    I am pretty sure Edwin still reads the comments and I gotta say. Man it has been awesome to watch this channel grow over the years. It started off with little soul and just another channel shooting big guns at random objects. Then eventually you started showing us who you are and it got more interesting. Then Jesp... I have no idea how to spell his name... the camera guy got involved and things got even better. He just adds that extra bit of humor. Keep it up man.

If you can't control your rifles recoil properly your more of a risk to yourself and others around you. There’s quite a few companies making custom bolt guns in .416 for extreme distance shooters.

    Carajo I see that rife point to the mountain, funny stuff. But my favorite is when he suggests to move the “ sighted in “ scope to the 50. Informative and entertaining. Keep it up, thanks

    The 50bmg at the end was cooler because it was embedded in a massive heat sink.
    The Finnish sniper Simon Hayha was said to use iron sights because he was faster at acquiring a target and getting a shot. This enabled him to beat enemy snipers to the draw and make the kill.
    It would have been informative to see the performance against bullet proof vests and ballistic gel to see how they performed against likely targets.

      I was that guy in Bootcamp. Had no idea speed acquisition was a thing until compared to a couple hundred others. I could aquire my target and shoot faster than the rest. I would be done by the time the others got halfway through. Shooting 38-40s. So, my Drill Sergeants would make me do push-ups while we waited for everyone else. Still didn't slow me down, I couldn't help it. Also tested and found that I have 13-15 vision (Can see higher detail at distance), so that probably helps.

    Great vid. Love the 416, I had the opportunity to put 5 rounds through one a few months ago at a range ( in between lockdowns) and it was awesome.
    And if you're picking for the Grip6 gear, those wallets look great, I would definitely not say no to one 😉

    This is a classic example of speed over mass, the speed of the 416 went through more paper than the mass of the .50 BMG but the mass of the .50 BMG did more damage to the paper than the 416 did.

    The 416 is based on the 50 case. Actually, the 50 case is slightly wider, it just looks thinner because it is longer and has a larger diameter bullet.

      No no no no no no, nothing is based on nothing dude.. It's all original and natural. Nothingness and a little more about what you are looking at and what you think about it and how you feel it would be a good fit for you to consider as a good fit and a good fit with a wide range of products for your business or for your business and your customers and your business partners are very important and you are a great asset for your business endeavors in the industry and your company is a very competitive and professional company with excellent customer service

    Barret 416's are crazy accurate at well over a mile. Almost a mile and a half, actually. Tight groupings at 1.42 miles.
    I wish you guys would set up some long distance targets and film the results of long range shooting. You definitely have the room for it out there but it does seem pretty windy.

    • @hibahprice6887
      @hibahprice6887 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      and this is not strange, because the barrel length is longer, and the caliber is smaller, if the 50bmg had a barrel of this length (in calibers), it would probably have similar accuracy ..
