We haven't conceded a goal in open play this calendar year, we also haven't lost at ER all season, we've won 12 out of 13 matches & more importantly we've got Daniel Farke!!!

mmmm,... it looked like an open goal that Town hit you with before we decided to give you a chance for the second half by getting our Captain sent off, UTT

You forgot to mention that leicester and ipswich both have to play southampton, leeds play southampton but its last game of the season and i think it will be over by then. Added note leicester's game in hand is southampton.

I'm liking your belief Town's chances. The Terriers pulled off a great escape with Warnock last year so this team has a changing room of strong characters.

Hull have drawn their last 4, but 3 of those were Leicester, West Brom and Preston. Interesting how the narrative is being framed...

As an Ipswich supporter, I said we would be in the play offs pre season, and top two if things went really, really well.
Leeds and Ipswich are the form teams out of the top four, and are first and second in the form table over the last six games.
So Leicester have a lot of pressure on them when going to Bristol City Friday lunchtime, and then Southampton have to beat Boro, before Ipswich go to Blackburn and Leeds go to Watford.
If Ipswich beat Blackburn, I see us then dealing with the next four games well, with three at home, and I see us winning at Norwich to finally shut them up
So Ipswich and Leeds the top two for me, both too consistent for Leicester and Southampton to keep pace with, and the title could go to the wire.

When did we fall apart other than Bielsas first season? I'm struggling to remember us falling apart.
We were never good enough for us to fall apart until Bielsa we were a mid table team going nowhere. I would have loved to have been in a situation that falling apart actually meant something.

Leeds had their wobble in December and at the beginning of the season. So what if Leicester have a game in hand. They were 17 points clear of Leeds at the start of the year. They have picked up 17 points in 11 games since then. Leeds have picked up 37 points out of a possible 39, conceded 3 goals all year and Leicester conceded the same amount in 10 minutes against us. Now which one looks more likely to go up automatic?

As a Leeds fan I feel if we get through the easter weekend unscathed we will be nailed on for top 2. The players have spent most the season chasing and have had to be perfect after a disappointing Christmas period to get close again. It feels as if they have a grip on something now and it would have to take somebody giving us a proper game to beat us. its about mindset now and we look all most like robots in the way we get through games.

For as long as I can remember Leeds have never had a good Easter and that is my concern (when we went up under Bielsa the Easter program was called of because of COVID). If we can get through the Easter program and still be in the top two them I think we can push on. Farke said in January that we needed to win 17 games if we were to go up automatically, that means he thinks we can win at least 5 of the 8 remaining games, can Leicester and Ipswich match that?

Just to recap, then, Peach had Danny Rohl as manager of the year last week, but since Ipswich slapped Wednesday 6-0 he now has them going down. All about the Owls then. While we're at it, why is Leeds going up so "easy" to predict? You might be right of course, but just to recap once again ... this time last year, Leeds were losing every week and getting relegated. As were Southampton and Leicester. Meanwhile, this time last year, Ipswich put up a remarkable 13-2-0 in their last 15 games to pip Wednesday to promotion with 98 points, under massive pressure. So although you say this hasn't happened before, one of the current top four teams LITERALLY JUST DID THIS less than a year ago ... and it wasn't Leeds, Leicester or Southampton. Yes it may look like an outside shot to you experts, but honestly I would love it if Ipswich finished in the automatics, if only to put Peach on his arse. 😉

Much has been made of Leeds making up 17 points on Leicester in 2024, they have out-performed Ipswich by 10 points and Southampton by 14 points. I think that them being the form team they will drop less points than the other 4 teams

So Leeds will miss out because they are playing so well and Leicester will go up because they have been very shaky. Not a very scientific approach.
The Leeds falling apart again approach makes more sense.

@@mercurymachines4311 "That Defence" What the one thats conceded 5 goals less than Norwich? 😂 Ipswich have also scored 11 more goals than Norwich. Your logic is floored. And just wrong. 3rd place gets promoted 40% of the time. 6th place, 9% of the time. Kinlo is correct. Over 2 legs Norwich wouldn't stand a chance against a far superior team in Ipswich. Better get some vasaline on your legs boy. Those panties will be causing friction burns they get pulled down so quick 😂

As a Leeds fan, never understand this 'Leeds falling apart again' theory. We lost a second leg in the play off semi's v Derby under Bielsa which happens but . . . nothing else springs to mind. Very odd and here is another muppet jumping onboard. Equally find it amusing that every other fanbase in the league target us . . . yet all deny we are a big club. Comedy gold. Hopefully now with the 49ers onboard we won't be back to the EFL again in my lifetime. The standard is woeful.
