- Phasors are rotating vectors having the length equal to the peak value of oscillations, and the angular speed equal to the angular frequency of the oscillations.
They are helpful in depicting the phase relationships between two or more oscillations. They are also a useful tool to add/subtract oscillations.

This tutor really has the power of reading the student’s mind. All the probable doubts which can crop up are crystal cleared
Ikr, He is Gr8 😀
He is expert in teaching....
So true!!
When he says "Why should we care about this", I already know that all my doubts are gonna be solved.
Neet aspirant....
I can't leave without commenting on how good this class is...I have my exam tomorrow and you sir have not only explained the topic but have also made my day better!!
the real physics teacher be like making doubts and clearing it. You are very well and good on that
This is a comment about Mahesh's videos in general: for one, they are excellent! Very concise and easy-to-follow, and Mahesh's tone makes you feel like he's right there with you as a friend, walking you through it. This all makes for the perfect learning experience.
This is one of the best (if not THE best) intro to phasors I've ever seen for a pre college student
Hats off, best explaination ever seen on this topic really grateful to you
You're the perfect example of a teacher.
The best teacher seen in my life but sad to see that this channel is underrated you deserve trillions of subscribers
It's possible when animals start scrolling you tube
or bacteria.
I appreciate what you guys are doing here. The Animations and explanations are top notch. But I get pumped when the narrator gets excited. Give that man a raise for goodness sakes. Love your videos. SUBSCRIBED.
just an addition, phasor is a combination of two words: phase + vector
The moment i realised why the projection or shadow....it was a moment of joy. Its awesome mannn.
Ah!! Finally got it ..feel of Omega t ..those animations were magical ....😊😊
Thank you! I needed this
Thankyou very much thich channel has been such a blessing for clearing my doubts
Thank you so much MAHESH SIR. I have cleared all my topics of physics of all chapters of class 11th and 12th and I have been love with physics because of you and I just cleared JEE ADVANCED 2022 with an AIR 68. all thanks to you and KHAN ACADEMY CHANNEL.☺☺☺☺🥰😇🥰
@uday patel will u share some some tips like routine or something of urs i am 2023 aspirant of both boards and jee
@@susie_baka sure, sister. first you need to make a time table which includes minimum 5-6 hours of self study any time in a day. You should look to clear your concepts of all subjects and donot forget to practice problems on daily basis. You should solve 30-40 problems for each subject and you are done.Remember, if theory is theking application is the queen

i appreciate it bro, really you did in 11 mins what they couldnt do in collage in 4 weeks
i now can go out there and use phasors while knowing what phasors really are
bro 🤯that explanation adds a new dimension of thinking about phasors . thnx a lot sir...
This is the best video I’ve seen on phasors. Thank you!
This is gold. Thank you
When I search for videos on a topic you are always my first choice! Thank you so much! Your videos are excellent!
Very very understandable. This explanation is so clear. Thanks alot.
Ty for teaching us through visuals and applications
this is the best lesson i found here on TH-cam!
"Empower the world with your spark of innovation, and let the current of your passion illuminate the path to a brighter, electrifying future in electrical engineering."
Best explanation I have seen, I was so confused before. Thanks a lot Khan Academy and Mahesh Shenoy sir
you're a genius! thanks for the explanations
thanks! explain it very clearly
Tysm sir , great explanation.
You are just the key to physics...
Oh my gosh a good teacher really makes studying fun
the explanation is very good, clear and simple to understand. I couldn't understand a thing when my professor tried to teach this. I'm understanding it now. Thank you^^
This guy is an elite level teacher
Just made it easy. Thanks
His teachings skills are just insane !
Loved it.🤍
Awesome indeed !
omg this video are truely awesome, it solve my confusion for so long by using that graph and vector, lecture also very fun
thank you! your eplanations are the best
Thank you so much sir ...ur lectures are awesome.......🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Amazing vid. Very clear explanations .
Your explanations are awesome ......
I just enjoyed it.
Amazing explanatin!
Hats off to this teacher ❤️
Sir pls also make videos of solving sums in physics 12 and 11 th std for each chapter. Solving sums in physics we feel difficult sir
Never stop doing the good work you are doing ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for the information. Actually I don't know how to convert from time domain to frequency domain. Thanks
What a great enthusiasm, loved it broh❤
thank you Sir . the explanation is so beautiful . You've made difficult things look easy
the best visual explanation
God bless you sir 🙌
You are so amazing . I got no words
Thank You for this awesome Video.
You are awesome 👍
Phasors are awesome 🔥🔥
This is amazing explanation
Good one...
thank you so much
Great Explanation 👍
Awesome!
What’s the name of this application that you make your animations?? Best class!!
Ur like an Hydrogen Bomb of knowledge..💮
Thank you sir 🙏
It's awesome
Awesome explanation sir 👏 👍 👌 🙌 😀 😄
Thank you 🎉🎉
Sir ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ your teaching is superb ❤️
Mahesh sir create videos on wave optics sir
Very good explanation
Really good teacher
Amazing
I have a question: How would your spinning vector handle a square wave or saw tooth wave?
Awesome
superbbb explanation
you are the best sir🥰
thank you sir
Awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very well explained can you try to make it in hindi 😉😅 still understood i m weak at english
Please upload in hindi explanation
Please update the class 12th physics playlist
very underrated channel
Sir please upload all chapters class 12
where is RL, RC and RLC circuits?, we need you to complete the analysis, I need them. plz complete them.
Current is 90° ahead because I=isin( wt + π/2)
π/2= 90°
Please make video in Hindi 10th biology
🙏
1:50
How did you know pi by2 will give 90 degrees ahead angle.
I love you.
Remember that a phasor diagram of a circuit show us a snapshot of rotating complex numbers whose parts represents the real waveform part.
Phasors show us the real and imaginary part. You draw only the real part. It's important know that and not only half of the information.
We use only the real part but the imaginary one is there too.
This is soo good omg
the shadow that is CAST ( not casted) ....
I love this man!!!!😅❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️the last two minutes was phenomenal!!!!..I've never commented on a YT video but this time I just couldn't help it❤️❤️
That omega-t is not the phase angle.
Please make class 11 bio and chemistry video
damn. Why indians haven't conquered the world yet? Guys are insanily smart and intelligent!! They helped to invent math!! Now whenever i have a question about some topic in engineering, most of the times i learn from videos from indians!! Nice well explained video about phasors, it sure helped me a little to understand those for a electrician trade school i'm applying to....
I don't use to understand most of ur lessons
Awesome!
