For those wondering, on the korean keyboard, the letter w is on the same spot as the korean letter ㅈ which makes the "gee" sound. Also the letter ㅎ is on the same spot as the letter G, so you might sometimes see Koreans GGing with :ㅎㅎ
Pretty sure game 3 was an old 4 gate zealot drop build trap used to play. Liked it myself too as a mixup for a DT drop to punish people trying to hold with queens and lings only to get caught out by zealots.
I feel like a broken strat against zerg is to cannon cancel the natural and prevent a third. Don't invest resources going in for the kill but instead transition to air toss since the counter is always roach ravager. @HartemCasts make the video!
Good commentary as always but who would recommend this series? Ok it had 1 upset game won with a cannon rush but other than that Rebellion just got slapped around like you’d expect with no excitement…
I will never understand why players abandon cannon rushes whenthey have already been established, especially when on high ground. I would have backed them up with shields and tried a surround on the main whilst continuing with a barracks for zealots. I also don't understand why players will build structures only to cancel them. I get that he walled off the entrance so that his cannon could not be attacked on low ground, and I get that often players will cancel structures which were used as a ruseto fool the opponent, but would it in the first case not make more sense to build structures you plan on keeping ? as far as i recall each cancel costs time and resources. what am I missing ?
You cancel buildings because you want to build only the necessary amount. If you build 4 more pylons/cannons, they will get cleaned up eventually and serve no purpose. You can have new base for the money. In this case he didn't continue cannon rushing because he was up a base already if he killed the natural, which he did.
@@gryza79 I only build what I need to begin with but by continuing my cannon rush I would aim to destroy him completely instead of backing away to let my opponent regather strength and that is what I dont understand why so many players dont push further. I have to add though that I am not exactly a strong player since I never learnt to play with hotkeys but I do consider myself ok enough on strategies. Thankyou for your feedback
@@mortanos8938 As @Wwillswords said, you don't have that much time and unless you are able to completely destroy them(which is almost impossible if the othe player isn't fully lost), its usually better to transition into something else. The same applies for an immortal/ravager/tank.

cannons start at 7:30. You're welcome :)
At 8:48 Dark sends a queen to walk across the map, which almost makes it to the end only to get turned around and march all the way back :)

toddlers dont punch. they pinch. hard.
sometimes they punch you in the balls
When you said it would be like a low gm playing vs a d2 player, it definitely makes it seem kinda absurd.
I think they have a pill for that premature battery activation.
You can clearly see the skill difference
Harstem, good skill against Reynor today.

@mortanos8938 canon rushes have a timelimit. Once roaches are out, ravagers will follow, and 3 ravagers will win with biles vs any canon rush

@@gryza79 hmmm ok. thanks for the feedback guys.
that protoss is so bad and takes a win against dark.
Heartwarming.
Awful blink micro from Rebellion. Blinking whole rows of stalkers after one of them gets hit. It's like low Masters stuff.
