Some of the options that he says to change in his Nvidia driver aren't even on the AMD driver and I don't know how all that stuff even works to figure it out on my own. Any help would be appreciated.
unfortunately no, I haven't touched an AMD gfx card since 2009 and even than I didn't have it long because it was defective by design and ASUS wouldn't take it back. I got an Nvidia card instead. +Jeremy Collett I think you can native but not 100% sure. Do a google search and I'm sure you will come up with an answer.

Get one.
I screw up my graphics doing this help me fix graphics
+sandy bojovic If you don't have your old core.ini or rend_dxg.ini/rend_ogl.ini backed up, delete them, then use the game's config. Don't touch the .DLLs. Then start up the game and begin a race in single player. These steps will recreate the .ini files. Then go back to your graphics card control panel and reset the game's profile to default. Should be back to normal now :)
I-Racing's price is indeed a fucking joke.
