Stacy Harris, who played Andy Cord was a close friend of Jack Webb. He named ome of his daughters after Harris. Harris died of a heart attack at age 54.
The producer and director, Jack Johnstone, was from my hometown. His father has a somewhat notorious reputation involving the quack science of Eugenics. But, they named a school after him, the father, that is.

Make things great again, the good old days when a man could call his secretary an idiot in the morning, and force himself upon her in the afternoon. Back when you didn't have to pretend interview minorities like they actually had a chance at the job . The good old days were misogyny and bigotry was socially acceptable. I still love Johnny Dollar . Just a little soapbox moment.
Will Wright’s voice is so unmistakable. And JD is a Brother Marine. I served 68-70, in Chu Lai 68-69 1st MAW.

With the "Insurance Investigator" theme, the television show BARNABY JONES borrowed a bit from this show. Both are classics.

Who voices the fire investigator Billy Underwood?
Chet Stratton, versatile character actor. From Patterson, New Jersry.
Thanks. Does he also voice Vic Kelly in The Alder Matter?
@@STP43FAN1 No. Can't place the voice. But it's definitely not Chet Stratton.
