain why.
As to why... he may say that it just depends. Linda McCartney was a smoker (marijuana) and maybe there are other risk factors she had. He may also say that another famous vegetarian just died last month at the age of 99- Bob Barker of the Price is Right. So who knows.
That is really reaching far...there are many reasons a person can develop cancer. Linda McCartney was also a talented photographer for over thirty years. Darkroom chemicals could have played a significant role in her cancer, but none of us will ever really know.
What you have to keep in mind is eating a high animal diet mixed with carbohydrates has a very different effect from eating a high animal diet without the carbohydrates. Most epidemiological studies won’t include or designate a low carb or ketogenic group. In fact a pure carnivore diet is relatively recent development in modern society. There are more nutrients in a piece of meat than in any plant.
The best thing I've heard was Dr. Ken Berry. He said you don't need "a diet", you don't need to buy a book, you don't need a "program". Just shop from the perimeter of the store and get up and move. Fresh low-carb produce, meat, cheese, eggs, and milk.
Not too sure how this is BAD ADVICE!? I have been diabetic for over 12 years and I have been on carnivore since January 8th 2024. I am no longer on insulin and I have lost over 55 pounds!! How does that seem to bad? The ADA suggestion for food would ensure I am always diabetic! Moderation, right? If we could do that we wouldn’t be talking now! When the food pyramid came out ant people went low fat the heart disease went up!! I have been so sick for so long! I will never go back!
I'm currently suffering from eczema, after two years of painful experimentation the only things I can safely eat are a specific type of dairy, eggs and meat. I've tried and I keep trying to introduce other foods without success. I would have never found out about this without the carnivore / animal based doctors. Oh and btw. I didn't even notice how bad I was feeling overall with my digestion, joints and backpains before I stopped eating vegetables.
I can only go by my experience since there is so much bad information out there. My doctor put me on statins and it turned me into a zombie. I couldn’t focus and couldn’t get any work done. I thought I was having a heart attack. Spent a lot of money on tests to find out that my heart is fine. Stopped taking all the meds they gave me and all of the bad symptoms went away. I was still over weight and sluggish. Doctor told me I was pre diabetic. Tried giving me Metformin. gave me horrible stomach issues. All this happened while trying to “eat good” and I exercise frequently. Eat only chicken breast and salads and my cholesterol got worse. I was feeling so bad I said what the hell I’ll just eat meat for a while. I lost 20lbs the first month. Slept like a baby. I had so much energy I worked 30 days in a row. I felt 20 again (I’m 60). I’m down 30 lbs now and my blood sugar went from 130 to 100. I FEEL GREAT AND I DON’T CARE IF IT SHORTENS MY LIFE. we’ll see if it does. I’d rather feel good and have energy than be sluggish and a couch slug…
I just cannot bear this guy. Insulting people instead of presenting a solid fact based argument shows he has doubt in his own words. He needs to be a bit more humble.

Most fruits and vegetables didn't exist 25,000 yrs ago in the form we have today. We simply didn't eat that many plants in our past... plus, they are seasonal, which means they weren't around to eat anyway!!
I was on "healthy keto" for 4 years. I believe the oxalates from the greens I ate caused my arthritis in my hands and back. I switched to the carnivore diet now for 3 weeks. Now, I can snap my fingers with no pain. That pain I have on my back is gone. I know that the arthritis is with me forever, but at least the pain it caused before is gone. And my gum disease is all fixed. Amazing!

28:02: “Nice to see Dr. Fuhrman on a video, not in person again.”
Savage, I love it 🤣🤣
With hindsight, I can honestly say that over my lifetime (pushing 7 decades), doctors have caused me far more harm than good.
Well of course they have! Law of Attraction in action!

It's the pastries and icecream that are killing you, not the vegetables.

Cool goal, keep it up. It feels good to be healthy.

I ended up with two cardiac stents trying to follow Dr. Fuhrman’s diet. Maybe he should go to jail

Now, everything is in the normal range, and I mean everything.
He would say that she did it wrong 😄 LoL. Like she ate beans before the broccoli instead of the other way around
