My favorite build with Udyr use the principal rune Conqueror, and de secondary I like tu use, approach velocity, and triple tonic, I was Thinking a lot between this and the free boots, but what I concluded is like de Free boots has a value of 400 gold, but if you compare this with what offers the triple tonic rune, is (the fist tonic, is a value of 40 gold, the effect of the true dame of minios is trash in jungle), (the second tonic is 20 adaptive force, that if we use AP, is a value of 400 gold, but this effect is not permanent but it can help in a Battle), (finally the third tonix is a extra point of ability, in other champs this doesn't affect the max number of ability points but in Udyr case this can increase the number of points, so it can increase one level other ability,and depending what ability and in what level in can turned in a different gold equivalence, but with all is a most gold value rune that the Free boot, but I want to now what do you think, and this is only my opinion but a love use triple tonic rune :)
