ബ്രോ ,ഡെയിലി ഈ വഴി പോകുന്നത് ജീവൻ കയ്യിൽ പിടിച്ചു അന്ന്. കുളത്തൂർ മുതൽ തിരുവല്ലം വരെ പ്രോപ്പർ ആയിട്ടു ഉള്ള ഓവർ ബ്രിഡ്ജ് അന്ന് വേണ്ടത് . കുളത്തൂർ ഒക്കെ സിഗ്നൽ പോലും നോക്കാതെ അന്ന് ഓട്ടോ കാര് ചാടുന്നത് .അതുപോലെ വെണ്പാലവട്ടത്തെ അണ്ടർ പാസിൽ വല്യ വാഹനങ്ങൾക്ക് തിരയാൻ ഉള്ള സ്പേസ് പോലും ഇല്ല . വേളി റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനല് പോകുന്ന റോഡിൽ കയറണമെങ്കിൽ സര്ക്കസ് പഠിക്കേണം
തിരുവല്ലം ശരിക്ക് മരണക്കെണിയാണ് .... ആയുസ്സിൻ്റെ ബലം കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം രക്ഷപ്പെട്ട് വരുന്നു..... ലോകത്തൊരു highway ലും ഇങ്ങനൊരു traffic regulation കാണില്ല...... ഇതിന് ടോളും കൊടുക്കണം എന്നതാണ് വിചിത്രം

What's the update on the TVM Metro
ഞാൻ മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലക്കാരൻ ആണ്. കേരളത്തിൽ NH 66 ഇൽ ഏറ്റവും അധികം മേൽപ്പാതകളും അടിപ്പാതകളും ഉള്ള ജില്ല. പലതും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു പുതിയതായി കിട്ടിയത്. DPR തെയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് അവിടത്തെ ജനപ്രതിനിധികളെയും രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടി നേതാക്കളെയും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പലരെയും വിളിച്ചു കൂട്ടി ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു ആണ് ഇവയൊക്കെ ഫൈനലിസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ജോലി ആരംഭിച്ച ശേഷം DPR ഇൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുക വളരെ ശ്രമകരമായ കാര്യം ആണ്. ഉണർന്നു പ്രവർത്തിക്കേണ്ട സമയത്ത് അത് ചെയ്യാതെ പിന്നീട് ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരെ കുറ്റം പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് കാര്യം ഇല്ല. മലപ്പുറം രണ്ടത്താണിയിൽ അത്തരം ഒരു സംഭവം ഉണ്ടായി. സ്കൂൾ govt സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ടൌൺ ഒക്കെ രണ്ടായി വിഭജിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. കോടതി കയറി ജോലി നിർത്താൻ സ്റ്റേ അടക്കം വാങ്ങി. പണി നിന്നുപോയാൽ സ്വാഭാവികം കരാർ ഏറ്റെടുത്ത കമ്പനിക്ക് നഷ്ടം ആവും. പണി നീണ്ടുപോവും. സമരങ്ങൾ നീണ്ടുപോയി. രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാർ ഇടപെട്ടു. കമ്പനി ഒരു വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചക്കും തയ്യാർ ആയില്ല. അതിനാൽ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ വേണ്ടപ്പെട്ടവർ സമയത്തിന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുക. തീർച്ചയായും നേടിയെടുക്കാം. കരാർ എടുക്കുന്ന കമ്പനിയും മാക്സിമം വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച ചെയ്യും
Thanks for making this video about Trivandrum bypass and the potential problems with the proposals for changes.
I would like to point out something which one would never witness in any other part of the developed world. There are some steps which are installed on the side of the raised road on the Trivandrum bypass. I guess this has been done by the businesses which are on the sides of this road. It appears as though this is to facilitate crossing of this 4 lane highway by pedestrians. This is perhaps the worst way to get to the other side of the road as it poses a very big accident risk putting human lives at danger alongside disruption of free flow of traffic. I hope the authorities take active measure to remove these steps from the sides of the highway to prevent accidents and loss of lives.
However, there should be provision for pedestrians to cross the road. This may be by over bridges or underpasses for pedestrians. Unfortunately, most roads in Kerala have no good facilities for pedestrians. It is important that appropriate provision is made for pedestrians. We should consider developing air-conditioned walkways / over bridges from parking areas to shopping malls and the like so that pedestrains can walk comfortably to their destinations going about their daily business. This would obviate the need for people to park close to their destinations in an unruly fashion which again contributes to risk of accidents.
Kindly consider making a videos about issues that pedestrians face on a day to day basis on Trivandrum roads.

ഇയാളിനി എന്ത് പറഞ്ഞാലും ഈ സർക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് ഒരു കാര്യങ്ങളും നടക്കില്ല. കേന്ദ്ര govt.. കുറച്ചു റോഡുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ഒഴിച്ചാൽ എന്ത് കോപ്പാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്നത്. ലുലുവിന് വേണ്ടിയും, വീണയുടെ ഭർത്താവിന് വേണ്ടിയും ഒക്കെ റോഡ് വളയുന്നത് നമ്മൾ കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് അല്ലെ.
വീണയുടെ ഭര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ പേര് നിതിന്‍ ഗഡ്കരി എന്നാണോ? അല്ല അങ്ങേരുടെ കീഴില്‍ ആണ് NHAI. ഹൈവേയുടെ പ്ലാനും പദ്ധതിയും ഒക്കെ പാസാക്കുന്നത് അവരാണ്. സ്ഥലം ഏറ്റെടുത്തു നല്‍കുക എന്നത് മാത്രമേ സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ചെയ്യാനുള്ളൂ. അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ചാണകമിട്ട് നേരം കളയാതെ മക്കള് ചെല്ല്.
എന്തിനാണ് സുഹൃത്തേ ഏതിലും എന്തിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയം കാണുന്നത്? നാട് നന്നായാൽ പോരെ. നിതിൻ gadkkari നല്ല മന്ത്രി ആണ്. കേരളത്തിൽ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള സർക്കാരും വികസനത്തിന്‌ പ്രാധാന്യം കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണല്ലോ കേരളത്തിൽ വരില്ല എന്ന് കരുതിയ 6 വരി പാത വരുന്നത്. 2014 ഇൽ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ വന്ന സർക്കാരിന് 2019 ഇൽ കേരളം ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കലിന്റെ നാലിൽ ഒന്ന് കൊടുക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം നടപ്പിലായ ഒന്നല്ലേ അത്. അതുപോലെ വിഴിഞ്ഞവും ഗൈൽ പദ്ധതിയും മലയോര തീരാദേശ ഹൈവേയും വാട്ടർ മെട്രോയും ഒക്കെ കേരളത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലും കാണാത്ത വികസനം കൊണ്ടുവരും. അതിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നതിനു പകരം എല്ലാവരുടെയും കുറവ് കാണാൻ മാത്രം നിൽക്കണോ.

Underpass at Anayara isn’t illogical. The underpass at Venpalavattom is insufficient to cater the traffic there. The new underpass can act as a dedicated U-turn for vehicles coming from Kazhakuttom to Lulu. But a major traffic management system should be implemented at Venpalavattom as now it is a complete chaos.
Kulathoor and the crossing just after the Akkulam bridge towards Nish should also be considered ( majority of the issues are caused by lack of awareness or ignorance of the drivers)
