I know I am more than three years late. Kingdom come combat is rather easy when you figure it out (I am by no means the best but you can probably win every duel without taking a hit if you practice this) Wait stationary for your opponent, do not attack. You will see their shoulders move the moment before they attack, block now and you will perform a master strike 90% of the time. Follow up with any one attack, make sure it is always the same spot you attack so you drill through their armour. Repeat until they are dead. This works with any weapon and makes duels boring personally. The reason you only follow up with one attack is because your opponent will not be able to parry or master stroke that attack you do (has not happened to me yet) I am still trying to figure out how to apply this to multiple opponents(bought the game two weeks ago. I played the main story until the knight teaches you master strikes then got deeply distracted by the bandit and cuman side quests), I can somewhat do it consistently with two opponents but when you get to three or four I tend to run to my horse and try to pick a few off with a bow if I am lucky with my shite aim.

That's the problem. It's too easy and boring. The ceremonial mace is too op
@@bbull71 its not OP man its realistic. Its like getting shot with a crossbow during a siege and screaming THATS TO OP QUIT IT like there is always going to be military advancements that make the past ones obsolete, like plate armor getting crushed by a mace. Its why they moved on to peaked helmets to glance blunt strikes later.
@@jameschong3739 it's a game. It's supposed tj be fun. You want real life, go fight with a mace
@@bbull71 but the game is supposed to be realistic that's the point of it.
@@Elbowbanditest2003 just because its meant to be realistic doesnt mean you cant have fun with it.
If they think its more fun to use a sword then let them do it
now i know what every enemy sees when i charge them cool
I believe Henry was also feeling quite hungry during the fight.
GLOY TO THE HOUSE YOU PIECE OF SHIT. Lmao these lines
Why are the subs so inaccurate. They gist is the same but really off.
Also 0:23 is just cinematic af
This is the typa stuff i wanna see in kcd 2
At what point do you reckon this Sir Hagen realised he was in a bit of trouble?
I reckon that first parry...
I did the group battle and made sure kuno and all his men lived. You should have been able to hire then to protect your town
My fight with zoul ended with me knocking him out with a blow to the head, I snagged his fine ass armor then hopped on my horse ready to leave, but I couldn’t let my boy sir Radzig down, so as I was leaving I shot one crack shot of an arrow in Zoul’s gut killing him and rode into the sunset. Probably one of my favorite moments in gaming I’ve ever had.
"He's good"-Warden
I love how not only did I have shoddy armor for this fight, I also never learned master strikes at this point, so this fight was nothing but pure pain as the only money I had was all put into a fancy longsword lmao
I always learn master strikes as early as i can super useful tool for combat and also
Just level up your lockpick to lvl 6 and get st Georges sword its the best sword and you can get it early on too
@@dukeofdogs6522 To be fair, it was my first playthrough. Went in blind, no tips or anything so I didn't even know master strikes did what they did and assumed I couldn't even learn them until my skill was high enough. Everyone parried me left and right while I'm just sitting there going "How the fuck do I do that???".
And sweet, gotta look into that sword whenever I play it again.
@@Kh1m3ra oh yeah my first playthrough was Also very bad but yeah watch some vids essentially on my second playthrough i went in overlevelled into runts fight
Game becomes super easy once you know which perks to chose and where all the gear is
@@Kh1m3ra my first playthrough was also blind. Bernard told me to train with him, I ignored him, got destroyed at the rattay tournament, I went back and trained with him, learned master strikes and won the tournament. Still, not a good design choice to make such an essential skill locked behind an optional interaction
The old lad went full plate. Can we use mace in this fight? I didn't get to this fight since I convinced Kuno to stand with me and battle all at once.
Sir Hagen looks like an older Joe Rogan with a moustache.
Now that's called chivalry .
god have mercy on his soul 🥲
What’s funny is that when I beat him, his men attack me. I don’t know if it’s because I mercy killed him, or took the armor. Either way, they all died
This was a really amazing game such unique combat engine it is a true shame it has not been re used for another game yet
“Fight like the devil Sir Henri”
“Not even the devil fights like a Kobyla”
I know I am more than three years late. Kingdom come combat is rather easy when you figure it out (I am by no means the best but you can probably win every duel without taking a hit if you practice this)
Wait stationary for your opponent, do not attack.
You will see their shoulders move the moment before they attack, block now and you will perform a master strike 90% of the time.
Follow up with any one attack, make sure it is always the same spot you attack so you drill through their armour.
Repeat until they are dead.
This works with any weapon and makes duels boring personally. The reason you only follow up with one attack is because your opponent will not be able to parry or master stroke that attack you do (has not happened to me yet)
I am still trying to figure out how to apply this to multiple opponents(bought the game two weeks ago. I played the main story until the knight teaches you master strikes then got deeply distracted by the bandit and cuman side quests), I can somewhat do it consistently with two opponents but when you get to three or four I tend to run to my horse and try to pick a few off with a bow if I am lucky with my shite aim.
I rocked the bailiffs mace the ENTIRE game, and no one had a chance once I started cracking skulls 😂 I one tapped once fight started and then the rest of his buddies tried to kill me haha
I like playing Skyrim and Daggerfall, is this game a good fit for someone who is into Elder Scrolls games?
I don't think so, better play Oblivion or Gothic 3 or Elex
After I beat him all of his men started attacking me. I thought it was part of the story but when I got back to Radzig to tell him what happened, Henry says that Zouls men didn’t attack. So I don’t know what happened lol
You looted him. I think thats what causes them to attack =)
@@brownthunder8838 no I didn’t get a chance to loot him, because immediately after I beat him his men started attacking me, I wish I could have looted him I wanted that armor lol I don’t know what happen, but this game is filled with bugs so this was probably just another one.
you should use a wooden sword sir, give that poor bastard a chance!
i love how the commentary algo are all timed the same one the npcs
Why no one is using a mace ? Against armours are the best choice
Titan yea but swords just have a cool factor that’s hard to resist lol
its much more fun to drag out a good fight than to destroy him with a mace/club
Cuz then the battle becomes 2 seconds.
I always use a mace to destroy armoured enemies,i just want to kill my enemy,no dance with him
@@rubenazzoli7312 yep that's you. Other people want to dance with their opponents. It's totally okay for everyone to play however they want
I always carry a mace, shortsword and a bow. And some bane poison. Mace for plate mail.
is this a dlc? doesn't seem to be in the main storyline
It is the band of bastards dlc
I wish this games dev had the proper financial backing.
I played religiously and adored everything, but it always felt.. basic? If it'd had a far steeper budget, thisd be the last game I'd played.
how do you get this outcome? i played this dlcs and they all just killed eachother
My fav moves, get close to enemy then stab, stab, stab, hahaha
Having played the game myself I realize now why people in these TH-cam videos choose to use a long sword for these duels. It’s more honorable and drawn out and exciting to watch. I am level 15 in mace and I use the Heavy War Hammer and I’m running through armored foes like butter.
I miss the days of pre nerf headcracker, when you could just bludgeon your way through the game armed with a literal stick. Sweet sweet memories.
