As a foreigner living in Danmark i agree with all good things said in this episode, but there are also problems besides the weather and lack of sunlight... I don't think its the population size, but more the area that the US covers and the demographic within the country, making it hard to have a solid overall infrastructure that could sustain and make sure treatment could be given to all. You have the most expensive healthcare and thats only because it is unreasonable expensive, dont claim it isnt possible to have a less expensive one with the same treatment options that simply isnt true.
I don't think its the population size, but more the area that the US covers and the demographic within the country, making it hard to have a solid overall infrastructure that could sustain and make sure treatment could be given to all. Also Denmark did it over a longer period with everyone agreeing that this was a good idea from history rather than trying to force it.
