    Curious to why when you use the impact on the bolts to secure the column to the bracket you seem to always run the impact on the bolt head side and not the nut?

    Can you do a cost breakdown of the “shell” of the home once you get to that point?

    How come your story board did not start at the bottom of the column when you were transferring your marks?

      There is a variance in each height of the bracket. So to make sure every post/column is the same we add that variance to the bottom. Storyboard is raised to the difference in height.

    Not related to the framing but how do you run electrical for wall outlets and switches? You can't bore thru the columns so I assume you have to run them in front ? Do you build out the frame creating area for wiring?

      We run interior girts so that leaves space (1 1/2”) for the wires to run around the columns.
