Please David make a tutorial on how to improve this gunship. I feel like it can modified somehow to maybe get the proper double sliding doors and to replace the stupid stud shooters with a custom ball turret for the wings (like on Brick Vault's Republic Gunship). Plus, there appears to be a connection point for ball turrets or flood lights to be attached, which LEGO could have included and put in the empty hull space of the Gunship. Also, putting aside the inaccuracies with Fox's minifig, it is too bad that LEGO decided to not include Thorn in the set, who is accurate to the Clone Wars arc.
I'm so glad you said this at 1:50 because I've been thinking about this arc recently and how I really ought to rewatch it now that I'm older and can truly appreciate what used to be the "boring stuff"
This Gunship is actually closer to minifigure scale than the older ones crazily enough. Minifigure height scales to around 1:46. The 2013 gunship scales to 1:35, while this one scales much closer at 1:47.
I do have to say the new Scale does fit more with the AT-TE cause if you look at the Point Rain episode the Gunsips sit next to the AT-TEs and are actually shorter so the new scale is more accurate compared to the AT-TE
Well and also in the troop area its tighter but that's also kinda more accurate because in the movies they didnt have a lot of headroom but in the 2013 set they have plenty. Kinda like the difference between the ceiling height in a house vs on a bus
They would as soon as there's an angle to. It needs to appear in a TV show or movie. Right now, an AT-OT w. dropship would likely end up very overpriced with not enough minifgures. I'm thinking a new death star II is going to be in order first.
I grew up with the 2008 gunship and knowing that the bricks have basically been scattered through my collection or massively damaged I honestly really like this new one and will be buying another to modify to match the standard colors.
As someone with not a lot of display space I like that this gunship has been scaled down a bit, especially since it’ll look more size accurate to the figures. I’m also fine with cutting out the extra accessories like a speeder or walker or whatever cause it cuts down the price and I’m not buying the set for the extra speeder or whatever anyway. My only gripe with it looks to be the door situation but I’m still picking this up immediately.
Nah the way the 2008 gunship came with a command station, speeder, ANDDD bacta tank that could all be stored in the gunship and not one unique feature for this gunship is actually wild
LOVE THE SET. One problem, no bad guys! Come on Lego! If ur gonna get just this for ur birthday or Christmas then you’d need to add at least 1 B1 Battle Droid!
I know the size is a lot smaller than the 2013 gunship, but from my view I feel like it looks closer to minifig scale than the older gunships. I also like that they went a different direction with the color scheme so that all the sets aren't big grey ships or big white ships. Thank you for the review, I will be picking it up just because I don't have a gunship in my collection.
Man I just can’t do the small size for this new one. All it has is the “looks” of a gunship. Should have been $160 and upscaled it just even a BIT more
The reason the space is so small in the new Gunship is because of the huge doors. It really needs to be modified into 2 separate parts. I'd like to see how it's built to see if it's possible. If it is possible, I'm definitely gonna buy one just for the figures and buy the parts to slowly modify it to look better.
Having double doors wouldn't necessarily fix this though. For one, the door which would swing to the front would add extra bulk to the front side of the ship, which will ruing the entire look of the ship if you want to display it with the troop bay open AND might even limit access to the troop bay because it would be taking space from where you would usually put your hands to gain access inside And two, the space behind the supposed second door might still not be all that accessible due to being behind wings and all that...
@@DJ.KyloRen I won't know for sure until I have the ability to buy one. I have the 2013 Gunship and modified it to have the doors instead of the ball turrets. I really want this Gunship for the minifigures more than anything and I'll have no regrets with a modified Coruscant Gunship. Even if I have to build it like the 2013 one.
Reddit destroyed me with downvotes for saying this, but I'll die on this hill, it's pointless to have a more size-accurate gunship if you're sacrificing proportions, space and features for it. The 2013 version was immaculate, and there was zero reason to change it other than making us spend more on less. People are defending this set with tooth and nail and I can't for the life of me figure out why.
I would like to share a personal story. When I was seven I wanted the gunship and the at-te loved the clone wars all that. For my birthday I got the at-te but when christmas rolled around the gunship had already retired so I was certain I wasn’t going to get it. Figured I’d get the next one that came out. Obviously my dad clutched uo hard and found it on ebay for retail and it’d been my favorite lego set/ Christmas gift since. But not everybody had that and some people Had to wait for the next and the fact that their patience has been rewarded with a second rate obscurity is depressing. Ten years. And we get this.
I agree with you! It's scaled way more properly for minifigs, and I love the old gunships but with the smaller size they got the angles right. Aesthetic wise they nailed it on this one!
13:45 Thanks for finally saying IT, that was a tense review, we all knew what you were thinking but it took you the whole video to let it go! Much love, great content
@@cameronmeetze8153 Maybe you have 4 of them but those who didn't get one from 9+ years ago have 0. I don't get how lego can not release a gun ship for more than 4 years in a row. It's like they don't want the money.
@@cameronmeetze8153 There has been a ton of change if you look at the first version. I think we have different priorities here. The new sets don't get worse because they had a version 10 years ago. People will always want standard gunships, ATATs and ATTEs as long as they are good on their own.
Ive wanted a gunship since 2013, and have never got one, after seeing this review, i am still excited its going to be my first, i felt the same way about the new at-te and am very happy with the way it looks :)
Personally I would have preferred a Lego version of the arc trooper gunship from the 2003 Clone Wars, especially since the arc troopers and the pilot would make for some great mini-figures
To be honest this is way more accurate then the 2013. This is much closer to actual minifigure scale, and the wing pods were never supposed to be placed were troops sat and fired, they were supposed to be wing lazers and that’s what they are. They’re given an oval shape and I think they work wonderfully. Honestly my only gripe is it should have had 1 more shock trooper and and the internal front door section should have something but I’ll admit it being empty allows a lot of possibility for customization. As for the doors not working. I’m 99% that’s merely a stabilization thing. They close all the way and look good closed and open. Having two doors probably caused a lot of issues with the first set of doors and didn’t line up right so they took the ‘sturdier and plays better’ route over the ‘looks more authentic’ route and I think that’s fine here
He shows the important things thanks so much for your content ❤❤❤❤❤❤ i really liked yoyr kashyyyk and scarif and daro mocs cant wait to see geonosis finnished ❤❤
I know there are a lot of things people don’t like about this set, but I think it’s still really great. I also think that you could put the weapon racks from the clone command station minifigure pack inside that void place
The Republic Gunship has been my White Whale since I was a kid, I remember staring in awe at the 2013 version but not being able to get it as my parents didn’t have the money. I’m disappointed that after all these years, now that I’m finally able to get one, my options are either bankruptcy for the 2013 one, still overpaying for the UCS one that’s too oversized, or this one. I’m hoping people come up with mods for this one that makes this better, especially those doors
@@astral_nemesis I just really don’t like how oversized it is, between that and being 400 dollars, it’s not worth it to me. I could just buy 2 of these and build a bigger one myself and still spend less for a more accurate one. Although I might also just download the instructions for the 2013 one and see what ordering the pieces individually would look like.
@@darthrevan4485 yeah I would say parting out the 2013 is by far the most cost effective option, ofc you wouldn’t get any figs w it tho. I’m considering the UCS purely from an accuracy standpoint, it is hella annoying how big it is tho fs
This is a great review! Honest and lots great well deserved criticism of the set! Way more interesting then just pure praise of the billion dollar company that can do no wrong or straight up hating without explanation. Loved the video❤
I think you may have mentioned this but the size does seem to be a little more accurate when considering the size of a mini figure so even though it is cramped I do kind of like it. I agree though that the lack of playability features is disappointing and the one door inaccuracy is annoying.
Thank you so much for delivering a fair review. This gunship receives so much hate just for the figures and people won’t open their eyes to the whole thing. I will definitely buy this because I couldn’t get the 2013 one and I’ve been wanting a gunship forever.
I actually like the smaller size. It looks like a fits better when it comes to the scale next to the minifigures. Older ones were always too big for me. So im excited to be picking this up!
I'm always for decisions that make sets closer to being the right size this is no exception my only problems with this set is Fox, the doors and the wing turrets
As someone who displays my sets the doors look better closed than they would if there were 2 separate ones… the stud shooters on the wings are being burned tho 😂
As someone who grew up with the 2008 Clone Wars version, for me it's jarring how the price is higher on this model with a much smaller build and no play features! The 2008 version had a BARC speeder, a Bacta tank and a command station whilst being much larger and 20 dollars cheaper! I like the color variation on this 2023 model and I also think the minifigure selection is great (in my opinion even commander Fox looks great) but it's so overpriced compared to previous models. I wouldn't mind a smaller gunship if only it was cheaper...
I'm glad I managed to get the 08 version when it was still cheap 2nd hand (got mine for £60 no minifigs but with the box). The new one definitely looks like a ripoff
while i still really want to get this set, i think i’m going to wait a while longer because here in the uk for some reason it costs £130 while the at te costs £120, because it wasn’t overpriced enough already. decent set but i honestly can’t justify spending so much on it unlike the near-perfect at te
@@user-op8fg3ny3j Lego revenue goes way up. "Increased material cost" is provisional, nothing happened yet, and if it doesn't then they won't compensate by going cheaper again. Just boycott with your wallets and buy from retailers. Very obviously there is a strategy of making us pay much larger sums on the lego website, pretending free delivery + those VIP discounts are worth it. I miss the days when Lego had to rely on toy stores to sell the sets, since lego only made their wholesale profits and retail stores chose the price that the end consumer would pay. Retail stores know that a widely desired product needs to be affordable in order to create new collectors who want to pick up more and more sets. Lego's new formula is blatant theft of the adult, die-hard collectors who keep buying no matter how high the prices go up.
I really like this version. For me, I prefer colors on this version. Yes, its smaller, but it make it more accurate. Bcs if you compare 2013 gunship and 2022 AT TE, then you relise, thay gunship is bigger than AT TE. But in reality, Walker is larger than Gunship
Personally I like the scale, it’s a lot more minifigure accurate. I do wish they put some more time into the front compartment and have literally anything there, and actually put the effort to make 2 doors. Luckily I’m sure there will be lots of mods that allow you to make it 2 doors and I know personally I’ll probably pick up 2 of these and make a white color swap. (Plan to put on rebrickable so keep an eye out!)
I thought that this Gunship would be a pretty good substitute for the 2013 gunship, but that side by side comparison is huge. The 2013 looks way better. Admittedly it does make me what this new one could've been.
Honestly I’m hyped I’m obviously going to fix the wing turrets and that void at the front but I have my squad of CAC shock troopers, Thorn, Fox, 2 pilots ready to mount up
I am pretty disappointed by this sets overall presentation, especially Commander Fox. But, I love dark red, so I like this color scheme more than the previous one, and there is less worry about the white parts yellowing. Plus, this size is actually closer to minifig scale since the 2013 version was slightly too big, but that did make it better for play. For me, an AFOL, there are a few improvements I can make to help it display better, which is my main reason for collecting, like adding the 4 x 4 bubble canopy's to the wings, and adjusting the handle.
Love that he pointed out he would prefer the plain gunship because you see it in episode 3 and bad batch when you literally see this gunship in both as well
I missed previous gunships, so I definitely will buy it, however I will wait for it to go on bigger sale. SW fans are sometimes so toxic and mad about littlest details, but that commander fox minifigure is just bad quality work - I don’t care about where this or that should be in white/red, but I care about quality of the print - the printed chestplace looks pink! It looks like cheap knockoff, for which you pay premium price. Otherwise the set is really sick, I like that they do these more obscure models
This ship will become a collector's item in the future, I'm sure. But I wanted a run of the mill gunship. I missed out in 2013, and I hate that. What's really disappointing, is that I have to wait like 5-10 years for another gunship...... That being said, I'm buying this ship and I will love it. If Lego released updated sets more often, I'd be fine with this ship since I just have to wait no more than 4 years for a new one.
I had the 2013 gunship and it was amazing. Unfortunately it broke into a million pieces when I moved houses and wasn't able to recover most of them, still haunts me
Same except with the 2008 one, I completely forgot I had it until I was sorting through some old Lego and found about 3 pieces from it, I was so annoyed haha
I actually like that this thing is downsized (yes, I like minifig scale'ish stuff) BUT I hate the functionality of this thing. Had they moved the handle further back, it would be easier to carry. Had they split the door, the troop area would have been more accessible. So I don't think the size itself is an issue, just that lego dropped the ball on the functionality of it. Can't wait to mod this thing into a better model though!
I don't mind the smaller scale, bigger is not always better. Lego did miss a huge opportunity with this, it should have been a Plo's Bros version with Plo, Wolf and the wolfpack. That would have sold out day one for sure.
I like the smaller size, it scales better with minifigures and looks just right alongside the new AT-TE. The doors are different, LEGO decided on a more simplified design which works better as a play feature, at the cost of accuracy, I have no doubt the community will come up with alternative designs. The proportions and shape overall are really good in my opinion. Still can't help but think it would look better in the original colour scheme, though.
This is my first big Lego clone set. In the past I always got battle packs but I now have this and I am madddd happy about the design my first LAAT I am extremely satisfied
That was one of the downsides of the 2008 model based on the Clone Wars. I thjnk the main problem here is how hard it is to access the troop bay since the doors cover so much of the bay while open
Personally I really like that it's a different color scheme than previous versions. Feels like it justifies buying it more for people who already have the white version.
Wow this set looks great but it does lack play features but I like how they didn’t make it a normal gunship as we needed something new And I was first but that doesn’t matter
@@hornet_43 ye I do prefer the normal gunship design but that normal gunship design is the one we’ve all ways have gotten so it’s nice to have a change, but I do agree with you
bro, they are literally featured in the ending of clonewars season 7 when maul gets captured and grogus escape. do you honestly think they would've made this set if it wasn't in the latest mandalorian?
I personally prefer the old gunship scale as well but i feel the smaller gunship size works. Lego fans have been requesting a smaller gunship as the 2002-2013 gunship were oversized, so I don't really think its a bad thing.
I dont mind the downsclae, i just wish it was proportional. It looks much too stubby and the cannons on the top look huge and it just makes it look ridiculous
That Republic Gunship was actually pretty cool. It may be white and red but it's co. It's been 10 years since the Gunship came out and its actually good. I don't own the 2013 Gunship but this one looks cool and probably a good set i would own
An amazing set I bought a day ago and finished today. I liked the set and minifigures a lot. Not sure if I missed a step but due to how it leans more towards the back the wings sometimes start to slide off.
I actually like the smaller size the figures standing next to the gunship or inside don’t look so tiny, only a few minor complaints is as u said the doors for the troop bay is tiny should have made them go back further, I like the one door live action design rather then the 2008 animated o Version. Foxes torso is messed up should be white and not pink for starters and red underneath the breast plate. I wish they included at least another clone trooper as well. They cheap out on the accessory part like speeder bike and Bacta tank so a few more clones would have made up for that imo
I have the 2013 gunship, it's great, I built and then dismantled it and put it back in the box because it's difficult to display. This is a welcome change. Fine if I had a room the size of yours, I don't. I personally like this set much better.
They definitely could have gone with a better colour scheme I do agree with that, I liked the clone wars episode these were in the colour and unique niche nature of the set really plays to the clone wars sets themselves and it’s a good sign lego are willing to do something like this. Can’t wait to get it in hand to review myself.

The gunship is close to minifigure scale, the AT TE is too small.
Well and also in the troop area its tighter but that's also kinda more accurate because in the movies they didnt have a lot of headroom but in the 2013 set they have plenty. Kinda like the difference between the ceiling height in a house vs on a bus
I really hope they bring back the dropship soon
Another 10 year wait
Nah bro more like a 100 year wait
They would as soon as there's an angle to. It needs to appear in a TV show or movie.
Right now, an AT-OT w. dropship would likely end up very overpriced with not enough minifgures.
I'm thinking a new death star II is going to be in order first.
@@ReubenVictoorare you sure? We haven’t seen the courscant guard gunship since the early 2010’s in the Clone Wars show
And the AT-OT 😢
I grew up with the 2008 gunship and knowing that the bricks have basically been scattered through my collection or massively damaged I honestly really like this new one and will be buying another to modify to match the standard colors.
Coruscant is my favourite Star Wars planet so anything coruscant related is a win in my book
The price is absolutely a scam. 140 for this. Pretty sure the 2013 one was 140 aswell and it is significantly better than this
@@nowldriesten7591 yes I agree that it’s over priced but if you count inflation the 2013 one would be 170 dollars
@@Mark-cy1jg30 dollars for basically double or at least 1.5 times the size, and a charade figures. Yeah they don’t make the deals they used to
Nah the way the 2008 gunship came with a command station, speeder, ANDDD bacta tank that could all be stored in the gunship and not one unique feature for this gunship is actually wild
Crazy how they remove all that...then tag this at $140...where's my $140 of value?
LOVE THE SET.
One problem, no bad guys!
Come on Lego!
If ur gonna get just this for ur birthday or Christmas then you’d need to add at least 1 B1 Battle Droid!
I know the size is a lot smaller than the 2013 gunship, but from my view I feel like it looks closer to minifig scale than the older gunships. I also like that they went a different direction with the color scheme so that all the sets aren't big grey ships or big white ships. Thank you for the review, I will be picking it up just because I don't have a gunship in my collection.
I think size wise the new gunship is waaaayyy more accurate. Id even go as far as saying its perfect
The ceiling is also a lot smaller
@@HIFLY01 You mean lower.
@@christianwaters1114 same thing
Thank you for speaking on the lack of play functions, this is meant to be a play set and yet there's only really one...
100% Agree.
I'm not saying this is a better gunship than past ones, but I think it's scaled more properly to minifig size.
I agree with you! It's scaled way more properly for minifigs, and I love the old gunships but with the smaller size they got the angles right. Aesthetic wise they nailed it on this one!
I appreciate the honesty as well as the comparison to other sets. Your reviews feel fair without being too nitpicky or too lego loving.
“You should definitely check out that Clovis arc”
Don’t tempt me, I’ll rewatch the whole show again
13:45 Thanks for finally saying IT, that was a tense review, we all knew what you were thinking but it took you the whole video to let it go! Much love, great content
No matter how good this set is, it's still a loss for me that we didn't get a gunship that could pass for the ones in the movies. It's been 9 years.
i’m actually really happy they did this. i’m tired of seeing the regular one. we’ve gotten 4 of them
I just wanted a gunship 😏
@@cameronmeetze8153 Maybe you have 4 of them but those who didn't get one from 9+ years ago have 0.
I don't get how lego can not release a gun ship for more than 4 years in a row. It's like they don't want the money.
@@christopherstein2024 i don’t have any of them. but i think releasing a set for the 5th time without some change isn’t a great idea
@@cameronmeetze8153 There has been a ton of change if you look at the first version. I think we have different priorities here. The new sets don't get worse because they had a version 10 years ago. People will always want standard gunships, ATATs and ATTEs as long as they are good on their own.
Idk how Ryan considers you a shill when you literally point out the flaws in the set. Nice review!
Ive wanted a gunship since 2013, and have never got one, after seeing this review, i am still excited its going to be my first, i felt the same way about the new at-te and am very happy with the way it looks :)
finally a review with a comparison!
for that, you get a like
Personally I would have preferred a Lego version of the arc trooper gunship from the 2003 Clone Wars, especially since the arc troopers and the pilot would make for some great mini-figures
It’s also the 20th anniversary for that amazing show.
@@UnfaithfulServant97 exactly!
I love how he acted like a dad at the end. "You know better."
Can't wait to get my hands on one I am so excited I absolutely love the set the size is perfect
Having two opening areas only to have nothing inside them is surprisingly my biggest issue with this set.
bro went through fox so quick😂
Yes it was featured first in the clone wars in season 6 but it was also the gunship used in the order 66 flashback scene in mando season 3 with Grogu
Having two doors probably caused a lot of issues with the first set of doors and didn’t line up right so they took the ‘sturdier and plays better’ route over the ‘looks more authentic’ route and I think that’s fine here
He shows the important things thanks so much for your content ❤❤❤❤❤❤ i really liked yoyr kashyyyk and scarif and daro mocs
cant wait to see geonosis finnished ❤❤
I know there are a lot of things people don’t like about this set, but I think it’s still really great. I also think that you could put the weapon racks from the clone command station minifigure pack inside that void place
The size change drives me nuts!
All previous versions were the perfect size.
They were likely a bit too big.
perfect size but not at all acurate compared to minifigures lmao
The Republic Gunship has been my White Whale since I was a kid, I remember staring in awe at the 2013 version but not being able to get it as my parents didn’t have the money. I’m disappointed that after all these years, now that I’m finally able to get one, my options are either bankruptcy for the 2013 one, still overpaying for the UCS one that’s too oversized, or this one. I’m hoping people come up with mods for this one that makes this better, especially those doors
Jus get the 2013 one off Temu
I’m almost thinking the UCS is worth the extra change compared to this sad excuse for a gunship
Couldn’t agree more I’m fortunate enough to own the 2013 gunship and I’ll be honest I think I’ll just buy the figures separately
Thanks for this review David!
Thank you so much for delivering a fair review. This gunship receives so much hate just for the figures and people won’t open their eyes to the whole thing. I will definitely buy this because I couldn’t get the 2013 one and I’ve been wanting a gunship forever.
I’m getting one too within this week
I actually like the smaller size. It looks like a fits better when it comes to the scale next to the minifigures. Older ones were always too big for me. So im excited to be picking this up!
I'm always for decisions that make sets closer to being the right size
this is no exception
my only problems with this set is Fox, the doors and the wing turrets
Yep, I wouldn't mind it being smaller if it wasn't daylight robbery even taking into account inflation
I'm glad I managed to get the 08 version when it was still cheap 2nd hand (got mine for £60 no minifigs but with the box). The new one definitely looks like a ripoff
@@user-op8fg3ny3j 119$ in 2008 are $168 today.
while i still really want to get this set, i think i’m going to wait a while longer because here in the uk for some reason it costs £130 while the at te costs £120, because it wasn’t overpriced enough already. decent set but i honestly can’t justify spending so much on it unlike the near-perfect at te
Fantastic coruscant gunship love the red style and matching troopers
Personally I like the scale, it’s a lot more minifigure accurate. I do wish they put some more time into the front compartment and have literally anything there, and actually put the effort to make 2 doors. Luckily I’m sure there will be lots of mods that allow you to make it 2 doors and I know personally I’ll probably pick up 2 of these and make a white color swap. (Plan to put on rebrickable so keep an eye out!)
Lego has gotten really good at cutting noticeable corners in the last few years regarding the more recent non-UCS Star Wars sets.
Supposedly the gunship and atte are about the same size from what I researched so this smaller ship is more accurate scale wise technically.....
I like how the new gunship is much more to scale, however I hope we can get a video showing how to modify the doors to the proper 2 split door etc
Seeing lego make sets based on specific clone wars arcs makes me hopeful for more, like sets with the pong krell and fives arcs.
I hope we get another Krell... would make a great diorama with the prison scene when they surround him
Holy sh*t man I really wish this Gunship was bigger by a bit. Also wish we had gotten the regular Gunship as well too.
Despite what others say, this is my favorite set of the past 5 years. Can’t wait to pick it up!
I thought that this Gunship would be a pretty good substitute for the 2013 gunship, but that side by side comparison is huge. The 2013 looks way better. Admittedly it does make me what this new one could've been.
I have the 2008 one, grew up with it. Bought this one and I still love it!! Hope we get more of this build in different colors with a door upgrade
Love that he pointed out he would prefer the plain gunship because you see it in episode 3 and bad batch when you literally see this gunship in both as well
Dam, spitting facts honestly
Yea I never had a chance to buy any gunships the past years but this one is a game changer!! Can’t wait to buy a few of these
I like the smaller size, it scales better with minifigures and looks just right alongside the new AT-TE.
In the past I always got battle packs but I now have this and I am madddd happy about the design my first LAAT I am extremely satisfied
i absolutely love it. i think having the doors open as one (instead of splitting) is ideal as there would be a noticeable gap
So many facts were spat in this review. Excellent job.
I only have this one from 2023 and again it absolutely rocks.
Wow this set looks great but it does lack play features but I like how they didn’t make it a normal gunship as we needed something new
And I was first but that doesn’t matter
@@hornet_43 ye I do prefer the normal gunship design but that normal gunship design is the one we’ve all ways have gotten so it’s nice to have a change, but I do agree with you
I agree. After so many years i just wanted a standard republic gunship minifig scale.
bro, they are literally featured in the ending of clonewars season 7 when maul gets captured and grogus escape. do you honestly think they would've made this set if it wasn't in the latest mandalorian?
This looks way better than the original. If only there was a blue version
Thanks for the review! I have been waiting for months for it to come out, I really wanted the other ones but they are expensive these days
I personally prefer the old gunship scale as well but i feel the smaller gunship size works. Lego fans have been requesting a smaller gunship as the 2002-2013 gunship were oversized, so I don't really think its a bad thing.
my man is complaining about the stickers, but HOLY COW those stickers were placed SO perfectly its unbelievable
I actually like the smaller size the figures standing next to the gunship or inside don’t look so tiny, only a few minor complaints is as u said the doors for the troop bay is tiny should have made them go back further, I like the one door live action design rather then the 2008 animated o
Version.
Solid Brix not recommending a lot of sets recently! LEGO gatta do better now. Their sets are priced so high as well recently!
Worth ~$80 to me. I like the size but it looks a bit basic compared to the previous version 75021
Please do a video upgrading the set!
Great review. Matches my thoughts entirely. When it was first unveiled the smaller size and lack of bubble turrets immediately killed the hype for me
