Hello, my new friend. You have the best technology to repair a motorcycle. It's an honor to be a friend of your great channel. Have a happy week. 👍👍👍🤙🤙🤙👌
Best thing for creating contours like on that triple tree would be using a dynabrade belt sander.. then u don’t have to use a burr or different tools the dynabrade could do it all at once and give a better finish in twice the speed
Dude it's a shame you live that far from me, i have a 2004 CBR 1000 RR with a lot of miles and some work to do (starting to eat some oil, fork need to be checked, clutch basket need to be replaced, 2nd gear probably need replacement and much more), but im too scared to bring it to a mechanic here in italy, since right now, the most of them which i bring my bike for some basic things work like shit, or if not they just cost WAY too much, would love to bring it to you instead since with the few things you got compared to professional your work is amazing! Sorry if my english suck a little bit but its' not my native language
So glad to see you lost the music, the sound of the work is way better. The channel is looking much more professional. I also want to add that now that you have done so much for so long with so little, now you can do almost anything with almost nothing. Good job.
I thought he was just going to add a washer to that loose front end or something. Turns out all it needed was to be tightened up. I would have wasted my time doing something else. Hehehe! :)
Not to do anything untoward in the wheaties at all ,but unless you're against chinese parts, they make a lockset including the billet gas cap for about $20 on ebay. ( Ive been searching for the gas cap for my cbr for two days)
I’m very against Important parts being Chinese made like lock sets, That’s something I don’t need failing. I’ll buy a lot from China but not everything.
Hello superstar!!! Dude I enjoy watching your videos . I am trying to get into riding but I wanted to ask you a question and let me know if you have a bike to sell me lolll
Good stuff so far. But I noticed you only have 1 disc on there? Also, are you going to keep the gearing stock? Coz I don't think anyone would need to be going 200+ kmphr on an off-road track, so a bigger rear sprocket might help you get a little more acceleration since you're not going to be utilising the top speed off-road anyways.
Yeah I’m keeping the one single disc because I don’t want crazy stopping power Offroad because I’ll lose front traction, and I’m keeping the stock gearing As of right now because it already has plenty of get up and go I don’t really need anymore power and I’d rather not be changing gears every two seconds. But I’ll consider it when I actually start riding off-road I could change it then I don’t know.
This is going to be a better version of my custom R6.... which I got an insane amount of hate on. I’m building this for off-road purposes so yes it’s going to be streetfighter/café racer/ enduro looking which a lot of people don’t like lol.

man you're a gifted person, I have learned a lot from you, keep up the great work
Thanks!
One trick when you cut down bolt threads. Put a Nut on first and thread down. Then take your cut. Then unthread the Nut to recut the threads.
Nice I’ll try that next time!

Nice job with that top "yoke" (triple tree) I'm not a welder but that mod will work excellent
Thanks! So far it’s worked out! I’ve put like 6k miles on it on road and off-road.
Goshdarnit that stuff with the handlebar is epic
Thanks!
I've watched basically all your videos but i always enjoying your generic😂❤

I was thinking you were gonna like re-spray the triple tree clamp...Especially where you welded and forth
I’m trying to get the bike in 100% running off-road condition then I’ll attend to some of the cosmetics.
@@Benjamminoutdoors OK understood. Great videos.. I can sit and watch all your videos from start to end.. Keep up the good work.

Hi, I need your help, I have a 2005 Honda 600rr and wanted to know, how did you get the bike started without the headlight on.
You don’t, if the bikes on the headlights are on unless you pulled the fuse for the lights.
