Y'all don't know. Last night I was going to bed and I decided I wanted to sleep late. I didn't know why but God kept pushing me to set an alarm fire 10:01. Thank God my mom woke me up because she thought I had online school. I woke up and then I realized all I dream about and how evil the enemy really is. I went down on my knees to pray, and I heard God say "look up a spiritual warfare prayer vid" and I came to TH-cam. As I was listening, I realized "he Mav is about time post! I'm 44 and will be 45 I May. I SO wish we had a group of young people like this back in my day. Sometimes it feels lonely serving the Lord and living for Him when you're young. What I love about Maverick is that the focus is not on us but on Him alone. Our connection is because of Him. Our joy and peace is because of Him. Last night I was going to bed and I decided I wanted to sleep late. I didn't know why but God kept pushing me to set an alarm fire 10:01. I was confused because I was thinking "Ima oversleep and miss the Mav premiere 🤣" But I set it anyways. Turns out I went through spiritual warfare - IN MY DREAMS. Thank God my mom woke me up because she thought I had online school. I woke up and then I realized all I dream about and how evil the enemy really is. He isn't messing around, He wants us to be defeated. And I did, at first, feel so defeated. But then I thought to pray.
I went down on my knees to pray, and I heard God say "look up a spiritual warfare prayer vid" and I came to TH-cam. As I was listening, I realized "he Mav is about time post! " And OHHH SO MUCH JOY THIS GAVE ME!!! I desperately needed a reminder of which God is, and Who He is to ME! HE PROTECTS! HE'S HOLY! HE'S WORTHY! HE LIFTS US UP, HE WON'T EVER LET ME DOWN! HE WON'T EVER LEAVE ME DOWN EITHER! I LIFT YOU UP GOD!!! 💃🙌💃🙌💃🙌 Y'all had me jumping around my kitchen dancing! Hallelujah! I'm 44 and will be 45 I May. I SO wish we had a group of young people like this back in my day. Sometimes it feels lonely serving the Lord and living for Him when you're young. I'm glad these young people are unashamed with their worship and devotion to the Lord Jesus. Sometimes the loneliness is real, other times, it's deception. When we have the Lord, we're never alone ❤
