How stupid. Do you forgive Satan? What about JUSTICE?? When you have an active enemy that is deliberately and maliciously trying to harm and destroy you, "forgiving" them is dangerous and stupid and only empowers them and makes you a victim. Its one thing to forgive a spouse or a friend for some trivial scrap. But even God himself doesn't forgive seriously evil people who are not sorry and willfully attack and harm the innocent so why should we?
@@Cosmic-c4d oh yeah thats nice if you're single and off to Heaven that afternoon. Too bad if you have kids and are stuck in this hellhole for decades. Plus God made promises to us and says he loves us. Now I have been left for dead too many times by our loving faithful God of "justice". Ive been an active Christian my whole life and now I am damaged and numb while satans little helpers thrive. And Im supposed to "forgive" them? I want to vomit.
I hear you. It's a difficult one, I agree. Was thinking just this morning about Jesus' last words " Father forgive them, they don't know what they're doing". The thing to remember, and I'm going to endeavour to bring this into my private mind struggles with this difficult problem (the seriously wicked), is to meditate more on the fact these people really are being driven by demonic forces and powers. I think the thing also to consider is that forgiveness in many ways is for us, for our well-being and it doesn't mean necessarily going anywhere near that wicked individual ever again. That we trust our Good Father for our protection, and for His justice. Anyway, I hope that helps, God bless you greatly.
Fake arguments in the shower! Convicted! I've forgiven this person on the surface to them and most of my bitterness is faded. I think it's mostly towards myself to be honest but every now and again I fall into a fake shower argument with the other person. Will pray for assistance. I don't want unforgiveness or bitterness. I realise it's hypocritical and unforgivable by christ.
Always forgive then you can take off all the ancient baggage and move forward much lighter in soul and body.
