Im ordering a howa 1500 barreled action from brownells..where do you get the bottom metal so you can use aics mags? The howa come with a useless blind mag bottom metal.
I've had no luck finding selection for GRS - specifically their laminate stocks for Tikka T3x actions, in Canada. I didn't see any links in the description, where did you find this one and do you know of places that actually carry the line?
@@EpikArms I had looked at their site previously and they only show rimfire rifles as options for any of the laminate stocks I clicked on. I didn't even think to contact them - have done just in case!
Paid 399€ for the Bifrost, 79€ for the Bagrider and 28€ for the 2 piece Picrail. Normal Picrails do NOT FIT!you are beeing ripped of, they run around 400-550 € street price. Also you need the special GRS Picatinny Rail2 pc pack for 28€ and the GRS Bag Rider for around 90€ then its really awesome. I have a Tikka T3x CTR in it.
Finally got myself a GRS Bifrost stock for my Bergara Premier 300 PRC. Not happy at all. I had to inlet for the bottom metal and then noticed that the fore end was warped. It was easy to get them to respond to an email when I was still shopping, but now that I have a problem, they don’t want to talk to me. Terrible customer service.
I thought about that stock but passed on it. Plastic threads was a no go for me. My KRG weights a little more can be upgrades to all the option as the bifrost and more.
The beefier forend is preferable and one of the reasons I bought one.
So at the end you suggest what it would be good for. You never said prs; I’m guessing that was intentional. Can an ARCA rail be attached?
Yeah this version is not ideal for prs. Only hunting or long range in my opinion
Check out the GRS Warg if you want the rail option

@@KeenanBakerlet us know what they say. Stoeger Canada has it but it's much more than $750 on their site.
@@AtomicYT1975 so far they haven't replied.
where can I get one?

Does it take the standard CTR mags or does it convert it to AICS mags?
